Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

Our stay at Carina's was perfect! The accommodation is exactly as described and the loft is superbly equipped! Carine has thought of almost everything in the furnishings. The outdoor area and the pool were also great. Thank you for the lovely holiday :)

A really lovely stay. The host(s) were incredibly kind leaving a bottle of wine and delivering some fruit, as well as picking us up and dropping us off at the station. The apartment itself is clean and contains everything you will need including A/C. The terrace is beautiful and a real highlight, capturing the afternoon sun. The apartment is inland so accessing can be tough at times with steep climbs, but the host showed us the most direct routes and realistically only takes 10 minutes to get down and maybe 15 to get up - so not too bad 10/10 stay :)

The stay was magical. Andreas Haus is surrounded by his 400 olive trees. If you are looking for peace and quiet on vacation, Andrea's house is the right place for you. The host is warm and very accommodating. The apartment is furnished with all the things you need. Everything is coordinated and very inviting. Spotless. Imperia and the small villages around it are enchanting. The people are incredibly hospitable. There are many beautiful places along the coastal road to enjoy the day by the sea. But I also spent the days in the house, because it was a very special place for me. At night, the fireflies even compete with the stars. I can only recommend this enchanting home to everyone. A real holiday home, warm and functional, as you don't see much anymore on AirBnb! The decoration is really neat, there is everything you need to cook and the view from the room is beautiful. We visited the area in 3 days without a car, the accommodation is accessible by the Vintimile bus. Thank you Maria, we would definitely recommend it!

I received a very warm welcome from Niki’s husband Enrico. It was a very last minute booking but Enrico was still able to wait for me on the main road in the evening to guide me to the apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and has everything you might need (coffee, mosquito nets in the windows to sleep with the windows open and wake up with the sound of birds). It’s a bit remote so the location is beautifully quiet but the road is narrow so best not to come with a big car.

A very nice stay. Very nice location. A nice accommodation in a well-maintained property. The highlight of this accommodation is the tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the beautiful and large terrace.

Very nice accommodation, very quiet with an exceptional view, Gilbert is a very discreet host but gives good advice, he knows the area like the back of his hand. The pool is a plus in hot weather. Expect to encounter narrow, winding roads in the surrounding area. We would highly recommend this listing.

Perfect place for Monaco Grand Prix week. Exactly as pictured - we spent hours on balcony with view of the yachts! Carlos communicated very well, very responsive, and accommodating to our needs.

We felt very comfortable with Tobias and David. The apartment is absolutely quiet and has a small balcony. We will definitely be back.

The view is just stunning, we enjoyed breakfast and evening meals on the balcony; with views like that we preferred to cook ourselves in the evening, after long days exploring the area we wanted to make the most of the peace and the sound of the sea! The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay, kitchen very well equipped, including basic condiments. Bed was super comfortable. Lift to the small “wilderness” beach directly below the property is an experience, it does cost 45€ extra (payable on arrival), but you can ride it as many times as you want! Beach very quiet during the week off season, but we arrived on a Sunday and it was packed. You definitely need a car if staying here, car parking is very secure. There are a couple of restaurants less than 10 mins walk, and then a few more in the port, but Ventimiglia Alta does feel quite “tired”, probably a different vibe in high season though! We would definitely stay again, a great base, very relaxing. Thanks Cristina

The view from the balcony was just fantastically beautiful. After excursions to the big cities of the Côte d'Azur, we enjoyed the tranquility of Grimaldi. The apartment was very well equipped plus nice touches. Contact with Olivia was always straightforward and very friendly. You should know that parking can be a challenge for inexperienced drivers.

Highly responsive host! Impeccable accommodation with nothing to say and the magnificent view! Small accuracy, a train passes below and passes regularly during the day, it generates a bit of noise! But otherwise we had a great time! I recommend rafaella!😊

The accommodation was excellent, consistent with the photos, and we had a very pleasant stay. All the essential equipment was present, it was very clean and spacious; nothing to complain about. I will come back as soon as the opportunity arises, I highly recommend it.

Great location Allesandra was always helpful when needed, flat as described as others have said the decor is traditional but we knew that, the location , air conditioning and balcony are great. Local restaurants and supermarkets. I managed to get my bike case in the lift with no problems.

Laura's apartment is a real gem. Within walking distance of Ventimiglia, but still nicely secluded from the hustle and bustle. The apartment is spacious and well maintained. All necessary is available. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. Great!

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

Lovely accommodation in one of the finest residences in peaceful Menton Garavan. Generous host couple who cared for us. Stylish with all facilities and needs met, surrounded by a wonderful garden. A big plus for the large terrace, the view and the private small pool. We can't wait to go!

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

We had a fantastic stay! 3 minutes to the beach and 3 minutes to Carnoles train station - couldn’t be better located. Also right in front of a great local restaurant Le Piccadilly. Hosts were friendly and very responsive and even gifted us with welcome drinks. Would stay here again next time I visit cote d’azur!

The apartment is great and has a beautiful view. Everything was perfect, even in the details: very good air conditioning and an extremely comfortable bed. Bed linen, towels, dishes/cutlery and the whole apartment in general were super clean. Sophie responds very quickly to questions and is always available. Unrestricted recommendation!

Delphine's place was the best for my family. We traveled with an infant and a crib was even already set up for us, with kid towels for both of my children. There were very nice personal touches. It is perfect location with a very functional kitchen and air conditioning. I absolutely loved our time there. Menton is great and we would hope to rent such a gorgeous place again in the future.
