It's an Awesome experience staying at Angads Casa Gracia, It's exceeded than our expectations and villa is very well maintained in good community. care taker Binod is very helpful assisting us and provided everything what we ask on time and always available in touch. As everything was inplace in Villa itself and provided each and everything and we don't even got a chance to reach Angad at all and care taker Binod take cares everything before even we ask. I definitely recommend staying in Angad's Villa and felt sad leaving this place and looking forward to stay again when we visit Goa.

It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb during our trip to Goa. The property was exactly as described and matched all the amenities listed. It’s well located with easy access to nearby shops for essentials, and most popular attractions are just 20–25 minutes away by car—making it a very convenient base to explore North Goa. Things to consider: ❌ The Wi-Fi connection was quite poor, and since the mobile network signal was also weak in the area, a reliable internet connection is something that needs immediate attention. ❌ Bedsheets had visible lipstick stains—cleanliness and linen inspection before guest arrival should be taken more seriously. That said, we truly appreciated the hospitality and overall experience. These minor issues didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our trip. Thank you for hosting us—we’re happy to give a 5-star rating and would consider staying again in the future.

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

From the moment we booked, she ensured everything was seamless and made us feel right at home. A special mention must go to the caretaker, Suresh, who was a huge part of making our stay so enjoyable. Always helpful, kind, and attentive who even drove us around at times, which made exploring places in and around Calangute so much easier. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic Goan experience. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

Honest Review: A Perfect Getaway Spot for Large Groups & Families We recently stayed at this amazing property and had an absolutely wonderful experience. If you're planning a trip with a large group — especially with kids — this place is just perfect! The living room and balcony are super spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, chat, and just enjoy each other’s company. There’s a TV and a Bluetooth speaker provided, which added a nice touch for entertainment during our stay. The rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were hygienic and well-maintained with surprisingly good quality water — something that’s often overlooked but so important. The air conditioning in all rooms worked really well, which was a total blessing considering the hot climate during our visit. We were also impressed by the swimming pool — sparkling clean and just the right size for both kids and adults to enjoy. Plus, the parking space easily accommodated 4 to 5 cars, which made arrivals and depart

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

My stay was wonderful! The host, Ms. Mohini, was always reachable and very helpful throughout. The interiors were beautifully done, and the lighting created a warm and welcoming ambiance. I particularly loved the photo frames and flower vases — they added a lovely touch to the space. The caretaker was also available at all times, which made the stay even more comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to include a pressure cooker or an electric cooker in the kitchen, as it was missing. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a pleasant and comfortable stay!

It was a very nice place as described in the listing. The apartment is very clean and tidy and exactly as described. There is a care taker named prahlad who is very helpful and a kind person, his service was exceptional and considers guests and their convenience very well. He also cleaned the room really well. Overall all of us had a homely feel and never felt as if we are staying at some hotel or anything. Only minimum needed communication was done by the hosts so that it never interrupted our trip or enjoyment. It was a great stay and will surely recommend it to others ❤️😍.

We had an amazing time at Nitin and Abhishek’s Villa. Right from the initial booking till the check-out, everything was communicated promptly and very well. The caretakers at the property were very polite and helpful and accommodated all our requests. The villa itself was very spacious and clean and looked even better than the photos! We loved the pool attached to the property, the amenities provided were also great as we were able to cook for ourselves too. The location is right in the centre of Calangute, everything was extremely accessible and places like Assagao and Anjuna were just 20 minutes away. Would recommend this Villa to both family and friends and will definitely be back.

Had a very peaceful and happy stay at this villa which is very close to the beach. All the rooms were very cozy and the kitchen had all the necessary utensils.

This was the best stay I have had in Goa. A beautifully decorated home right next to the river was a bliss. wI stayed for a week and the changes in the river on a daily basis was very fascinating. One can see a beautiful sunset and moonset behind the hill if the weather is clear. Having a thoughtfully curated kitchenette definitely added to the comfort and it felt like home. Saheel did a great job in designing the space. Very prompt in responding. Roshan didi (the help) is very sweet and helpful. Wifi and Power back up are pretty strong considering the frequent power outages in Goa. Overall an amazing stay and would definitely be back here in the future! ✨

Good cosy place in the midst of the Candolim-calungute road. everything is at a stone throw and the place is well kept and safe for all.

The place was peaceful and perfect for family setup. You've to walk a bit from the main road, the good side is you don't have to listen to the traffic sound at all. Overall, if you need a bit of isolation as a family, it's a perfect stay. The washroom can be improved in terms of the construction, otherwise everything was clean.

The location was excellent—everything we needed was nearby, yet the place felt peaceful and secluded, offering just the right amount of privacy. What a superb place, exactly how the pictures described it. Lots of open space, lots of natural light coming in, a great pool and superb house keepers. Shrish did a great job at keeping the place up to date throughout. Only complaint would be that even though the sheets and towels are changed daily they look a bit worn out now. Other than that a great place, close to almost all the popular places (10-15 mins). Will definitely come here again
