Small but nice apartment 20 meters from the sea. Fine sandy beaches as far as the eye can see and not very crowded even in August. Ample private parking is available for guests. Our Refuge consists of a living room, with kitchen and sofa bed, a double bedroom, a terrace with a wonderful sea view and a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning and mosquito nets ensure your comfort. Bed linen, towels, kitchen towels and essentials are included.

My place is close to the beach, marina, city center, shopping center and all shops, ferry dock, city stadium. It is 20 minutes from the airport. You'll love it because of the outdoors spaces and the calm of the neighborhood. It is perfect for couples, solo travelers and families. There is a children's bedroom (single bed), an adult bedroom (double bed) and a living room with a sofa bed (sleeps 2). Accommodation to be returned clean.

Newly built building, central area, well finished and comfortable, indoor parking. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids, and pets.
