The apartment is on the ground floor, on the edge of the main street of the village, which is not very busy, very quiet and perfectly silent at night. The three rooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary, the bed is comfortable. We stayed for a sporting event in Barberini di Mugello, the distance is ideal with 12 minutes by car you can reach the lake of Bilancino. The hilly area is extremely pleasant

Our stay at Cosimo’s place was 5 stars! The apartment didn’t just look like the pictures it was better, so stunning and exceeded our expectations. The outside space and option of breakfast in the kitchen is great. The staff were very responsive, and proactive in asking for what they needed from us, as well as being so friendly and welcoming. As for the location, the views are just spectacular. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again & will be recommending to anyone going to Tuscany. An additional benefit is there’s a security gate at the entrance to the car park, with ample spaces. Meant we felt comfortable leaving our hire car there overnight. Our one suggestion for improvement would be an extra pillow each on the beds. Thank you for having us - the stay really added to our experience!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Antonio responded super quickly to inquiries of any kind. It was very cozy. We didn't miss anything. Antonio was always friendly and approachable. He gave us great tips for excursions to the surrounding area. Florence was 30 minutes away by train (5 minutes by car to the train station in San Piero a Sieve). The surrounding area has fantastic flora and fauna and many cultural monuments. We liked it so much that we want to go back there next year.

we only had the pleasure of staying one night and arrived late but Marco was extremely accommodating , everything was very comfortable and clean! And we got to see Ugo (puppy) who was very sweet and also welcoming 🤭🐕 HIGHLY RECOMMEND ❤️🥰
