Charming flat with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Lots of sunsets at dinner time. Nice deco and spotless interiors. Davide was quick in responding to our queries and helpful with suggestions. The location is excellent and the beach is just around the corner. Definitely we will come back to San Vincenzo and Davide’s flat.

Great apartment, very spacious with a great terrace and everything one needs. Everything worked and really enjoyed the place. The beds were comfortable and the decore was very nice. Luca was very attentive and caring via message.

We had a great experience from the initial booking, responsiveness with questions and all communications, recommendations on what to see and do, instructions on everything we needed to know about the Villa, parking, etc. and the utmost friendliness that was extended to us was all so much appreciated. We felt like honored house guests. You will not go wrong selecting this as your home away from home as well!

We loved our stay in Volterra. If anything, we wished we had booked a longer stay. The Airbnb was wonderful. It’s on three floors as described, so be ready for the stairs. Don’t worry… they’ll get you ready for the climbs around Volterra. Otherwise, the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s spacious and has all of the needed amenities. Volterra is a walkable city, and this spot allowed us to get to everything with ease. It’s on a quiet street, but still close to everything. Perfect. As a traveler’s note, if you take the bus into town, take it all the way to the end of the line. We got off at the earlier spot to save us some walking, but that earlier stop was not a good one! Trust me.

We loved our stay here. Nicoletta is a gracious, patient host - her home was a cozy retreat after a good few weeks on the road. Highly recommend and would certainly stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Alessandra's place so much! She is such a lovely, caring host who really cares what her guests think. It was important to us that our little dwarf poodle was allowed to go to the pool. Of course, not in the water (she doesn't like swimming anyway) but that she can just be with us. She also got along great with Alessandra's dog and we just had a totally beautiful, relaxing and great time. We will definitely be happy to come back! I can’t find enough positive words to describe our family stay in this charming beach house! Everything worked perfectly — no issues with the internet, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the appliances, spices, and gadgets you could want. There were also books, extra towels and sheets, bikes, laundry supplies, and even bug spray! The hosts provided all the details in advance and were very helpful with additional recommendations. We enjoyed both cooking at home and eating out, and we visited several different beaches during our stay. The house is just one street away from the beach, located in a super quiet, secluded, and cute neighborhood. We absolutely loved our four nights here with the kids!

After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

The apartment was great and met all my expectations! It was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect — close to the city center and just a short walk from charming streets ideal for walking and exploring. Andrea was a terrific host! He gave us clear instructions was very accommodating of our late arrival, super friendly, and showed us what we needed to know about the apartment when we arrived. The place is really great! Very spacious, super clean, amazing view. We had everything we needed, and it was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The apartment is very central to Siena - just a short walk to everything. We parked at the soccer stadium, which was small fee each day (we used the car each day and left it overnight - it’s more expensive if you just leave it there the whole time), and about a 8 minute walk to the apartment. Overall, this was a great experience. Highly recommend staying at Andrea’s place!

Perfectly located. It had every amenity you could possibly imagine — and even more! The space was beautifully maintained, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed. The attention to detail exceeded our expectations, making it one of the best accommodations we’ve experienced. Highly recommended!

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

Wonderful stay in San Gimignano We felt very comfortable in Aurora's apartment from the first moment. The handover was cordial and uncomplicated. We would like to highlight Giacomo's great recommendations - many of which we were able to implement and thus discovered some real highlights. The apartment itself is very clean, well equipped and is in a top location: In just 5 minutes you are in the middle of the historic center of San Gimignano. Parking was also completely unproblematic - there were plenty of free parking spaces available in the immediate vicinity. We would come back anytime – highly recommended!
