We had a great weekend with friends. The house is great,bright, fully equipped and suitable for a stay with family or friends. The host is super welcoming and was flexible in terms of schedules. Accommodation faithful to the listing, ideal for a weekend with friends or family. Everything is in accordance with the photos: clean, well decorated, quiet. The spa and the secluded garden are real assets to fully enjoy the stay. Special mention to the hosts, very kind and accommodating, who facilitated our arrival and made the stay even more enjoyable. Wow, what an incredible peaceful location. The house was absolutely stunning. To see Peacocks go to bed each night roosting in the trees is a memory. Julie and Cedric are lovely hosts, thank you! I cannot recommend this property enough. The house has all the amenities you will need for your stay. Just a wow moment when you first see the house. We will definitely be back!

Warm welcome by Mireille who is very friendly. We only stayed one night but very functional accommodation. Good quality bedding, we slept very well. Accommodation in a dead-end street so no noise which is very appreciable. Close to the beach on foot. We are fans of Airbnb and this one is in our top 5. Really perfect stay. Impeccable accommodation and totally as described. Private parking, access to the city center on foot in a few minutes, safety for children, full baby equipment available, ping-pong table, swimming pool, full air conditioning. Everything was perfect! Our host was available, responsive, very attentive! Really ideal for families!!

Well located apartment because it's far from everything Shops, restaurants, beaches, etc. everything is nearby If you play golf, you can also walk there The apartment is very functional. Very short stay for 1 night as a couple. Very clean accommodation, very well decorated and very well equipped. We also found 1 place to park on the street. I would recommend it in a second.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. It’s a stunning place, very useable and well kitted out and brilliant in the sun.

I recommend on all points, the accommodation is in accordance with the descriptions and photos, very well located in a secure residence, the terrace is a major asset as well as the location. Me and my family enjoyed our stay at Julien’s house very much. He responded and fulfilled our requests within the hour and was very friendly. The house had everything we needed, even an alarm for the pool in case Baby or puppy accidentally took a dip. My only criticism is the low water pressure in the showers, very difficult for washing long or thick hair. And a small caveat, the sound in the house travels very well so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Overall the house was the perfect home base for our excursions to the cities and beaches. 9.5/10

The apartment is extremely comfortable and well-appointed. The two dedicated parking places are a real boon. It's situation is fantastic, being only two minutes walk from the lovely harbour with all it's restaurants, and ten minutes from the centre of the town. The view from the balcony is truly special, overlooking as it does the marina and the Étang, along the shore of which you can walk all the way to the Canal du Midi. We shall certainly be back.

The accommodation could not be better located... 30 seconds from the market, 30 seconds from the dock with restaurants and shops, 2 minutes from the beach... relaxing week, quiet, no car... just happiness... Modern, comfortable apartment in the centre of Cap d’Agde. Garage parking for one car. Great communication with owner and Vincent who met us and showed us around.

Molène is very friendly and welcoming, very available when needed. There is everything you need in the accommodation to have a good stay at the beach. The accommodation is clean and quiet. The parking space is perfect for not having to worry about parking.

Very well located accommodation in the village. It is tastefully decorated and equipped. We had a lovely stay.
