Ce logement a toutes les commodités pour un séjour confortable. La vue prenante de la mer du 7e étage est appréciée. Cela en fait un atout très intéressant. Prendre l'apéro sur la balcon est un plaisir. Nous n'avons pas eu trop de problème pour le stationnement de la voiture, mais nous étions de retour avant 16h00. La disponibilité des places est limitée après 15h30 et les alternatives de stationnement dans les rues sont assez loin et contraignantes (frais jusqu'à 20h00). Il n'est plus possible de se garer dans la rue du complexe, il faut aller à plus de 300 m ou utiliser un parking public payant à 100 m. Sur 5 jours, nous n'avons eu à se garer dans la rue qu'une seule fois. Le lit est confortable. Il est très agréable de dormir avec le bruit lointain des vagues. Les résidents du complexes sont silencieux et respectueux. Bref, nous avons eu une excellente expérience et nous conseillons ce logement pour ceux qui veulent découvrir Funchal.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad op Madeira. Prachtig eiland,heel veel te doen. Appartement was super schoon. Fantastisch uitzicht. Claudia is een geweldige host die ons helemaal thuis heeft laten voelen. Ze stond altijd klaar voor vragen en advies. Raden Smiling Petals ook aan voor een perfecte vakantie op dit mooie eiland.

Very good location for exploring Funchal with only a 5-10 walk to the shops and restaurants in the centre. Very spacious for the 4 of us and great views from the balcony. Nice local bakery next door, worth a visit for breakfast.

Also der Aufenthalt war von der ersten Minute entspannt und man wurde herzlich aufgenommen. Sogar am Parkplatz wurden wir empfangen! 🤩 Nach der Einweisung in die Gegebenheiten war immer ein Ansprechpartner da. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen es ist jeden Cent wert.

Merci pour ce séjour, tout c’est bien passé. Le parking est un vrai plus et le balcon vue océan est très appréciable. Le logement est grand, propre et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon voyage. Encore merci, au plaisir. Megane

A fantastic stay with Emanuel for 3 weeks , my longest stay at an Air BnB and was perfect for what i was looking for. The place is exactly as described and as in the pictures. Emanuel and his mum were great with communicating and making sure all questions were answered. The location was perfect and everything was within walking distance, most day trips would pick up from outside the apartment. Would 100% stay here again when I come back and cannot recommend them enough

Le logement est très très propre et très confortable. Très bien décoré avec une vue mer dégagée depuis la chambre et le balcon privé ainsi que sur la nature environnante. Le jardin à disposition est très agréable et luxuriant avec des bananiers, des transats et tables, barbecue etc. La machine à laver le linge est très appréciable lorsqu’on fait de la randonnée. Beaucoup de belles randonnées à proximité. Sabino est sa famille sont très accueillants, serviables et sympathiques. Beaucoup de petites attention comme les fruits du jardin, des spécialités de Madère. Nous recommandons chaleureusement !! Obrigada Sabino

We had a fantastic stay at Filipe’s home, which is beautiful and really thoughtfully designed. It’s very well appointed, spotlessly clean and in a very charming little village away from the hustle and bustle of Funchal, but still accessible by car. Communication was excellent and the fruit and biscuits were a lovely touch. Highly recommended.

Pedro’s place was worth every penny. View was amazing. Hikes challenging, worth every step. Have a well used knee, actually strengthened everything. Food fresh and delicious. Very fresh and satisfying. Desserts amazing. Best Airbnb stay yet!!!

Die Unterkunft war einfach super und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Das Haus ist wirklich riesig, man hat sehr viel Platz und Privatsphäre, auch wenn man als Gruppe reist. Der Pool wurde auf unseren Wunsch hin beheizt und die Temperatur war sehr angenehm. Einfach ein Traum, wenn man im Pool liegend den Sonnenuntergang beobachten kann. Auch die Ausstattung war super, alles da was wir benötigt haben. Zudem eine Garage, das zweite Auto konnten wir vorm Tor abstellen. Die Lage war ruhig, nur am Wochenende ist in den Restaurants am Ende der Straße sehr viel los, auch viele Motorrad Fahrer die nicht gerade leise sind. Aber es war noch in Ordnung. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen und der Vermieter sehr freundlich.

We had a fabulous time staying here at Lily's place, it was a perfect base for all our Hikes around Madeira. Lily is a perfect host, she is really knowledgeable and gave us lots of recommendation's for things to do and see. We would highly recommend staying here if you are keen to explore the beautiful island of Madeira.

We would look forward to staying here again and the location is very good, being quiet and close to the beach, supermarket, restaurant and bars. Good for 4-6 people. Patricio was very attentive, multi lingual and available at any time. Overall very good with a spacious and beautiful outdoor space and garden. You won't be disappointed.

What a super relaxed place to stay! Great view from the balcony / patio with lounge chairs and a hammock. You need a car to go to a restaurant, but there’s a fully equiped kitchen and bbq. Miguel is such a nice host. He left us bananas, passion fruit amd sweet potatoe and brought us fresh baked bread later in the week. The only thing: because it is a bit humid, the bathroom smelled a bit humid too. It did not bother us at all.

Logement très agréable, conforme à la description. Deux belles terrasses permettent de profiter de la vue sur l’océan et de magnifiques coucher de soleil. Le garage est appréciable. Je recommande fortement.

Loved my stay here! The location was perfect with amazing views, and Sandra was a great host—super easy to communicate with and quick to sort out any issues. She was also really flexible with check-in and check-out, which made everything so much easier. Would definitely stay again!

We were really happy with Rui‘s Appartement. It was really clean and looks like the pictures. The check in was really easy:) Sometimes we heared the the people in the Appartement above. The airport in the nearth wasnt a Problem for us. Thank you Rui

Die Unterkunft überzeugt mit der traumhaften Aussicht- beim Frühstück und Abendessen haben wir die Aussicht sehr genossen! Leider ist die nahe gelegene Hauptstraße lauter als erwartet. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, besonders die Waschmaschine haben wir sehr gerne bei unserem längeren Aufenthalt genutzt, in der Küche lässt es sich auch etwas ausgiebiger kochen. Die Wohnung ist ansprechend eingerichtet, an manchen Stellen jedoch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Wohnung liegt außerhalb der Stadt, man sollte auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen haben, jedoch erreicht man somit einige tolle Wanderungausgangspunkte mit dem Auto etwas zügiger.

logement très sympa, terrasse agréable, bien équipé. un petit chat venait souvent nous rendre visite, nous avons prit plaisir en en prendre soins. par contre logement bruyant du a l'aéroport près de celui-ci. avec des boules quies on entend rien.

Joana is a kind and proactive host, always available. She gave us advice for good restaurants and places to visit :) The appartment is bigger than expected with everything you could ask for. I would definitely recommend Joana‘s place! Small tip: The underground parking space and its entrance are quite narrow so try to get a smaller rental car if possible. Not kmpossible with laeger cars, but less stressfull for sure 😁

Delila was an great host. Apartment was clean with all the amenities. Location is great, close to the beaches, stores and restaurants. Bus stop is right in front of the apartment.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Funchal/Madère. Propre, bien équipé et facile d'accès, l'appartement est très agréable. Alexandro est un hôte accueillant, disponible et réactif. Il nous a même partagé quelques recommandations, d'activités à faire ou des pots à aller voir, qui étaient pertinentes. Attention toutefois car la piscine n'est pas directement accessible, mais dans un autre complexe d'immeubles qui se situe à 5-10 minutes à pieds de l'appartement. De même, l'arrivée n'est pas autonome puisque c'est l'hôte lui même qui remet les clés moyennant 30€ si vous arrivez après 18h. Détails à connaître il me semble. Je recommande ce logement

We loved staying here! Fantastic location for a vacation in Madeira and the view from the balcony was amazing. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back!
