Private suite holiday rentals in Cancún

The place is as described, of course I would stay there again, it is very close to the ADO terminal, and close to convenience stores, restaurants, etc. Good place to stay 😉👍

The private garden is wonderful. Everything works, especially airconditioning. You will need that in the humid summer. It spartan, which was one reason we liked it so much. It is only about two blocks from the center of Puerto Morelos, with the supermarket, restaurants, and eveverything else. When you are at Miranda's airbnb, you feel a hundred miles from everything. Access to the beach is through the center of town, meaning very close. We came to Puerto Morelos before and fell in love with the place. Now we know where we will stay when we come back. Which we will do.

Great, tidy and clean place. It's in downtown Cancun, experienced travelers will have no issues finding their way around the city. We didn't get to meet Ara but Hector is an awesome person that was always ready to help!

Lovely spot located centrally in Isla Mujeres with amazing view. Check-in was great with the whole family greeting us and showing us the studio. The sound of ocean waves was dreamy and the walls and windows are very strong letting almost no outside sound in when we wanted quiet. The studio and balcony are sunny and very spacious. The kitchen is well-equipped and the hosts include a large jug of drinking water (though no consumables like oil or salt - large Chedraui supermarket is 10 mins walking). They also included bath towels, toilet paper, and soap. The shower water did get warm and the hosts quickly came to adjust the water heater when we asked for it to be hotter. The AC worked perfectly. Near some great food spots walking (Mango Cafe, Pizza Pirata, Casa de los Abuelos, street food carts) and major attractions a short 5 minutes (~100-150 pesos) taxi ride away (Punta Sur, Playa Norte/el centro). Street parking worked well for the day we had a golf cart.

Clean, cozy and private place to enjoy Cancun from. Walk to restaurants, and a convenience store, sit poolside and relax. The bed and whole ambiance was very comfortable. I enjoyed my time there and recommend it as a tranquil quiet place to rest or as a base to explore the area.

Everything was wonderful- the place itself was clean and well maintained. The pool was beautiful and clean. Access to wifi and Netflix in the room. Bathroom was updated and nice. The only warning I give is that the neighborhood is not safe. So much so that even the taxi drivers don't want to take you there and police don't come there. If you are fluent in Spanish or a local, I'm sure you would be fine. Overall, I recommend this place- it was great! Just be aware that this neighborhood is not in Cancun eventhough it looks like it on Google maps and is close to the airport. Also, the two lovely dogs at the airbnb were so special, sweet, loving, and added an extra layer of security to the premises. Luna (one of the dogs) slept by my door most of the night. She really like McDonald's chicken nuggets if you ever decide to bring her a little treat!

One is one of the best hosts I've had the pleasure of hosting me with. The place was just what we needed, comfortable, clean, quiet. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The studio includes a car and is a great plus for vacationing in Cancun

Everything very friendly, from arrival to departure. The place is exactly as in the photos. Eduardo was very friendly and helpful, I felt very comfortable with him and the place. Of the highlight for me is the area, since you are 5 min walking to Plaza Americas CUN, the area is very quiet and you have all the amenities too close and comforts of the city. I would definitely repeat my stay again.

I feel lucky that I found this private apartment at a great bargain. The host was a sweet woman who met me outside the gate. AC worked perfectly and it really is directly across from the grocery store, which is so convenient, especially for finding taxis (so quick and easy) and for explaining the home address to taxis. It’s upstairs and feels very safe with a solid gate. The bed needs a topper but I added the cushion from the rocking chair and it was perfect! It wouldn’t work for two people, but it was perfect for me and I was very grateful for the amazing value! Nobody disturbed my privacy and everyone I saw on or around the property said hello and smiled. Perfect for a solo traveler on a budget!

I came for a short stay in Cancun. It was a great location for the price, very close to the heart of the hotel zone and very walkable at night. Anything needed for my stay was located just at the end of the cul-de-sac. Andrew was extremely helpful throughout, even picking me up from the airport. He was able to answer any of my questions with a wealth of local knowledge. The room is ideal for a single traveler looking to experience Cancun nightlife and the beaches, on a lower budget. An excellent host, would recommend to anyone.

I fell in love with this place i will come back . Excellent pool excellent hosts and location. The studio is super comfortable spacious and clean it doesnt miss anything... Im glad to have chose this amazing house i totally recommend it☆☆☆☆☆

I came to leave papers at HGR17 and Mario has a good option 1 block from the hospital, a comfortable room with everything needed for a few days. Mario is always attentive to any questions. ! Good place !

Excellent accommodation, very clean and comfortable, and the host is extremely attentive.

I thought places like this only existed in movies! The doors to the patio open to the ocean. There is a nice private beach right outside the master suite patio. The location is easy to find and it is very close to the "centro" or main city area. You'll get the sunrise over the water in the morning. There is not a camera in the world that can capture how beautiful this place is. If you don't book the whole house, you may have to share the common areas with other guests. (We booked the master suite, there were no other guests at the time so the bedrooms rooms upstairs were closed). There is also an amazing upper deck balcony with a sitting area and a covered sunroom with 2 hammocks in it. I would definitely stay here again.
