Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Cape Coral

Honestly, this is by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The photographs do not do it justice. The apartment is stunning and the shared pool and hot tub area is a little oasis with plenty of seating and loungers. Corinna and Tim have thought of every little detail to ensure guests have everything they can possibly need, inside and outside the apartment. We found Corinna and Tim to be the most welcoming and friendliest of hosts and were absolutely gutted to be leaving. We would love to return. Thank you for making our holiday so amazing. 😍

Michael was an excellent host. He was very communicative and responded quickly to our questions. The quiet area is close to Bonita Springs Beach (less than 5 minutes via car!) The home was clean and comfortable. We will definitely rebook the next time we are in the area. Thanks, Michael, for making our vacation great!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room spacious and relaxing. The bathroom was super clean and so was the kitchen. I had privacy and was able to work fully removed without being disturbed. LaToya is a super sweet house and I would definitely stay here again.

So clean, quiet and worth the price. Host was responsive and helpful. We’ll be back if we visit this region again!

It was a beautiful stay with an ambiance that carried a welcoming and safe atmosphere. You feel very secluded in your own space with everything a home may need with useable pans and spices as well as very efficient stove and oven if cooking is a factor which it was for our stay. The area is nice and quiet although we got a lot of unpleasant stares in public the house itself was beautiful and the local beach is very clean and perfect for a getaway. It was worth the stay due to the amazing home our host offered. Mosquitos are prevalent depending on the season but the Bnb came with amenities for such bugs such as repellents or sprays or offered incense and candles as smoking is allowed outside so it does aid with your stay in the outdoor section. Overall it was an amazing stay and I’d recommend it to family or friends who enjoy a more intimate and private stay.

Just what we needed...a few days away...Nicole's place was perfect! Perfect in many ways! Loved sitting outside and watching the world go by. If you know Naples, this is in a perfect location. If you don't know Naples, this is a perfect location! Access to the beaches, awesome restaurants and more! Nicole is a great host and very responsive! My wife needed to work while there and Nicole made sure she had an office chair. We recommend!

This was exactly what I needed for my visit to Naples! It was a clean, quiet townhome in a great part of town & close to everything I needed! I really appreciated my stay!

Great value for a simple stay! We stayed in Jessy’s studio while visiting our FGCU student. Location is within a few minutes drive to several stores and shopping centers. Convenient location to the college if your preference is to stay out of high priced hotels. We don’t spend much time in lodging when visiting our student as we’re spending as much time as we can with our kid! Would be a great location for FGCU move in/out when you’re busy all day and just need a comfortable, safe place to sleep. We didn’t use any appliances or fix meals but everything was there should we have wanted to. Space is just as described - a studio created under a stilt home. Didn’t see a single bug…which if you frequent south Florida often, you know is a victory of its own. Parking is off road which is important in San Carlos as the streets are tight. We had a little extra effort getting into the parking space but this was more due to the massive size of our rental, not the property.

Ana was an amazing host! The house was perfect for my brother while he transitioned to the Cape Coral area! Lots of extras in the house which made his stay feel a lot like home! Highly recommend!!

The house was exactly as seen in the pictures. We enjoyed the pool everyday! Beds were very comfortable and the game room was a blast even with the guest age range from 57-90 yrs old. Our only disappointment was arriving on a Sunday to an overflowing garbage can right at the top of the driveway. I reached out to Giselle (cohost) who said I could move the garbage cans to the side of the house (how thoughtful). I inquired about day of pick-up which was Wednesday. By garbage day the can had maggots all over it. This was disgusting. Giselle told me the garbage is taken out every week and explained to me that with hot weather the maggots happen fast and a simple “thank you”. Lack of proper sanitation is what caused this! It should not be the responsibility of a guest to handle this!

Alexandra was a phenomenal host! Very responsive, very accommodating. Beautiful home, easy check in. Alexandra even let us check out a bit later! If you are looking for an easy relaxing getaway I would highly recommend this host! Definitely will try to book again in the future.

Very new home , close to many Florida beaches. Lots of amenities in the resort, pool, hot tub , shuffle board, bocce ball, and pickle ball. There are beach chairs, umbrella and a beach cart all ready to roll. It was a pleasant stay!

Besides, the place was beautiful, Michael helped me out and found me a boat deal which was way better than you will get from local Rentals. I was able to take my family near the picnic Ireland to watch the dolphins. Great place to stay and relax, highly recommend.!!!

The house was gorgeous, pool was amazing. They have lots of outside games and cards for inside. The entire experience was awesome! Just a heads up to future reservations, don’t be alarmed if the refrigerator and freezer takes a bit to cool down. Also, if you are using the oven, the house obviously gets warm but again don’t be alarmed as it cools down VERY well and the various blankets they have, you will need.

The stay was great. Beautiful views with great walking distance to all places in downtown.
