Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Caniço

Sądzę że to jest jeden z najlepszych widokowo app na wyspie. Tak spektakularnych zachodów słonca nie widziałam nigdzie. Basen w sam raz na popływanie po wycieczkach. Jest też siłownia, z widokiem na ocean, z której korzystał mój mąż. Jadna rzecz o której należy wiedzieć to że warto zabrać z sobą stopery do uszu bo naprzeciwko sypialni dość wcześnie rano przyjeżdża śmieciarka. Ale to nie powinno cię zniechęcić do rezerwacji. Graca jest też elastycznym Hostem i pozwoliła nam zostać 4 godz dłużej bo mieliśmy późno wieczorny lot. Dziękujemy!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Terrasse und insgesamt sehr schöne Wohnanlage. Traumhafter Ausblick aufs Meer. Die Straße ist etwas laut, aber nachts und wenn die Fenster zu sind, ist es sehr ruhig. In der Gegend gibt es fußläufig tolle Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mit Bus, Taxi oder Auto ist man sehr schnell im Zentrum von Funchal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

The apartment was just amazing ,we had 6 adults staying in the apartment and it was so spacious ,3 large bedrooms ,2 with en-suites and another bathroom located right next to the 3rd bedroom,location was great ,with a lovely sea view from the balcony and close to restaurants and a large supermarket. The apartment had everything we needed. including a washing machine and tumble dryer. My son made use of the gym and we enjoyed using the pool. Jordão and Claudia were easy to contact and responded immediately, gave us clear instructions for checking in and checking out . We used the Bolt app to get taxis to travel around which we found excellent and reasonably priced. There is a parking garage under the apartments where you can park a car if you choose to do a rental car . although we didn’t have a car ,we found walking through the parking garage a great way to avoid the steep hill. we will definitely hire the apartment again when visiting the beautiful maderia island . Nice apartment to stay for a long holiday with beautiful views of Praira Formosa. Infinity pool, ample space, well equipped kitchen and washing machine. Free parking in the apartment's garage. The location was perfect being just outside of Funchal with easy access to ER 101. The apartment sits up on the hill with a short walk to the promenade; you can walk either towards Camara de Lobos or Funchal. Lots of restaurants on the promenade and on Estrada Monumental. There is a supermarket (Continente) just 2-3 blocks down the street from the apartment. The local host met us at the apartment to show us around. The apartment was clean and comfortable coming home after a day of hiking (purchase trail tickets 3E on Simplifica for all the PR# trails). A car is a must if you are going to hike and see Maderia. No Jacuzzi and gym is old and poorly equipped.

Het appartement voldeed aan alle verwachtingen. Meubilair goed, bedden goed. Bedlinnen ook prima. Handdoeken en wc papier ruim aanwezig. We konden de auto parkeren in de garage onder het gebouw. De parkeerplek is erg krap maar parkeren op straat is eigenlijk niet mogelijk dus wel een aanrader ondanks de krapte. Wij hadden een seat Ibiza met aan elke kant nog een centimeter of 2 ruimte. De koffiezetter begaf het maar binnen een half uur kregen we een nieuwe, echt toppie. Restaurants een 100 meter lopen en een leuk haventje, supermarkt ook een 150 meter dus lekker dichtbij. We hebben genoten!

Super logement proche du port de Camara do Lobos. Nous avons apprécié la proximité avec les restaurants, la supérette et le port. La place de parking sécurisée est un réel point fort car le stationnement en ville est limité. Nous avons profité de la piscine sur le toit ainsi que la salle de sport presque tous les matins, et il n’y avait jamais personne. Le logement en lui même était parfait, propre et moderne. Le balcon est super agréable avec une vue magnifique mais il donne sur une rue assez fréquentée. De plus, l’insonorisation des baies vitrées n’est super mais le soir la circulation diminue et ça ne nous a pas gêné pour dormir. Globalement nous avons passé un super séjour en famille et recommandons ce logement. Merci à Diana qui a été une hôte agréable et très réactives.

Ak máte radi mestský komfort v úplne novej nehnuteľnosti s krásnym výhľadom na oceán, tak toto je výborné miesto. Super východisko pre výlety do iných končín ostrova. Bezpečné parkovanie v podzemnej garáži na vlastných parkovacích miestach. Veľký apartmán, vkusne až luxusne zariadený v stráženom areáli apartmánových domov. Podľa mňa pohodlne ubytuje až 6 hostí - každá izba má vlastnú kúpeľňu s toaletou. Máte prístup do relaxačnej zóny v záhrade apartmánového domu, kde je bazén s výhľadom na oceán, lehátka, fitness. Pár metrov od domu sa nachádza všetko podstatné vybavenie - veľký supermarket, obchody, kaviareň s pekárňou... Hostiteľ reagoval na našu komunikáciu extrémne rýchlo, slušne a priateľsky. Všetko fungovalo. Bol ochotný vyjsť v ústrety našim požiadavkám ohľadom času príchodu a odchodu aj mimo rámec oficiálnych časov. Celkovo veľmi príjemný pobyt v excelentnom apartmáne s profesionálne komunikujúcim a ochotným hostiteľom. Ďakujeme a tešíme sa niekedy nabudúce!

This location is perfect - the balcony provides are a picture-perfect view of the bay, along with spectacular sunset views. The accommodations are clean with a very nice layout. The kitchen is well-equipped - just like home. There is everything you need within walking distance - restaurants, shops, ATMs, bakeries and easy access to the local seaside promenade.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation mit Maria war von Anfang an hervorragend – sie war immer schnell erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und genau wie in der Beschreibung. Ich habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt und kann diese Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen!

The best host I have ever stayed with through airbnb. Lionel and Carla are super, super hosts!! The property is immaculate, very spacious and on a superbly situated development. The beds were super comfy, great black out blinds too. There are many fabulous local restaurants nearby or you can easily hop onto a bus just outside of the apartment block to Funchal. Lionel and Carla really go the extra mile! If you require any help or information the response time is immediate! Thank you for making our stay in Maderia so perfect! We will be back!

Lovely clean and functional apartment. Really relaxing within easy reach of supermarkets, shopping centres and restaurants. I was mountain biking and there were no issues with my bike being in the lifts or anything (maybe a few funny looks) but all in all a good place and close to a fabulous coffee shop.

Venho comunicar sobre minha estadia no apartamento da Anastasia. Foi totalmente maravilhoso do início da reserva até o dia do meu check-in. O apartamento totalmente equipado para seus dias de férias, tudo limpo e organizado faço acesso a praias, restaurantes. Me senti em casa pois o conforto do apartamento é espetacular fora a vista que ele oferece é magnífica! Só um detalhe a passar, quem gosta de silêncio e acordar tarde. Pois já pela manhã o movimento de carros e pessoas se ouve tudo mas para mim não fez diferença. EU AMEI MEUS DIAS FÉRIAS NESSA ILHA PERFEITA E MINHA ESTÁDIA NO APARTAMENTO. Recomendo muito!

The apartment was great. A lovely designed living-room and a big balcony with an awesome ocean-few. The village is a good spot to calm down after some island adventures, with a lot of offers like spa and something like that. Can fully recommend the apartment for a stay at Madeira. Definitely will come back soon.

Die Wohnung ist hell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Tiefgarage ist geräumig. Super, daß eine Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine da war. Iri hat sich viel Mühe gegeben und uns auf ihrem Weg am nächsten Tag nochmal zum Flughafen mitgenommen , da wir Probleme mit der Autovermietung hatten. Ein toller Aufenthalt

Erg mooie villa, wijzelf en onze kinderen genoten van de ruimte in het huis en om het huis heen. Fijne tuin met kunstgras rondom het huis en goed hekwerk zodat kinderen veilig konden spelen. Het huis had mooi uitzicht op de zee. Enige nadeel waren de rupsjes die vaak onder de deuren door naar binnen kropen. Omdat onze jongste zoon nog kruipt was dit niet zo handig. Alle kamers en badkamers waren super netjes en comfortabel in gebruik. Inpandig parkeren van de auto in de grote garage was ook erg fijn.

Katharina was an excellent host. While the house was close to downtown and had all the amenities we needed, what we like even more was how incredibly responsive she was to our messages and how accommodating and understanding she is. When we had to do a late checkout she accommodated us which was very helpful for us. I would strongly recommend any property hosted by Katharina.

My partner and I stayed at Villa Limoeira with another couple. It was perfect for our group! Breathtaking views, a clean and comfortable home, and excellent local recommendations. Also, there’s a heated swimming pool where you can watch the sun set over the ocean, so that’s pretty awesome. Calheta is a quiet and picturesque area with easy access to many of the best hikes and nature on the island! Would recommend renting a car, but there is a great local restaurant within a 5 minute walk from the villa. Wish we could have stayed there forever. 10/10 would recommend!

Very clean, comfortable and modern villa. Lots of parking spaces, gym, large terraces, lots of bathrooms, beautiful spacious bedrooms, modern and brand new appliances, dishes and other equipment. During our stay, we had only one request - to provide us with a barbecue grill. The owner bought a brand new grill within 8 hours. Everything was very good. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Madeira. We recommend this accommodation to everyone!!!

We had a great stay with Julio as our host. He communicated very well. The location was incredible and the space was clean. The internet connection was not very strong, but this was not a big deal as we spent most time exploring the island. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This villa was a dream — clean, cozy, and with amazing views of the ocean and mountains. We loved the peaceful location and the sunrise from the terrace was unforgettable. The host was kind and helpful, making our stay effortless. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing escape in Madeira!

We had a great six days at the villa. This was not a cheap option but you get what you pay for: an excellent, modern villa with lots of space and very well furnished and equipped. The location is great in a quiet neighbourhood, elevated with fantastic views over the port, the sea and the city, but also a short drive to the main road, so well connected for the rest of the island. We had an issue with hot water at one point but this was quickly fixed. No hesitation in recommending this property. We hesitated over paying to get the pool heated, but very glad we did so. We spent a lot of time in it and wouldn't have it hadn't been heated.
