Everything was very nice, the house was delivered to us in a very clean way, we were very satisfied with everything, the location is also very close to the center of Dalyan

The house was very nice and clean, and the garden was beautiful and cozy. Outdoor areas were even nicer than the pictures. The house is very centrally located, walking distance to everything, but in a quiet private street. The host is very informative and quick to answer messages. Very friendly. Would absolutely recommend.

WE STAYED 4 NIGHTS AS A FAMILY DURING EID AL-ADHA. THERE ARE 2 HOUSES IN THE GARDEN LOCATED RIGHT NEXT TO DALYAN RIVER. WE STAYED IN THE HOUSE WITH A BED ON THE UPPER FLOOR. THE VIEW IS WONDERFUL, THERE ARE GARDEN SEATING GROUPS BY THE RIVER IN THE FOREST, THERE IS A BARBECUE. YOU CAN CROSS TO THE OPPOSITE SHORE OF DALYA WITH SMALL FERRIES, IZTUZU BEACH IS VERY CLOSE, YOU CAN GO BY BOAT OR BY VEHICLE. WE WERE SATISFIED AND DID NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS. THANK YOU

Ufuk is a wonderful host, meeting us on arrival and check out. His place has a spectacular view that photos won't do justice. it's a 15 min drive to Dalyan where you can get restaurants, shops, boats, tours, etc. The pool was a little cold but it was March. Similarly the first two nights got a little cold but there is heating. There was nothing that required us to seek Ufuk's help during our stay but he was very responsive and I'm sure he would have come to help if we needed.
