Wir hatten eine tolle Urlaubswoche in Paolas Apartment. Die Sicht auf die Badebucht war einfach traumhaft. Die Terrasse bietet Sonne und Schatten ist geräumig und hat eine schöne gemauerte Grillstelle. Die Küche war gemütlich und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Wir fanden sogar eine Nespresso Maschine mit Kapseln vor. Der Strand war über Treppenstufen schnell und einfach zu erreichen und dank der Vorsaison war nur wenig los. Die Badebucht ist wunderschön und eignet sich bestens zum Baden und Schnorcheln und ist der Ausgangspunkt für Taucher. Insgesamt ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub und wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Wonderful place, peaceful and relaxing. Perfect garden for small children to explore safely. Great views, outdoor dining areas and places for relaxing. Rustic and beautiful apparent, great details, and we especially loved the double doors to the outside! Would love to come back to this house!

Wir haben für 1 Woche als Familie mit 3 Kindern und unseren kleinen Hündin Urlaub gemacht. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Man ist mitten in der Natur. Kommunikation und Check-in mit Zara hat super funktioniert. Das Haus ist mit allem wichtigen eingerichtet. Auch ohne Klimaanlage lässt es sich Nachts im Haus aushalten. Der Pool ist für Familien mit Kindern absolut Ok. Allerdings sind die Fliegen und Bremsen am Pool sehr nervig. Aber man ist schließlich in der Natur. Reichlich Autan mitnehmen oder Neopren-Badeanzug. Mit dem Auto kann man vom Ferienhaus runter ins Dorf Monteverdi Marittimo fahren. Es ist wirklich ein sehr schönes und nettes toskanisches Dörfchen. Dort kann man einkaufen und sich mit der Grundnahrungsmittel eindecken. Für den größeren Einkauf empfehlen wir dies vorab in eines der größeren Städte zu erledigen wie z.b Cecina. Im Dorf gibt aber ein leckeres italienisches Restaurant. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es sogar ein Dorffest was echt sehr schön war.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön mit einem tollen Garten zum verweilen. Alessandra war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und immer gut zu erreichen. Das Gebäude mit den Unterkünften liegt in mitten eines schönen Campingplatz, von dem man aber nicht viel mitbekommt. 1 min zu Fuss gibt es ein tolles Café und der Strand kann über ein Fussweg von circa 5-10min erreicht werden. Als Verbesserungsvorschlag würde ich anmerken, dass in der Küche Gewürze, Öl, Essig, Geschirrtuch und Schwamm fehlten. Dies würde ich eigentlich in einer Ausgestattete Küche erwarten. Ansonsten war die Küche aber gut ausgestattet (Geschirr, Pfannen etc.).

The apartment was very nice and Silvia had prepared everything for us to enjoy our stay in Tuscany!

I stayed in January and it was a perfect location for me as it is close to the marinas. And close to the freeway to sightseeing. Easy to park. So clean and it’s a big plus as my GF and I are allergic. Many times, first thing we do is clean the place!!! There is a washer. Dishwasher too. WIFI is strong. Nice patio but it was freezing. Would be great to entertain the family during warmer weather. There was a bottle of Prosciutto to welcome me and chips. I am often worried about sheets cleanliness as sometimes there are in color so no bleaching possible. But Erika has all the white sheets and towels straight from the professional laundry still packed and professionally ironed. This is a big plus that should be copied by so many other Airbnb. I will stay again with no doubts.

Abbiamo trascorso una bella settimana di vacanze in famiglia in questo comodo appartamento, dotato di tutto il necessario. Bellissima la posizione, in zona collinare molto tranquilla (ma a pochissimi minuti dal mare!), circondata dalla vegetazione. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la terrazza, sulla quale potersi rilassare e cenare godendo di una vista spettacolare sul mare e le colline circostanti. Antonio è stato molto cordiale e disponibile e ci ha dato utili consigli per il nostro soggiorno. Torneremo volentieri!

Appartamento pulito e molto in zona tranquilla, in 10 minuti si è alla spiaggia di Marina di Campo, possibilità di noleggio biciclette direttamente dall' host. Gli host sono molto disponibili e super efficienti. Consigliatissimo.

Maria was very friendly and we really enjoyed our stay in her house. She helped us out with umbrellas when it started raining and gave us a warm welcome and goodbye. It was a quiet area and still close to the sea and bus station. We really loved the terrace! :)

Un posto meraviglioso immerso nella natura, perfetto per trovare pace e allontanarsi dalla vita frenetica. Gli ambienti non sono scontati, ma studiati in ogni dettaglio, a partire dall'imenso giardino pieno di colori. Nota di merito per tutti i dettagli green a salvaguardia dell'ambiente, davvero complimenti. Un consiglio per tutti i prossimi ospiti, la sera alzate lo sguardo al cielo, non ricordo un cielo così pieno di stelle. Infine vorrei complimentarmi con l'host Bruna e il suo compagno(credo lo sia), cordiali e disponibili in qualsiasi momento per un consiglio. Ci torneremo!!!

Giulia è un host estremamente cordiale, disponibile e riservato. Il suo alloggio è esattamente quello che cercavamo: immerso nel verde e lontano dal caos ma vicino a tutto. Nonostante si trovi in mezzo al verde, le indicazioni fornite ci hanno permesso di arrivare agevolmente. Giulia abita al piano di sopra dell’alloggio affittato e quindi si ha la sicurezza di nn essere soli in caso di bisogno. I trail per le MTB sono vicinissimi, noi abbiamo sempre lasciato l’auto in parcheggio. Per la zona est dell’isola si è davvero baricentrici per ogni luogo. Plus: in cucina ci sono anche i calici: per noi, che siamo amanti del vino, è stata una piacevole sorpresa!

perfetto. come da annuncio e foto. comodissimo alla spiaggia Le Cannelle (l appartamento ha l uscita sulla spiaggia). Nota: non c'è un parcheggio auto riservato, ma nel periodo in cui siamo stati noi (1a di Giugno) il parcheggio della spiaggia era sempre disponibile. Michelangelo ed Eleonora super disponibili per tutto. Consigliatissimo

We absolutely loved our stay here! Chicca was so friendly and helpful. We felt right at home. The gorgeous pets (two dogs and a cat) were a special bonus! I highly recommend this Airbnb 😊

Giuseppe e Irina sono stati molto cordiali, pronti a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda per risolvere dubbi o chiarimenti. La casa è risultata ben tenuta come da descrizione, vista magnifica e zona tranquilla. Vicini eccellenti. Ci torneremo sicuramente !

Ich hatte einen wundervollen Urlaub in einer super schönen Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Gastgeberin war zu jeder Zeit bei Fragen erreichbar und total flexibel . Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und es gibt viele unterschiedliche Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen egal ob man ein Natur - oder Stadtliebhaber ist. Jederzeit gerne wieder ☺️

Logement correspondant parfaitement à la description, nickel, environnement paisible à 2 pas de la plage et la piscine. Parfait.

Super logement ! Très propre, bien équipé. Plage à 100m du logement.

Nous sommes venus en tout début de saison début avril. Du coup nous n'avons pas profité de ma piscine mais on s'y attendait ! Le barbecue est top. Et l'orientation super pour l'été et les grosses chaleurs.

Un séjour agréable pour notre 1ere fois en Corse. Laure est très réactive et sympathique. Nathalie la concierge et son mari sont très accueillant également. Je recommande

Mit Elena hat von Anfang an alles super geklappt. Fiorella, die Besitzerin ist super Freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist top, der Strand über den privaten Zugang zum Strand haben wir sehr genossen. Die vorhandenen Strandliegen und Sonnenschirme haben wir genutzt und waren super. In der Umgebung hat es top Restaurants und für ins Zentrum benötigt man etwa 10 Minuten. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Achtung mit grösseren und tiefen Autos, die Einfahrt in den Hof hat eine hohe Welle und die Einstellhalleneinfahrt ist sehr eng. Ich kann den Ort San Vincenzo sowie die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen! Es ist einfach aber super!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Wohnung. Sehr ruhig und mit guter Lager, auf dem Heimweg gab es immer die Möglichkeit die Kids kurz gegenüber auf dem Spielplatz zu lassen. Das Meer ist nur wenige Meter entfernt und die vielen Restaurants versüßen den Aufenthalt. Mauro ist ein sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber, gerne wieder!

Io e le mie amiche abbiamo passato 4 giorni nell’appartamento di Mauro per le nostre vacanze estive. Mauro è stato molto accogliente e disponibile da subito - venendoci anche a prendere in auto per non farci portare i bagagli a mano. L’appartamento è come in foto, pulito e veramente molto attrezzato (non ci è mancato davvero nulla)! A 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e dalla fermata che porta a tutte le principali spiagge. Unica cosa, trattandosi un appartamento ‘seminterrato’ i livelli di umidità tendono ad essere un po’ alti (soprattutto se, come nel nostro caso, sono giorni di pioggia). Ma il condizionatore presente in camera ha sicuramente aiutato! Del resto, tutto perfetto! Grazie ancora Mauro per la tanta gentilezza e accoglienza :)
