Perfect for what you need as a home from home. Very well equipped apartment had everything you’d need. Views are lovely. Can walk into town in 5-10 mins, if you’re not a big fan of steps or hills I’d recommend driving into town instead. Plenty of places to eat down at the harbour. Felt like we had the pool to ourselves as never saw anyone else in there! Check in was easy, instructions to find property were straight forward and found it on the first attempt.

The stay has been magnificent. the views of the apartment are incredible, sitting on the balcony or armchair and seeing the sunrise and the sea throughout the day is just fantastic. The apartment has everything you need for comfort and all the details are covered. An amazing stay to repeat soon. Mercedes is always attentive and friendly with any questions or requests. Sabrina and Jose Luis were excellent hosts. We arrived in early after a long train journey and they facilitated us with an early check-in. The apartment is centrally located and is bigger than it looks in the photographs. While on a square with restaurants the bedrooms are at the back and is very peaceful at night. This is a nice place to stay for a relaxing few days in Cartagena and I highly recommend it.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The place was amazing — even better than the photos — and the views at sunset were truly unforgettable. The house was spotless, everything smelled great, and it was super well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping it welcoming and comfortable. The hosts were also lovely: really responsive, friendly, and made everything super easy. Highly recommend this place — would definitely come back!

We had an excellent experience at this Airbnb. Oleg's kindness made all the difference: he was always attentive and attentive to any request or inquiry, responding quickly and willingly. Unbeatable location, easy access to everything we needed, and the view from the home is simply spectacular. This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.

We loved Elena's house. The house is very well equipped, clean, comfortable beds and everything you need to feel at home. In addition, Elena was a great host, she had nice touches for us and was always available for whatever we needed. Definitely a very special place, like its host. We'll be back! Thank you 🤗

Excellent host, very helpful an any questions replied to almost instantly

We stayed a few days because we had a conference at the hotel opposite and there were no rooms left, so it was a luxury. Both Cristina and José Ángel have been wonderful and the apartment is exactly what it says it is. The place is small, so three fit just right, but for a beach apartment you will not find it more comfortable and modern than this. They include everything you need to cook and even to season the food, so you can. As a minor issue, the shower water leaks through the joints and wets the floor, but it's not much. Everything is very good. We are very happy and would repeat if we needed an accommodation nearby.

We rented Mercedes' apartment for a week and overall the experience was very good. The apartment was in perfect condition, with beautiful views and everything was very clean. Every time we needed a utensil or appliance, we found it without a problem. We were pleasantly surprised that no mosquitoes entered even with the windows open at night, even so, we had mosquito plugs and sprays, which is appreciated. However, there were a couple of details that we would have liked to know in advance: we were not told that the pool would be under construction all week. It was a shame, as it was a service (included in the total) that we valued a lot when choosing accommodation and that, in the end, we could not enjoy. In addition, the ceiling fan did not work properly with the remote control: the light could be turned on, but we could not get it to blow air. Despite these aspects, it is a very good apartment to spend a quiet and comfortable vacation.

Amazing holiday in your apartment, so we'll equip and homely. Loved that we didn't have to buy oil for cooking or soaps and cleaning equipment. Bed linen and towels were super clean and it was great that there were extras. Would highly recommend. Thank you again, I hope everything is in order.

We had a very pleasant stay, a nice quiet area and very close to the sea. It's about a 10 minute walk into the town with bars and restaurants and there are bars and restaurants on the sea front just a small stroll away. A nice peaceful area to have a chilled stay with everything you need in the accommodation including a nice terrace on the top with views of Mar Manor. Victor was very helpful and accommodating and even arranged a taxi for us to take us back to the airport. If you want a nice relaxing holiday, I highly recommend.

A lovely place to stay and a very proactive helpful host: much appreciated

The stay was a 10, the apartment is clean and very well decorated. The area is quiet and parked well. Lola is very kind, and is attentive at all times, making you feel at home. Very good communication with her from the start. Don't hesitate to book it.

It was a nice short stay that deserves the name vacation, as everything was as described before and the check-in was easy thanks to Sergio's clear and good instructions. He also fulfilled our special request. The only drawback was the very narrow parking spaces. But Sergio can't do anything about that and there are also plenty of options outside the parking lot belonging to the accommodation in the immediate vicinity and free of charge. If we are looking for accommodation in this area again, we will ask Sergio first.

This apartment was absolutely stunning. Very clean, fresh and well maintained. We felt guilty leaving even a small wrapper on the floor so kept it spotless like we received it. The hot tub was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower very powerful. Will 10000% come again and stay here. Irina was very firednly and helpful and always responded promptly to messages. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Amazing place to stay, sometimes you look at the photos and think, this place doesn't look that big. This was the complete opposite, the apartment is huge. Two balconies, a roof terrace and a hot tub! The amenities within the secure complex are brilliant, you're within walking distance to at least 3 beaches and good bars and restaurants. Communication with the host is brilliant, Dominik and Magdalena are super responsive and personable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The apartment is nice, tidy and clean and has everything you need. From the balcony, you can look directly at the sea. A well-maintained natural beach (open sea) is also located directly in front of the residential complex. A very nice beach on the Mar Menor can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. There is also a small supermarket nearby, various Restaurants and other shopping facilities. We'll be happy to come back.

The apartment and the residence are amazing. The apartment had everything you needed for a holiday. It was very clean and seemed to be brand new. Very nice located and easy access to several pools. The terrace was in cooling shade during the day. Very well maintained residence with very nice pool areas. Supermarket just outside the residence and walking distance to both Zenia Boulevard and the beach. Thanks for a great stay in your apartment.

Fermin was a fantastic host. His communication was excellent right from booking through to when we were there. The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning . We spent a lot of time outside watching the sea and the world go by. The only two of us stayed but six people could easily spend time in this apartment. It had everything you needed and more.

Loved it very comfy and homely had everything you need,perfect for couples or solo

Everything is as you expect it, the only minus point are cameras in the living room. Outside of that to be completely satisfied with everything. Very nice location with very nice views from various places. Highly recommended!
