Holiday rentals with breakfast in Cancún

Edith is a great host! She was welcoming, helped us with directions, gave us thoughtful advices and answered all questions we had. During our stay we felt at home, that was a great feeling t have for a more than two weeks, we vary appreciate that! The place itself is spacious, beautifully decorated, spacious kitchen ( we cooked a lot and enjoyed it) The location is great: Walmart and Grand Shopping Plaza is within 10 min walking distance, restaurants, laundry, public transport - everything is close. The neighborhood is amazing, it is safe family neighborhood, also there is a playground where we enjoyed playing ball games close to the place. Kabah park is close, there we had a great peaceful walks and had a chance to see a crocodile and orange iguana. It's easy to get to all beaches buy taxi or public transport, public buses are running every 15 min. We would definitely recommend Edit's place for a stay!!

Very, very welcoming and helpful person!

First time in Mx, went for dental treatment. Jorge and Estella make you feel right at home from the first time you message them and you are in the best possible hands! They are adorable, knowledgeable. They went above and beyond. They have great stories, had the privilege of being part of the Mothers day celebration and met her brother. A dentist visit turned into a great experience feeling surrounded by caring people! The house is great, you have Mercado 28 at a walking distance, get any gifts there, the prices are the best. If you're in any way traveling alone anxious as what to expect, this is the best place you will find. Is not the tourist part, it's the city, so if you need rely on uber, check the distances. The clinic had awesome drivers picking and dropping me so, that's a diff take. But will certainly go back there. (Oh, and the breakfasts are awesome!!) Un gran abrazo Estella y Jorge!!

Certainly my best AirBnB experience so far. Thank you Mariana for being such an incredible host! The private bedroom and bathroom were perfect, in a beautiful and lovely house, the location was easy to find and even easier from the airport with Mariana's tips. You made my journey in Mexico so simple and infinitely more incredible than originally planned - thanks to your amazing recommendations. It was a pleasure to talk with you for hours about travels and local culture. Hope to see you soon in your adventures!

The place is very comfortable, we had a great time. And Ivan's service was excellent. Super attentive and friendly.

Really nice few days. The comfiest bed I have ever slept on! And I've slept on a lot.... I actually overslept by 3 hours one morning because it was so dark and quiet. Would stay again for sure, Pamela was really nice and helped me get a uber to the airport when I had no WiFi.

Jevon was a very responsive and attentive host. He answered all of my questions and provided a 5 star establishment. My family and I really enjoyed our vacation. We will DEFINITELY be back.

Very quiet a great place to rest

The stay is very complete, the breakfast is always very rich. The dynamics of sharing is highly recommended, you know different people and life experiences. The hosts are very friendly, always attentive to your needs.

Everything was excellent

The place was excellent. Alicia has been amiable and responsive. Her instructions were crystal clear and helpful. The breakfast was a delactable collagen boost to kick off the day. Merci's playlist was second to none! They have been one of the most elegant hosts I have seen!

Everything was very good,I will leave a few comments in private waiting to be taken into account but it is worth a quiet place, nice, good area, in front of the shopping center very large many options to eat, easy transportation, just a detail of more care in bathrooms but nothing serious

Both Eva and her property were amazing. She has such a sweet and warm personality, and she was incredibly communicative. Her instructions were very helpful and she gave a great recommendation for a taxi company. The property itself is a paradise. I fell asleep to the sound of the wind through all the lush vegetation. The inside of her home has so much incredible art! And the breakfast she prepared was fantastic. I was delighted with my stay here and hope to come back.

Maragarita and Felipe are wonderful hosts and their young son, Leon, was good company too. They welcomed and treated us like family and we became good friends. Both Maragarita and Felipe were very helpful and caring when my husband was ill and Maragarita even got up very early to give us a lift to the ferry when we left. Despite being very busy with the restaurant, they always had time to talk and share lots of interesting things, in English too! They made breakfast for us to eat with them every morning, all very relaxed, and cooked some lovely meals for us to eat in their restaurant in the evening, where you can sit out in the romantic moonlight .The setting is beautiful, all the beauty of La Isla without the crowds and noise, and we had free run of the lovely garden and the jetty where Felipe's amazing yacht is moored, all of which we overlooked from our bedroom. Very lovely indeed!

Sylvia is a great host and looked after us brilliantly. She was very helpful when we couldn't find our taxi and was super flexible with the time we arrived! Also, the breakfast was perfect!!
