Nice place to stay very cosy

Overall very nice stay, airbnb is as advertised. Great for a couples trip, location great if you prefer quiet with some options. Beach down the road beautiful. Local mart for laundry to drinks(alc&nonalc) and snacks. Tours nearby if you’re looking for that. The property was very secure which I liked and only about 20 min from airport. Overall great stay, definitely appreciated the water provided. Great references for authentic food! We got a massage before check out by a new local business near the jetski business very nice!Locals pretty friendly for the most part.

Satisfied with the stay, the pool area super fun and relaxing, super comfort… I recommend it 100% !! Very adequate service. We had an amazing time 🙏🏻

Pleasant place and very well located. If you are going to use a jet ski or yacht, it is a very good location

i recommend the house, because what we liked the most is the security in the fractionation, which the host was from a day before, during and afterwards very attentive to us and our needs. The house is comfortable, comfortable, it has everything you need from glasses, cups and pans, to washing machine, iron and parking. in conclusion we would be back with my whole family on site.

The stay was wonderful. Nairobel was very on top of everything and the location was exceptional. It's no wonder she's a super host. I would definitely love to come back here again. All I can say is wow. This has been the best AirBNB experience I’ve had. Lore and Mayte were so kind and helpful. The communication was top notch. Every question I had was answered thoroughly and with kindness. Lore provided local restaurant and nightlife recommendations that were top notch. The home was impeccable. It was so clean. The beds were comfortable. The AC blew cold. And the pool, how we miss that pool. Such a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring Cancun. As I mentioned earlier this was the best experience I’ve had in this app. Our entire group agrees they want to stay at this location again once we return to Cancun. I cannot recommend this place enough. If it’s free and you’re looking for a great home with great hosts, book it!

Beautiful house right on the beach. Loved having the pool overlooking the beach and the dipping pool on the upper deck - which warmed up perfectly with sun to make it warm for the evenings! Kitchen and bathrooms were great and the beds are super comfy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Casa hormiga was so welcoming! Beautiful place, super clean and the location is great! Roberto is an amazing host, super friendly and very responsive! We had the best time at the place and it’s truly a hidden gem! All the amenities were very useful. I definitely recommend this place!

Nice big house to accommodate our group of 19 people. Closer to the airport. Nice neighborhood.

I highly recommend staying Miguel’s place! My group of 9 stayed for 5 days. More than enough rooms and bathrooms. There’s an AC unit in every room and they get very cold. The pool was beautiful and we had fun with the volleyballs, net and other pool toys around. This is two living spaces with separate entrances. No internal stairwell or access to the backyard from the upstairs. There are restaurants and bars in walking distance. Miguel communicated proactively and was very responsive. I would stay here again and recommend this place to families or large groups!

We stayed here Easter weekend for family vacation with our 3 college age kids. The home is beautiful and comfortable. View is amazing. Location was perfect for exploring. Octavio was very responsive and shared recommendations,

A very nice house with pool. Very good air conditioning. The kitchen had everything you need. The lights outside were a little bright for the night, but someone was immediately sent to turn them off for the next night. We will be happy to come back.

This place is in a great quiet location at the center of the island. An easy drive by golf cart to either playa norte or punta sur. Tracy and her team are great to work with. You will not be disappointed.

It is a super pleasant stay, you feel at home, it is very well done by the style they gave it and very comfortable, I would definitely return.

Amazing!!! We had a blast great memories the family will share. The rooms upstairs are really well separated so it provides a sense of privacy for the families staying together. Host was amazing !
