We only stayed one night, but the apartment is super nice, with air conditioning (important now in summer) and free entry with password is best for arrival

Beautiful apartment, great location with lots of attention to detail. 5 minutes on foot is a great beach playground and there are parasols and sand toys in the apartment. I'm sure we'll be back.

The place was spacious and comfortable as well as being very well equipped. The hosts provided amazing communication throughout our stay and answered any questions quickly.

The location is very quiet, so is the building. The ability to park in the garage is a huge plus. Tram station a 5-minute walk away. I spent about ten days and restful nights. I would definitely recommend this place for a single person or a couple. There is everything you need to feel at home.

It is on the 5th floor, there is an elevator in the building. We went by car, so we used the cool garage too! Beautifully furnished accommodation with a large terrace! The beach is visible from the terrace. In the bedroom, there is a large wardrobe for clothes with a rail. There are pots, cutlery, etc. in the kitchen. Recommend!

We have only the most pleasant impressions of the apartment. Since we were with a small child, it was important for us that everything was within walking distance and that it was quiet. We found all of this there. We lived in a quiet neighborhood, no one bothered us, you could walk to the sea in 5 minutes, to the supermarket in 7. It was perfect for us. The apartment is very well maintained, clean and tidy. There was everything necessary to cook food. Since we arrived late at night, the hosts carefully left us a potato pie, muffins, tea, coffee and clean water, which was very useful. Alejandro gave us all the necessary instructions the day before arrival, which helped us get into the house without problems, connect to the Internet and navigate the area. We felt at home in his house, we were cozy and comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend this house. If we decide to return to Valencia again, we will undoubtedly choose this house for living. Perfect spot for a quiet weekend by the sea with my mother and family. The location on the beach is exactly what we were looking for: peace, sun and the sound of waves crashing. It was plenty of space for the 4 of us and the extra bathroom outside was great for quick showers after a dip in the water. Parking was easy, but I could see it being difficult in the peak seasons based on the availability on a calm weekend. The supermarket is walking distance and has all the necessities, while larger facilities and greater variety of restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. The water was clean and felt amazing even in September. The beach is pebbly, but nothing that wasn't manageable with water shoes. Once in the water, the rocks were minimal and we had a pleasant swim. There are larger rocks creating small coves, but that did not create any issues to swim, but in fact helped break the waves and created calmer waves. Our host was so kind, responsive and pleasant as well. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. You could tell the apartment was recently renovated, everything was brand new and all amenities were available. The area is quiet and the view from the apartment is beautiful.

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

We stayed in this apartment with a group of 8 friends and we had a great time. The house is very beautiful, with attention to detail and very clean, perfect for a stay in company. Although we did not meet the owner in person, she was always available and punctual in answering our questions, which we greatly appreciated. The location is a bit out of the center, but easily accessible: about 15 minutes by taxi or 40 minutes by public transport.

We had a wonderful stay. The villa is very well equipped and an absolute feel-good oasis. Mike is very accommodating and a really good host. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation. At the reception, two delicious wines were waiting for us, which pleased us very much.

Beautiful apartment just 20 minutes from Valencia, with easy access and a nearby bus stop. The view of the beach and pool is amazing, and the place was clean and exactly as expected. host were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Rafa and Maria are very nice and flexible, the apartment is perfect, large, clean, with everything you need inside. It is very well located right next to the sea, and the pool on the same floor, which is very practical. 100% recommended.

Eva is a very nice and helpful host. Her place was really cozy and very well equipped. The only small disadvantage is if you share the house with guests in the second apartment, the bathroom walls are super thin and you can hear everything. Luckily we had this situation only for one night. Otherwise it's a great place to relax
