Giulio was the most amazing host. We had a few trouble (unrelated), Giulio went well out of his way to help us and make our experience very special. I would honestly recommend everyone to stay here as you will not be disappointed. The apartments space is absolutely stunning, lots of greenery, very peaceful and not to mention, his charming cat. It will really up your experience and make you feel like you are seeing the real Italy. 10/10 would love to return some day.

Rosy was a super nice host. She was super quick to respond to messages & very helpful. The apartment has everything necessary & was clean. Hot water was super fast and constantly available. The apartment was easy to find and quite quiet in the house. The location is in the village and therefore of course the everyday street noise & Co. is available. Due to surrounding shops, it is not always possible to find a parking space right in front of the house. Alternatives available nearby. We'll be back.

The place was beautiful and beautifully located. Very quiet and idyllic. We were able to watch fireflies, a wild cat, and lots of other animals. The space itself is even better than the pictures. Just had a wonderful time. But the best is Francesco's hospitality. He was helpful and very warm. We will be happy to return.

I spent a week in Maria's apartment and felt very comfortable there. The apartment matches the description, it is spacious and well laid out. It is very clean and equipped with everything you need, even detergent was available. The location is fantastic if you are looking for a quiet environment. There is a small terrace as well as a large sun terrace with dining table, parasol and deck chairs. The view is beautiful from both terraces (of the sea and the village). There is also another cozy seating area outside. The medieval village is a few minutes' walk away, where there are groceries and several restaurants/bars. Maria welcomed me with open arms, she is very warm and attentive and also really interested in her guests and their well-being. My stay could not have been better and I can fully recommend Maria's apartment and would rent it again.

Highly recommend anyone new to Italy to try San gimigano first. Staying here allowed us flexibility to explore other cities and had plenty of great spots in walking distance. Lorenzo provided fantastic recommendations and assisted with everything we asked for.

We had a wonderful few days here while touring Italy. The pool is fantastic as well as the additional facilities such as boules and table tennis. There is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the sunset on an evening. We would love to come back here again and would highly recommend.

Beautiful place, near a river. Very quiet. Surrounded by nature. The apartment included all the necessary kitchen utensils and was comfortable. Lorenzo was very nice and answered quickly.

Very nice apartment equipped with everything and very convenient for getting around between the sea, the thermal baths and the sites of historical and artistic interest. Parking in the street or in a designated area without any particular problems and nearby. All amenities are very close for any need, including a supermarket. I felt at home, nothing was missing, and the host Anna was really quick and helpful and gave us very useful advice. Unfortunately, our stay was short, but I hope to return if I can.

Our stay with Miriam was absolutely wonderful! Right from the start, the personal welcome made a big difference – Miriam was always available and greeted us in person, which was such a nice and rare touch these days. The apartment is beautifully and lovingly decorated, with so much attention to detail. We were especially impressed to find a thoughtful selection of basics already in the fridge – something you don’t see often! We felt completely at home – it honestly felt just like our own place. Without a doubt, this was the best Airbnb experience we’ve had in over 10 years! Thank you so much, Miriam – we’d love to come back!

We felt very comfortable in the small apartment on the second floor of a normal residential building in the heart of San Vincenzo. Just around the corner is Te Quiero, a nice cafe. It is not far to the beach where you can walk for hours, the sea is clean and there are plenty of restaurants for physical well-being. I can fully recommend the apartment, but you have to bring towels and bed linen, which is in the description of the apartment, I had unfortunately missed it.

Our stay was fantastic! As a couple needing a break from a long start to the year, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax. Nestled in between fields and olive trees, we felt completely at home, the view from the deck was stunning and listening to the different sounds at night, from our private hot tub with a bottle of wine was perfect! We made several day trips to Volterra, Lucca and even Florence from the cabin, though definitely wake up early if you’re planning to venture further out! Would definitely recommend hiring a car if you’re going to stay here! 10 out of 10 stay! Thanks Pino!

Great stay in Tuscany! Many thanks to Beatrice, Andrea, and Christina for welcoming us into their family home. The house is beautiful, clean, and cozy, and it is a wonderful location for exploring the region. We especially enjoyed the terrace. Highly recommended!

We felt very comfortable from the beginning! The accommodation was clean, cozy and equipped with everything we needed. Everything went smoothly, happy to come again!

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

This place is even better than described. I never imagined I could one day live in an authentic palace. Thank you, Bianca, for making this dream come true! A small piece of advice for future guests: please follow Bianca’s directions exactly when coming to the palace—Google Maps can be very misleading.

We had a fabulous stay here, there was more than enough rooms and space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view from the living room is gorgeous, the rooms are all charmingly decorated and it had all the amenities we needed: separate beds for 4 adults, large enough showers, laundry and kitchen as well as cosy living room. Federico was very friendly, responsive and made us feel at home immediately. Highly recommend!

It was an all-around great experience in a beautiful place surrounded by the nature of Tuscany. The contact in advance of the trip was straightforward and there was an accurate description of the arrival. Marcella welcomed us very well on site and told us a lot about the accommodation and possibilities of leisure activities in the area. Good restaurant tips were also included. The apartment is very nice and simply furnished and is complemented by its own small terrace where you can sit in the sun in the morning. We would love to come back anytime and highly recommend this Airbnb! :)

Our stay was simply wonderful. The lovingly furnished apartment had everything we needed and more. The terrace offered a breathtaking view of the sea and we could enjoy beautiful sunsets. By car, everything in the area was easily accessible and the area itself was just lovely. Isolina and her daughter were nice and accommodating hosts. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!
