Villa holiday rentals in Cap d'Antibes

Catherine and Thierry have a wonderful family home that was perfect for a vacation with our friends and children. Very kid friendly home equipped with high chairs, cots, toys, baby bathtub, pool alarm and gate, you name it! We really enjoyed our time and would definitely stay again in the future. Only thing to keep in mind is cell phone service and WiFi is not strong which makes it the perfect place to disconnect on holiday! Thanks for a great time!

The house was very homey and comfortable the projector was very fun for me and my family the two dishwashers was also very helpful for my large family. The property management team was also very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. They even provided stamps for my family. It was overall a very good stay and a very comfortable experience.

Meitä oli 8 hengen seurue, joista 2 oli lapsia. Viihdyimme kaikki todella hyvin. Kaunis paikka ja upeat näkymät. Todella siistiä ja keittiössä oli kattava astiasto. Nautimme lomastamme todella paljon. Talossa ehkä pienenä miinuksena (mikä ei todellakaan vaikuta kokonaisarvosteluun) oli hiukan hassusti sijoitetut vessat. Jokaisella makuuhuoneella oli oma kylpyhuone, mutta vain yhdessä niistä oli wc. Lisäksi talossa oli kaksi erillistä wc:tä, joten määrä oli kyllä riittävä, mutta sijoittelu tuntui hieman oudolta. Kylpyhuonessa piti myös huolehtia riittävästä tuulettamisesta, ettei ilma mennyt ummehtuneeksi. Tämä lienee enemmän paikallinen rakennustapa, joka poikkeaa pohjoismaisesta tyylistä. Lisäksi jos olet herkkä äänille, niin on hyvä tietää, että viereisen tien melu kuuluu vähän. Meitä tämä ei haitannut. Todella hieno paikka ja ystävälliset, mutta omaa rauhaa antavat majoittajat. Suosittelen ehdottomasti tätä paikkaa. Loma oli täydellinen.

这套别墅建在山顶。用Google导航有些不准确。大概还要在走两间房子的距离。门牌号很清楚。找起来很方便。房子周围是安静的居民区。有两层楼。入户的一层有两间卧室，两个洗手间一间浴室。楼下还有两间各包含浴室和卫生间的卧室。我们只有三个人所以很多房间都浪费了。别墅去到海边不远，可以从房屋后的楼梯下山步行。不太好走。爬楼比较累。也可以开车去海边附近大概100米的地方。我发现有好大一片停车场。在地图露营地的附近。海边沙滩沙质还可以可以下海游泳。别墅周围我没有发现吃饭的地方。饭店都集中在海边。我们购物都去附近大概8–9公里的大超市E Leclerc SAINT RAPHAEL。 我们入住时虽然经历了一个小波折但是房东和marie人很好。还送了小礼物表示歉意。 房子的风景简直太美了，比图片上看到的风景美太多。如身在旅游景区一样。加热泳池也很好游。我们很遗憾就住了这么几天。 唯一的小缺陷就是床品陈旧了，该换新的了。

Thank you very much for the wonderful time at your terrific villa. This place exceeded our expectations: it is highly equipped, modern, beautiful, and cozy. The view and the garden are just stunning. We were choosing among several other villas, and we were definitely lucky to stay here. You truly feel at home. Every detail in this place is filled with great attention, soul, and love. The only small point was with the heated pool — although we paid for it in cash, the water (including at the supply holes) remained chilly, so we couldn’t tell or proof if it was actually heated. Other than that, it’s really impressive how well you take care of this villa. We were two families, six people in total, and a small dog. The direct access from the bedrooms to the garden was a perfect feature for our little fluffy friend. Thanks once again for your hospitality and thanks a lot for making our stay so enjoyable! 🤗

Loved staying here. Definitely one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed in. The views were outstanding and the apartment had everything you needed and was spotlessly clean. Jean Jaques was extremely helpful, would definitely recommend and would like to stay again.

Tolle Unterkunft mit einem super Blick über Nizza! Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht um sich sehr wohl zu fühlen, vor allem die separate Küche im Garten ist klasse. Würden definitiv nochmal hin gehen!

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans ce logement. C’était notre première fois avec Airbnb et nous ne regrettons pas. Un hôte très accueillant, à l’écoute, nous a donné beaucoup de conseils et a toujours été présent en cas de besoin. Concernant la maison tout était parfait, comme dans la description ! Très propre très rangé, tout était nickel. Une maison vraiment magnifique et avec tout le nécessaire. Nous remercions également Greg pour sa confiance ainsi que sa gentillesse. Nous recommandons cet hôte à 1000%. Vous pouvez avoir confiance en lui les yeux fermés ! Merci pour tout 😀

We miss the view and garden so much already. This is a stunning Airbnb, Amelie is a great host - super quick communication and responded really quickly to a couple of requests. The photos are really accurate but somehow don’t do the villa/views justice. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a lot of steps. The studio is a flight of stairs below road level, bedrooms of the villa one level down, living area and kitchen another level down and pool another flight of stairs down. We really look forward to returning.

Renee's villa is absolutely beautiful: the location, the amenities, the gardens and outdoor areas, pool and privacy were all superb. There was a major power outage in Southern France while we were there and we were well prepared with the candles and flashlights provided in the villa. The proximity to the surrounding beautiful small villages as well as the Mediterranean coastal towns of Nice, Antibes, Eze, etc. provides a wide choice of sight-seeing, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, beaches, history and art. I would suggest all renters read her book of instructions and suggestions thoroughly at the start of their stay, as there is important information to make your stay more comfortable and without problems.

We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of space for 4 as we spent most of the time in the city. The home is well appointed and the view plus the fruit trees were great. Interior accommodations were comfortable. We had a couple questions in the late evening one night and their team was very responsive. Perfect place for a 3 day stay in the south of France!

We had an amazing stay at Roberto’s villa! The property is absolutely beautiful — the pool was perfect for relaxing or taking a refreshing dip. The rooms are cosy, warm, and tastefully decorated, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Roberto was also a fantastic host — welcoming, responsive, and full of great local tips. We would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

La réalité est beaucoup mieux que les photos ! Certains s'en plaindrons, mais la quarantaine de marches, indispensables à l'accès à la maison, se fait vite oublier grâce au point de vue rare, privilégié et hypnotique sur la baie de Villefranche sur Mer, ses eaux claires et les yachts amarrés, sans aucun vis à vis. La maison est redoutablement bien équipée en mobilier, électroménager, ustensiles de cuisines et de salle de bain. Autre chose : 2 places de parking dédiées à la maison, très rares et utile dans la région, qui plus est en haute saison. Le centre ville historique et la plage sont accessibles à pieds en 20mn et prévoir 25 à 30mn pour la remontée. Le bateau est à l'image de la maison, propre, confortable, spacieux et bien équipé Enfin, Jean-Pierre est un hôte remarquable, disponible et attentionné.

First stay in this lovely villa. We’ve been coming to this area for our August holidays for the past 8 years so know the area well. Now as the family are a bit older, this villa was the perfect upgrade, not to mention the great little pool which our children loved and spent every hour of every day in. Jeroen was always on hand and available to answer any questions we had. We look forward to returning next year!

Nous avons étés très bien accueillis. La villa est spacieuse, sympathique et propre. Les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié la piscine. L'emplacement est aussi hyper pratique pour accéder rapidement aux autres localités environnantes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et n'hésiterons pas à recommander ce lieu à nos amis! Enjoyed stay In St Paul de Vence.. The Airbnb is bright and peaceful. In current era of maps on phone the back narrow roads make such Airbnbs an easy option. The house itself had large windows in every room with the eating area and master being the highlights. Travelled with small dog who loved the large yard. The local grocery store Le Clerc a 5 minute drive down the hill was amazing – so we cooked in house and ate al la fresco. Lots of space and Airbnb is fully equipped. Also found the location in St. Paul de Vence ideal -- nice neighborhood -- not too far up the the hill and close to grocery store, large local mall, and up the hill arts and restaurants. Going it is often difficult to judge locations. Thank you to Jean who was available to help with any questions.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Mougins villa during the Cannes Film Festival, and it truly enhanced our experience. The villa's tranquil setting provided a perfect retreat after the festival's excitement. The check-in process was seamless, and Carole's attention to detail was evident throughout our stay. The spacious layout and pristine pool area offered both comfort and luxury. Being just a short drive from Cannes, the location was ideal for our needs. We wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone seeking a serene yet accessible getaway in the South of France.

Très belle villa dans un cadre idyllique dans l'arrière pays Niçois. Un très beau coin de base pour des randonnées à pied ou à vélo ! la piscine est un plus pour se reposer après les journées sous le soleil. Nous étions avec des amis pour un weekend à vélo et avons passé un excellent séjour. Aude est très réactive et disponible. Elle nous a très bien accueilli et nous reviendrons avec plaisir une prochaine fois ! Merci !

Das Haus und das Gelände sind sehr schön und genau wie auf den Fotos: Das Gelände ist am Ende einer Sackgasse und nicht einzusehen. Vor allem der Pool war im Hochsommer ganz wunderbar und wurde regelmäßig gewartet. Das Haus war für uns vier ideal, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Durch die Klimaanlagen in allen Räumen konnten wir ab und zu der Sommerhitze entfliehen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist ansonsten sehr gut. Leider war das Internet nicht immer zuverlässig, Vincent hat sich zwar sofort darum gekümmert, trotzdem blieb es sehr langsam. Einzig an der Beschattung auf dem Grundstück könnte noch gearbeitet werden, aber das ist definitiv Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Alles in allem haben wir wunderbare zwei Wochen dort verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt. Großen Dank an Vincent!

Hervé is truly a special person. Kind, friendly, helpful, generous, and fun. He immediately felt like a friend or like someone we would want to be friends with. Hervé has a big, beautiful heart and he clearly genuinely loves sharing his home with people. The location was beautiful and magical. It was so clean! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and much more! It was so easy to get around that I was even able to ride into the port of Nice to take a hot yoga class. We attended the Grand Prix and Hervé gave us perfect instructions on how to get there. In all of our years of travel, we have never actually booked an Airbnb, but have opted for vacation rental management companies. Hervé’s home and hospitality were the best we have ever experienced. We didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much, Hervé!
