Monthly Rentals in Cap d'Artrutx

Fantastic apartment, spacious, comfortable and with very well decorated, nothing is missing. The privileged area, quiet, near the Artrutx lighthouse. The hosts were very attentive and provided us with useful information about the beaches and the neighborhood. There is free parking in front of the house. Cerquita there is a very assorted supermarket, the terrace and its views are priceless…

We had a fabulous stay in Villa Calma, Adriana and Kass were the perfect hosts! They accommodated us with an early checkin as we were travelling with a baby, the directions and google link took us straight there, the villa was so comfortable and suited our needs perfectly, the sunset from the balcony every night was amazing and the pool and garden were fantastic. We were welcomed with a bottle of fizz too! A great stay so thank you very much Dri and Kass, I’m sure we will be back to stay in your lovely villa.

We had a wonderful time, very modern and clean appartment, nice outside area in front of the appartment, which we used e.g. for the first coffee in the morning. The harbour with nice restaurants and shops are in a 5 min footwalk distance. Nice beaches with light blue water like Platja de Son Xorigeur are also close by. We will definitely come back again!

Very nice place offered by Maria Isabel, we enjoyed this beautiful place outside the busy season. Very relaxing place (terrace, deckchair... very flowery garden of the residence) and beautiful to allow us to discover the island.
