Apartment holiday rentals in Cancún

The location is excellent, inside a hotel with security and a beautiful view. Impeccable cleanliness, easy access, well-equipped kitchenette, 24/7 functional refrigerator, air conditioning and very clean bathroom. Julio and Aileen are super attentive hosts. The routes pass right outside and the tours pick you up right there. It's not a resort, but it's more than good. Only detail: be careful when entering/leaving the shower-tub due to the height. Even so, everything was perfect! I would return without hesitation! Highly recommended, 5 stars!! Thank you very much for everything, 100% recommended, place, host, stay, everything!

Æmilias place was great! In great cleaning condition. Quality towels. Has Netflix account & Disney as well. Big tv to watch movies. Bed & pillows were so comfortable. Modern lights. Easy access. My wife & I enjoyed our stay here. This place is a must with really good restaurants near by! I 100% recommend booking your stay here.

I loved my stay here, and so did my dog! The garden area was perfect for morning coffee, or an evening nightcap. Parque Gaia is literally steps away, so I took my dog for walks there everyday. (We saw a while family of Iguanas!) I didn't have a car, but found getting around very easy. There is a huge mall, several restaurants, a Petco, and the Malecon all within walking distance. Oh, and Elisa next door is super sweet!! I will definitely try to book again next time I'm in Cancun! Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!!

Cesar and Claudia's Airbnb is highly recommended. The 28th market for souvenirs at a good price is CLOSE BY. Route 2 that takes you to the hotel area of Cancun is 2 streets away, one stop, and on the way back it leaves you at the corner of the Airbnb. There is a very CLOSE cafe restaurant with Gracia and the grandparents' house, my options, super rich food. Very good place and central.

We had a great time staying at Yadira Andrea’s Airbnb! We loved the decor and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We were able to see the fireworks from the Hotel Zone. The mall was right next door to the apartment building. It’s a prime location. We were able to take walks and enjoy a nice meal nearby or just shop. Thank you Diana for being attentive and making sure we were great throughout our stay.

A very nice place, I chose it because it's close to the ADO station, but in the end I rented a car haha, there are many places to dine and the place is very quiet, there was no parking for the car, but in front there is a square where you can park it in front, the room is very nice, I definitely know I would return :)

This place looked exactly like the pictures and it has beautiful views. You can see and hear the ocean waves from the balcony. The rooftop also has a great view of the city. The place was clean and easy to find. I would stay here again!!

From the first day, Ofelia was always very attentive to us, communication was always super clear and easy. It was super nice to let us into the apartment earlier since it was ready, and it helped us a lot to have more time to relax and enjoy the beach. It really was a very nice experience, the apartment is as it appears in the photos and with a privileged location. If I went back to Cancun, I wouldn't last long staying with Ofelia. Thank you for making our experience amazing.

Miriam’s place is beautiful. It’s a beach front condo in a resort property so there is security that made us feel safe. Finding the condo was a little tricky but Miriam gave us step by step instructions on how to locate it. Once inside the condo, the view from the balcony was beautiful! The condo has everything you need for a comfortable & relaxing stay. The king size bed was absolutely comfortable! I love how she has beach chairs & an umbrella available for us to use! Definitely a nice touch. Miriam was very friendly and communicative. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this location to anyone!

Highly recommended, both the accommodation and Jessica's attention and service. In the 16 days we stayed, we didn't have a single problem. She was always attentive if we were offered something or needed help with something. Thank you for everything

This was a beautiful apartment in a good location. The only caveat that I have for others is that the outside noise can be overwhelming for some as it is on a main road. This is out of the owner's control. Other than that, it was a really nice apartment to stay at and very comfortable.

Incredible apartment, everything super clean and tidy! I loved it because it's a quiet area, no noise. I definitely felt at home, the next time I come I would definitely go back to that place.

My family and I loved this place so peaceful no one bothering in anyway the rooftop pool amazing the times we were there it was empty, also ale made our stay so easy she help us get a rental car and the rental please were able to dropped off at the apartment. Everyone was friendly and helpful so don’t doubt about this place everything is like the pictures show you, you will love it

Everything was excellent!! The arrival instructions were clear and even allowed us to store our luggage in advance and we are very grateful. Few hosts currently allow it. They welcomed us and showed us the apartment's amenities. The truth is, we were delighted with the apartment, the pool, the very quiet area and if you don't have a car you can move around at all times on Route 1 or Uber, The host also made some recommendations. We felt at home, we didn't want to leave. The pool is huge, we rested very well and without a doubt you feel that they strive to keep everything good for their guest and I insist, it is appreciated. Do not hesitate to book it, believe me it will be worth it. As mentioned, right in front is the xailing pier to Isla Mujeres. Another thing, it also has a washing machine with clear instructions for its use. I confirm, I totally recommend the accommodation.

This was my second time staying at Nancy’s place. I love that it’s clean and modern, Steps to pool/beach and groceries, and safe with security. Nancy is the best host - she arranged pickup and drop off to the airport for me. This is a hidden gem for anyone looking to enjoy Cancun - I’ll definitely be back a third time!

Eric is a great host, he met me for check in and gave a tour. Also bid farewell at checkout. The place is as described with fast WiFi allowing for remote work, with a desk in the main bedroom. The AC works well in the bedroom and the water pressure is great. Not much traffic on street so pretty quiet, and Ubers are affordable.

First, I want to say that it was very easy to get to the location. Once we got there we were greeted by Raquel. She was so nice and professional. She helped our check in go smoothly. The condo was clean and just as pictured. We had everything we needed. From the kitchen to downstairs in the bedroom. We felt very safe and enjoyed the fact that it was quiet. Everyone we encountered was very nice. We had so many stores near by that were walkable. We ordered pizza one night and had no prob with the delivery. Got a drink from the bar by pool and enjoyed some relaxation time. We walked by the beach & took amazing photos for the memories. We had the mall right across the street if you enjoy shopping. We loved the fact that it was very easy for our pick ups when we were out and about on our tours. Eduardo was very responsive and his instructions were very clear. I wish I could’ve just stayed & live there as I found it a home away from home. Cant wait to be back!!! Yuumbotik!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Cusho’s home in Cancun! The location was perfect—peacefully tucked away from the hustle of the hotel zone, yet still central and convenient to everything we needed. Cusho’s team, especially Elsi and Carlos, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Cusho and Louise were incredibly responsive and attentive to any questions or needs we had throughout our trip. We were traveling with a toddler, and they were so accommodating—helping us coordinate baby gear rental before our arrival, which made a huge difference. It truly felt like they thought of everything. We would absolutely love to return to Cancun and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. This was one of the best—if not the best—Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had!

Ideal location for excursions. Safe area. Quiet sleep. Apartment very spacious. Car rental company near the IBIS Hotel. There is also a small German bakery downstairs (ideal for breakfast). Friendly communication with the host. Security personnel at the entrance are very courteous. Will come again any time. Note: Uber is not allowed to pick up at the airport. The recommended pick-up service works well, but is comparatively expensive. The return journey is going well with Uber.

Paulina’s place was excellent. Absolutely recommend. It’s had everything we needed and more. Went down for a dental tourism (5th time) and this is easily the best place we stayed. It was super quiet, perfect location, security and customer service was outstanding. 5 out of 5 recommend!!
