The place was great! Loredana and Letizia welcomed us very cheerfully and were easily accessible for questions. The location couldn't be better. The view of the valley and the tranquility are particularly noteworthy. The apartment had everything you needed and much more, it was pleasantly cool despite +30 outside. We saw fireflies and were able to end the evening on the terrace. There are many things to see in the area. We were in the stalactite cave, Monte Montana and Pisa. The beaches in the area are also great and in the evening you can take a leisurely stroll along the promenade. It is 20 minutes by car to the beach. The parking spaces are chargeable, but not expensive. We recommend the area, the fine village of Pedona and the accommodation at Loredana and Letizia! Thank you so much for the nice apartment.

Our host was really warm. and attentive. We had a chance to try their products. She gave us good recommendations. She was very responsive to our late arrival due to our delayed flight. We would highly recommend this beautiful home and will definitely come back. Thanks for your hospitality. ❤️

This is a lovely property, which is kept in a pristine condition. The gardens are beautifully kept and the swimming pool was perfect for keeping cool in the Tuscan sunshine. The restaurants in Santa Maria Del Giudice are very good and we enjoyed everything about our stay. As a base for visits to various locations in Tuscany, this was a great place to stay.

The place is an absolute find! The house is huge with beautiful spacious rooms and well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfy . Sherif who looks over the house , welcomed us on arrival , showed us around and was present on the grounds so could help with any issues that arise . The grounds are stunning and idyllic giving you the peace and views of Tuscany . It was perfect for a family vacay with three young kids and parents . We did day trips to Pisa ( 10 min ) and Luca ( 30min) with cars we rented . All straight forward drives . My friends and family are all wanting to book to come !

Tina was a wonderful and gracious hostess. She made sure all things were communicated before and during our stay. Her lovely home had all the amenities needed and was a perfect space for our family of five as we explored Florence, Pisa and Cinque Terre. I only wished we'd had more time so our son could have enjoyed the pool more than a quick swim the first evening. We also really enjoyed the Burger restaurant right up the road for a convenient meal with a casual atmosphere and good food.

Beautiful clean space a short distance walk from the beach. Would highly recommend.

We went there for the second time and it was just perfect as the first time. Diego's property is beautiful overlooking San Gimignano, it is quiet and very idyllic so you can really unwind. The apartment was great, is well equipped with everything you need. We felt very comfortable and would love to come a third time next year. Thanks to Giorgia for the good communication and flexible check-in.

Great place to stay to sample Tuscan village life. Only Walking distance for several very good restaurants in an idyllic setting. Very informative and welcoming hosts who have an abundance of information to share in order to make your stay more complete .

Staying with Carmine is top. We have been to Carmine and Alessandra in Certaldo for a month (mid-April / mid-May) and we can recommend that to everyone. Not only the reception ( in our case very late) was incredibly warm, but throughout our stay we felt very comfortable, this host is always open to questions, is proactive with giving information, tips about everything like where it is nice / tasty/ beautiful to visit. In addition, the house is very nice, it is great in the Tuscan hill country, between the wine and olive farmers, nice beds (we always find important especially if you are staying there longer) and really good Wi-Fi which was important for us to be able to work from here. The location is perfect. You are close to Florence, Siena, Pisa, and many special other villages/towns that are more than worth visiting. The month was over too soon! If we visit Tuscany again for sure with Carmine and Alessandra!

A wonderful place, everything you need is on site. The view from the balcony is the best in the world. We have already been to Tuscany, but we will return to this place with great pleasure.

Gioia’s little piece of Tuscan paradise exceeded all expectations. The apartment was lovely, the scenery gorgeous and the pool perfect for lounging amongst the lavender and olive trees, not to mention hanging out with Wolfy. Do not miss an opportunity to take the pasta making class with Graziella as she helped us craft one of the best Italian meals we’ve had! This was one of the highlights of our weeks in Europe and we can’t wait to return.

Dear Anna-Lisa and Marcello, we had a fantastic time in your beautiful house, which we would love to recommend. The house has been lovingly renovated, is pleasantly cool and very well equipped. In front of the house is a huge garden where children can let off steam. There is also a covered area with a table and chairs. The house is ideally located for all excursions, whether to the beach, to beautiful small villages and of course to the great old town of Lucca. Anna-Lisa gave us great tips in advance for exploring the area. Anna-Lisa's great willingness to help is worth highlighting. She was always very easy to reach and helped us with all questions or difficult situations, such as a hospital stay. A big thank you for your great hospitality and your delicious olive oil! Grazie mille! We'd love to come back :)

beautiful rustic but modern renovated, furnished with care as if it were an inhabited house. Spotless cleanliness of the rooms and linens, generous and perfectly organized spaces. I wanted to live there all year round! Very kind host and always available. Really great stay. Thank you

We had a wonderful time at Lena's. The apartments are very high quality and the view over Tuscany at breakfast is simply breathtakingly beautiful. Those who have the chance to stay with Lena and her beloved 4-legged friends will feel right at home and have a wonderful, very special time, so that in the end you will not want to leave.

Beautiful view, clean and very well decorated accommodation with quality furniture, very well equipped and renovated, very nice pool. We had the accommodation overlooking the pool with the terrace and the sofa very nice when the weather was nice. Very natural environment with few shops around, the first are 15 minutes down to the city. The village of Silico is cute but there is only one restaurant, located 100 m walk from the house (with a very nice view). Unfortunately, we did not have good weather in May, and even cold, plan warm clothes and hot water bottle because we only had heating the last 2 days and only a few hours in the evening. the animals present on the ground offer a total change of scenery. in summary the place is beautiful especially if the weather is nice because it is quite isolated. thank you to Monica for her sympathy and responsiveness.
