Beachfront holiday rentals in Cap d'Antibes

Pascal is the best and kindest host, he went out of his way to accommodate us and was a big help with luggage storage as we had a late flight home. The airbnb is in the prime location right in the heart of the old town on a very pretty street with colourful lanterns and lots of lovely shops and restaurants nearby. I thought this would mean it might be noisy at night but it wasn’t a problem at all. The apartment is all very new, super clean and the most comfortable bed too even though it is a sofa bed! Cosy but with everything you could possibly need. 5*!

Our stay at Nice’s place was an absolute joy! Nice has been one of the most responsive and friendly host that I’ve ever meet. You can tell that he really cares for the space, and its guests. The location of this space is ideal. You’re away from the hustle and bustle of Old Nice, but just a quick (and I mean quick) tram ride into town. Most nights we would take the tram into town and walk back. The beach is just a stones throw from the space too. Nice had all of the amenities you’d need for a beach day: chairs, towels, and an umbrella! You can’t beat it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to friends.

Therese’s flat was perfect for our romantic getaway in Nice. The location in the middle of old town was ideal. The apartment was spacious, stylish and well kept. The day bed was lovely for siestas and its kitchen was complete with everything we needed on days where we decided to eat in. Therese was easy to communicate with and even went out of her way to make sure a local train worker strike wouldn’t impact our departure.

Fantastic location in Cannes, walkable to the sea and shops nearby. Perfect for a large group (9 of us) and the flat is extremely well stocked with all the essentials. Remy has also been great and responsive to any questions we had before we arrived. Thanks so much for a great stay!

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Staying at Hélène’s apartment was a dream. Nestled on the third floor in the heart of the old town, the space immediately felt like a home away from home—warm, cozy, and full of character. Hélène is a wonderful host—so welcoming, generous with local tips, and always quick to respond. She greeted me with a big smile and shared a curated list of local spots to eat, explore, and enjoy. That personal touch made all the difference. The location couldn’t be better: steps away from fresh croissants, restaurants, markets, the beach, and historic streets. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully arranged. I honestly didn’t want to leave—and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to truly feel Antibes, not just visit it.

Perfect stay for everyone exploring Côté d Azur. Private Garage, Safe Areal. Supermarket 3-4 minutes by foot. Nice Restaurants in every direction. 3-4 minutes to the Beach. Wonderful View over the bay of Juan de Pins / Antibes from the bed, balcony and the Living Room. Philippe is very Kind. He answers fast and always there to help. Odile’s place was incredible. It was clean and exactly as described. Odile as a host was amazing too. She greeted us at the check-in and she took the time to go through the house and show us around and she also made great recommendations for our stay. We had the best time on the Côte d’Azur!

If you have the opportunity to stay at Sun Bay House you are truly lucky. Philippe has created a beautiful oasis right in the middle of Villefranche-sur-Mer. He is an unbelievable host - the space is pristine and he has thought of every last detail. He gave us amazing recommendations for the area and we absolutely loved talking with him. We left feeling like we were leaving an old friend. We were torn between wanting to sight see around town but also not wanting to leave this beautiful property. Thank you Philippe for making our stay so perfect and special - the best way to end our honeymoon.

Céline is really nice and helpful! She responds very quickly and is always available. She makes sure everything is perfect and that we lack nothing. The accommodation is very clean and the views are superb. The grocery store just downstairs from the building is super convenient and there are a lot of things. I couldn’t recommend Le Cabanon d’Isidore more highly. Wonderful, helpful host; a spotlessly clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully designed and comfortable cabin; stunning views right from bed and from the yard outside; and a short walk to the beach, hiking trails, restaurants, and public transit that opened up access to the entire surrounding region.

What an amazing gem this property was. The view was out of this world. Waking up every morning to that gorgeous view made me giddy! Close to restaurants, to beach clubs, to cafes, you name it. I fell in love with Nice and would 100% stay at this property again. Everything we needed was there and the host was so friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The noise from the promenade was what I expected but it didn’t bother me much, but the location was worth every car horn. Highly recommend this property for anyone travelling to Nice!

Very good welcome. The apartment is ideally located, 5 minutes from the city center and the beach. It is also functional with a top decoration. We're doing it very well. And the best part, the terrace overlooking the sea and its boats. Thank you also for all the little touches that awaited us and that saved us from running to fill up! We'll be there again.

We loved our 10 day stay at this beautiful sea view apartment with a great balcony with fabulous views for sitting out in the morning or evening. The apartment is right opposite the beach which was perfect or us. It is an easy walk of about 20 mins into both Antibes old town and Juan Les Pins both of which have plenty of choice of bars and restaurants. We also got the coastal train from Juan Les Pins into Monaco which was really easy to do. There is a bakery/cafe, Spar and Pharmacy 5 ins walk away from the apartment which was great for picking up everything we needed. We walked all over the Cap d'Antibes which was very easy from the apartment. It was worth the trip up to Phare de la Garoupe for the views and we enjoyed the Sentier du Littoral costal path although be warned there are some steps and rough areas. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and exactly as described/pictures. Nadya was a great host always responsive. We will definitely love to return!

Beautiful apartment. It has the best location. Walkable to every place we wanted to go. Beach bar, restaurants, old town, harbour. Recommend 100%. Host is extremely responsive and warm, instantly happy with by booking.

We had a great experience with Lise and her team. Timely and efficient, but flexible. Our arrival got delayed for traffic at the airport but there was no issue. Instructions at check-in were complete, the property equipped with all needed amenities (hair dryer, washing machine, coffee machine etc.) with nothing missing. The property is at the third floor of a nice building in the old ville, nicely furnished, and in the middle of the bustling life of Antibes. It is above restaurants and shops but it is not noisy, at the same time you feel in town and you are few minutes from Antibes' beaches, the market and the Picasso museum. Great for a family of 3/4. We would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Kerstin’s place. The apartment was beautifully decorated and well set up. Central to the old town and right across the road from the beach front. Lot’s of places to eat within walking distance as well as a very well appointed kitchen. We would definitely return to stay in future visits. Thank you Kerstin and Anna, both of whom were so easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Very clean and spacious. A perfect place to stay for a family. The deck was perfect for morning coffees while listening to the birds in this quiet, residential neighbourhood. We really appreciated the extras like beach mats and beach umbrella! Chantelle was a pleasure to deal with. For example, we had an unexpected train delay resulting in a very late check-in and she stayed up to make sure we had everything we needed upon our arrival. Highly recommend!

Oliver was very kind to answer my questions ahead of time and let us drop off our bags early. His place was easy to find and we got parking right out front every day. The apartment is located in beautifully peaceful surroundings and bigger on the inside and even better than the photos. The place is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We instantly felt relaxed and very much at home and were able to walk easily through the nearby park to all the nice restaurants and visited a few different beach areas that were lovely. The Cap is a beautiful place to walk the coastal path and ride a bike as well. We highly recommend a stay at Oliver's place, we're sure you will want to come back as much as we do!

One of the best places we have stayed! We loved the balcony and the view. It’s centrally located to everything. The beach was perfect. Marius recommended wonderful restaurants in Old Town and was a wonderful host. We can’t wait to return to Antibes and stay here again. Thank you for a beautiful stay!
