Great stay. Super pet friendly if you have pets coming with. The building itself looks a little scary and empty, but actually super safe and quiet.

Me and my Family stayed at this Villa for 2 days It is really great, the interior is extremely luxurious and has a modern touch of Europe,we have experienced a great time,Villa has access to an entire 9 bedrooms with a private bathroom and a private bathroom, an additional 2 private toilets outside, a relaxing pool and a beautiful Piano next to it is well insulated Karaoke, good music I would go back to this place for sure Thank you, Hanh! This is my second stay here. I was able to check in early as I had an 11 AM checkout from my previous accommodation. The staff were friendly, and most importantly, this place always feels like home. When I'm in District 7, this is where I will always book in the future.

Xelu has a wonderful apartment in the nature side of Saigon. We really enjoyed the private pool. me and our friends were amazed from the moment we got into our apartment. The ride to the city is with 30 minutes long but totally worth it once you get into the apartment. We had also a huge JBL party box which was awesome for music at the pool or inside. The apartment was very clean and tidy. 10/10 recommended
