We really enjoyed our stay. Home was decorated very nicely, was comfortable for our group of 4. Neighborhood was quiet and located close to the highway to reach all of the attractions. Morgan was extremely nice and responded to any questions promptly.

Terry was really helpful, my family enjoyed the place it was like we were at home, and the little Walmart was walkable Thank you Terry, if my family ever come back to Atlanta again we will definitely stay at your place again if available

We had a great stay for our daughters med school graduation. Clean comfortable spot for our family. We were just two blocks from her home in a quiet neighborhood Easy walking to restaurants.

I had an amazing stay at the Trace. Everything was as described in pictures . House was free from dirt, dust, and clutter, with surfaces regularly cleaned and maintained. Very clean bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms with great amenities. Nice outdoor patio. Excellent location, with nearby entertainment, and restaurants. Mark was a very responsive host and worked with me on my last minute stay. I will definitely stay again .

Close to where I needed to be for my trip. And close to the highway. It really felt like home. And when I return I will only be staying there lol, if it’s available. Once again Thank You! This town home was just like the pictures. Very clean, modern, quiet and safe neighborhood, gated community. Having snacks and water was a nice added touch. Conveniently located. Has a driveway and garage. I would definitely stay there again.

If you are going to a Braves game this is the perfect place. Less than a 10 minute walk Truist and the Battery. Clean place. Perfect for what we needed

Was very relaxing when I was able to come back from the VA hospital to shower and eat. I never got to sleep in the bed because I was at the hospital all night. It served its purpose. To come back & shower & change. I spent only a few hours there Andy made my process with this and my brother advanced cancer diagnosis easier telling me if I needed anything. as far as having someone on hand who said if I needed anything to let him know The only downside and the was my fault was I paid to much for the little time I spent there. That’s not Andy’s fault. Andy Thank you for your kindness and support!

My family truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was beautiful lots of space and Angel was very responsive. We had an issue with the WiFi and when I reached out she responded immediately and we were able to get the issue resolved. Will book with her again!

The Airbnb was excellent, great customer service and perfect location for enjoying a great week in Atlanta. The Airbnb is very close to the main attractions in Atlanta which was a huge plus for us as a family. Will recommend 100%.

This townhouse was exactly as described, tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood with all you could need right around the corner. The convenience of everything nearby was great - grocery, gas and lots of restaurants. I brought my daughter and a friend for a concert at Truist Park. Getting there and back was easier than I could have imagined from here. It was also so easy to get to downtown Atlanta from here. The girls loved the comfort of the townhouse. We all slept well on the comfy mattresses. I would recommend this townhouse for anyone who enjoys a peaceful, comfortable place to relax after a long day of activities.
