Waterfront holiday rentals in Camp de Morvedre

It was a great few days, we felt right at home. The house was very clean, both bed linen and towels smelled great. The kitchen was well equipped. There was a tray with a little bit of everything ( coffee, infusions and details for the little one ) that is to be appreciated. Marga and her sister Tere are fantastic people, they took care at all times that we didn't miss anything. The beach 2 min and and supermarkets 3 min by car. If another occasion arises we will repeat. Thank you for everything.

The apartment has a very nice view, it is spacious and well-equipped for 6. The linens are of very good quality, the services too. The host is very attentive, there were a lot of products offered for our welcome. Julian stayed in touch with us during our stay, he always advised us, although we did not meet him, his neighbor Noé came to greet us very kindly for him. Thank you.

we stayed at Cristina's place which I can definitely say was amazing. She was a superb host with prompt communication. The place is still new, clean and very comfy. It's a couple of minutes walk to the beach from the flat and there are many restaurants and shops around. The balcony was fabulous where we had the chance to have a delicious dinner while enjoying sunset. Air condition was very good and 2 bathrooms were useful. The place also offers a safe lift if you have accessibility needs. Overall, we're happy that we chose this place and many thanks to Cristina for being an extraordinary host!

A very spacious, clean, quiet, well appointed apartment in a wonderful location. Host met us at the street door to greet us. Good local shops including a Lidl & a Mercardo. Opposite the old Colon Mercado ( with bars & restaurants) and easy walking to the old river and all the facilities. Nice vegetarian restaurant in the next street. Nearest Metro station at the end of the street is Colon with easy access to all other metro lines and airport.

The apartment is equipped with all the necessary to benefit from all the comforts. The location of the apartment is very good, being located close to the beach. Belen is a wonderful host, he gave us all the information we needed to have a pleasant stay. We recommend this apartment and will definitely be back on another vacation.

The house has every last detail. All kinds of kitchenware, the refrigerator cools, full bathroom, sheets, towels, ceiling fans in the 2 bedrooms, air conditioning in the living room, very good terrace. Come on, make yourself at home. The pool is very good because it gets the sun all day and the water is great, especially if you go with children. Marian and her son are attentive to any questions and recommend places. I recommend a pure Italian pizzeria called Mariotti (reservations required). We'll be back😊.

Everything as described. A short walk from the beach, close to parking, bars, restaurants, supermarkets...

Pedro, the host, was very friendly, accommodating and flexible for example with our check in and out times. Any communication was effortless and fast and you got the feeling you were well taken care of. The location is great for walking, running and many water sports. Also, there is a great restaurant El Turco close by. We stayed at the end of February so it was off season and this affected opening times of small beach shops. For example the bakery next door was closed the whole week and the small shop downstairs had shorter opening hours. We had a car so it did not matter since it was very easy to do shopping for example in Pucol.

We had a great time at Santiago’s place! The house is right next to the beach with restaurants and bars nearby. You can easily take the bus or tram (or uber) to the city center. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 10. The pool was in perfect conditions and great place to refresh after a warm day. Everything needed to cook and clean the house was available. Santiago is also very responsive and friendly. We had some troubles connecting to the WiFi, but other than that everything else was perfect! Thank you for the great stay!

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Beautiful place very clean and well decorated, a really comfortable bed. Very good for enjoying the beautiful beach, less good if you want to visit the city because it takes 40 minutes by bus and after 10:30 p.m. only the taxi remains. Overall it was perfect for calm and direct access to the beach. Rosana is very helpful and friendly. Valencia is splendid!!

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

Excellent house, absolutely clean and very modern, we felt right at home. A bathroom for each room, kitchen had everything you need. Cozy terrace with grill, we thought it was great. Our hostess Ivone was always available and took care of everything directly. So if we ever come back to Alcossebre, it will only be in this house. It was the best vacation home we've ever been to. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect stay for our family of five We had a wonderful time in this apartment! The location was ideal for our family with three young children. Everything we needed was there — a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and air conditioning in all the bedrooms, which was especially nice during the summer heat. Our host Amparo was fantastic: always quick to respond, helpful, and easy to communicate with. On our last day, we were even allowed to leave our luggage after check-out, and she kindly helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. Everything was perfectly taken care of, which allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. Highly recommended for families visiting Valencia!

Wow! What a location and what a view. The condo looked just like the pictures and the beach down below is the perfect family beach. You can wade out into the shallows for a good ways. Lovely town and people. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Amazing apartment in a quiet area. Marisa is very helpful and we can find everything we need. There is children play area just downstairs and we have all the equipments for play in the apartment like football, mini golf, padel, ping-pong, sands toys… perfect for family with kids. There is a garage with private parking place, only 15min drive to the city center. And supermarket and good breakfast shop in walking distance. Highly recommended!

The apartment and its hosts are great. It makes you feel at home in a Valencian home. From here you can get to both the beach and the old town. Highly recommend!

Lovely, warm, cozy and clean apartment with sea views on the beach of Patacona with various restaurants. The apartment was warmly decorated and equipped with everything you need. Impeccable and 100% functional apartment. Everything was very clean and the apartment is even better than in the photos. Eva was very helpful, let me check in early and responded quickly. The apartment has all the utensils and amenities available and everything was working very well. Excellent location! It would be back for sure!

Ruth was very helpful at all times, in addition our arrival was at 11pm. and there was the poor one waiting for us for the welcome. Very helpful and friendly. Super recommended!
