A great small apartment but very well equipped. The contacts, from start to finish were perfect and the welcome very friendly. Mutual trust worthy of mention. The location is very quiet, so is the building. The ability to park in the garage is a huge plus. Tram station a 5-minute walk away. I spent about ten days and restful nights. I would definitely recommend this place for a single person or a couple. There is everything you need to feel at home.

We loved the fact that it was so close to a lovely promenade, had a couple of restaurants but the area was natural - not full of high rise buildings and souvenir shops. Delightful place to spend a few days.

The hospitality of the hosts was flawless. He is very attentive and quick to answer the questions. The only observation if they go to this region go by car as it is very far away.

It is on the 5th floor, there is an elevator in the building. We went by car, so we used the cool garage too! Beautifully furnished accommodation with a large terrace! The beach is visible from the terrace. In the bedroom, there is a large wardrobe for clothes with a rail. There are pots, cutlery, etc. in the kitchen. Recommend!

Apartment is very aesthetic. Location is also very good with a walkable distance to beach and restaurants. Teo is friendly and communicated well. He allowed us to do early checkin.

Excellent location right on the beach, close to many restaurants and shops and bus stop. The apartment has all the amenities,freshly renovated and clean. Fast WiFi. There was a bit missing an electric kettle, but I know it's rarely used in Spain.

The apartment is 30 km from downtown Valencia, in a beautiful place, super quiet and easy to park, because I was by car! The apartment is very good, well equipped, excellent shower, washing machine, stove, microwave, air conditioning. WI-FI 10/10! Anyway, I felt super comfortable! I highly recommend it!

We felt very comfortable in Maria's apartment for 4 weeks. The apartment is very clean, everything is available for a longer vacation. The beach is just a few meters away and every Saturday there is a beautiful farmers' market just two streets away. Maria even has chairs and a parasol for the beach and a trolley for shopping. Loving welcome gifts, such as treats for our dogs and coffee and cookies, as well as a bottle of chilled water, were provided. We can only highly recommend the apartment and its loving landlady. We spent 4 nights in Valencia, the apartment is perfect for a 3 or 4 day stay. It has everything you need in a small but not uncomfortable space, it is very well decorated, everything is impeccable and has very good taste details. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, the bathroom shower is very good, I would only say that they should put bigger towels, to say something. Artem always responded immediately to our inquiries, even when we arrived very late at night, he was connected with us. We did not meet him personally but he is a very kind, polite person and very willing to help us at all times. Of course I recommend Artem's apartment 100%, I hope I can return one day.

The place was spacious and comfortable as well as being very well equipped. The hosts provided amazing communication throughout our stay and answered any questions quickly.

The apartment is equipped with all the necessary to benefit from all the comforts. The location of the apartment is very good, being located close to the beach. Belen is a wonderful host, he gave us all the information we needed to have a pleasant stay. We recommend this apartment and will definitely be back on another vacation.

The house has every last detail. All kinds of kitchenware, the refrigerator cools, full bathroom, sheets, towels, ceiling fans in the 2 bedrooms, air conditioning in the living room, very good terrace. Come on, make yourself at home. The pool is very good because it gets the sun all day and the water is great, especially if you go with children. Marian and her son are attentive to any questions and recommend places. I recommend a pure Italian pizzeria called Mariotti (reservations required). We'll be back😊.

Pedro, the host, was very friendly, accommodating and flexible for example with our check in and out times. Any communication was effortless and fast and you got the feeling you were well taken care of. The location is great for walking, running and many water sports. Also, there is a great restaurant El Turco close by. We stayed at the end of February so it was off season and this affected opening times of small beach shops. For example the bakery next door was closed the whole week and the small shop downstairs had shorter opening hours. We had a car so it did not matter since it was very easy to do shopping for example in Pucol.

Our stay was wonderful- meeting Maria was like meeting family! She took the time to tell us about the best of Valencia - it was an exceptional experience. Thank you and we hope to return

The host was great, polite, helpful, and super friendly. She responds right away. The apartment was super clean and has everything you need, elevator in premise. The views were amazing to the pool and the beach. 5 min walk to the beach walk in distance to many places, stores and restaurants. We wish we stayed more days. Oscar is a fantastic host — helpful, kind, and incredibly responsive. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better: just one block from the Ruzafa Market, with amazing access to fresh produce, great restaurants, coffee shops, vintage stores, and more — all within a 5 to 15-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was nice, we just didnt like the strong parfume smell from those sticks, which we placed outside during our stay. It was clean, they welcomed us with wine and beer in the fridge which is a nice touch, thanks. Good thing is that they provided a beach chair and an sunshade which we used at a beach. Host is nice and responsive, location is great, and we would book again!

We had a pleasant stay at Adrian's apartment. Everything looked like in the pictures - the flat is pretty spacious with comfortable and stylish furniture. The neighborhood is really calm, which is a big plus, and is very near to the city centre and all the places you would like to visit are just several minutes walk. We had a great communication with Adrian and he was very helpful with everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book this place again if I would go to Valencia in the future. All in all we had a very nice experience!

The stay was great! We liked it very much. The location was very good, close to the center, about 15-20 minutes on foot. The jacuzzi was phenomenal. The only problem is the hard mattress, but there is always a second sofa with a more comfortable one. Great host and apartment. We'll definitely be back!
