We truly loved every minute of our stay. Mougins is one of the special places on Earth. The apartment is perfectly situated at the edge of the carless old town allowing you to drop luggage steps from the front door. Parking was easy and nearby and free. Only once did we have to park at the main lot (a small distance away). There is a lovely courtyard where we ate breakfast (that we bought) every morning preferring this to the cafes. And the kitchen is fully stocked. Even eggs and butter and yogurt. The beds are super comfortable. And there are two large bathrooms. Laetitia and Orly are amazing helping with reservations and even handling an emergency mailing for us. They are the Best Airbnb Hosts. Hot tips: Our fave restaurant remains the Michelin starred L'Amandier. Don't miss it. Also, if you want your own breakfast food or groceries, be sure to buy in Lower Mougins because the old village has no groceries. One night we bought rotisserie chicken at Poulet Mouginoisse.

My group of 4 enjoyed an 8 day stay at Jen's place in late May. The home is in Cimiez, a pleasant residential area on the hill above Nice. The home is only a 15-minute walk from the beach and offers a quiet and beautiful oasis from the town. The garden is extensive and delightful, much more impressive in person. The main home is spacious and well equipped, and there is also a second smaller home. This worked well for our group of 2 couples. Jen is a very kind and responsive host; you have found a rare gem in the Airbnb world.

We had an incredible extended weekend in Annaelle's apartment, in addition to being spacious, bright and carefully decorated, the small touches of breakfast make the difference! Thank you! The apartment stays cool, is easy to access, very peaceful, the bedding is comfortable and the view from the bedroom is very beautiful! There are parking spaces nearby and it allows you to go on lots of visits and activities. I look forward to coming back!

The apartment is really exactly as described. It is sparkling clean and one of the best equipped apartments I have spent my vacation in. Although the flight was 4 hours late, I was very warmly welcomed at midnight. I was greeted with rolls, butter, coffee, jam for the next morning, and even a bottle of wine. Nathalie had kept a parking space free and gave me useful tips for the area. I also enjoyed the balcony and the quiet location. The bus stop is 3 minutes away and from the train station you can quickly reach all places on the Cote d'Azur. I would definitely recommend the apartment for 1-2 people. You will quickly feel at home.

Great stay at Luisa’s apartment in Nice! Traveled with my wife, 10-mo old daughter, and mother-in-law. Large apartment that had everything we needed. AC was able to get very cool which is somewhat rare in France from other Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. Great location—within 10-15 min walk of everything in Nice you’d want to go to, but secluded enough to be quiet (exactly what we were looking for with the baby). Luisa was great throughout the whole process offering recommendations and help with anything needed. Would definitely stay again next time in Nice!

My son really enjoyed the loft, having the opportunity to cook from home was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

This apartment is fantastic value, the apartment is less than 2 minutes from the beach. The best restaurant i Juan Les Pins "Le Bistrot" is 50 metres away! A decent supermarket is just around the corner and yet it still feel quiet in the apartment. The apartment is large, comfortable and clean. Angela is very responsive and helpful. it's great!

Bottom line: stay here. Patricia is the loveliest person; it was a pleasure to be hosted by her. Her attention to detail and clear joy in creating a wonderful experience for her guests is evident from the beginning of your stay. Look no further for a place to stay while in Nice; this place has it all from its charming location to access to everything you would want to do in the area. Patrica is amazing!

Colette and Laurent welcomed us very well despite our late arrival. The accommodation is just amazing, peaceful and very comfortable. We feel very nice there. Nothing to say about the cleanliness, it was impeccable! Breakfast is full and very good, served at the time you want! And after a good day: time for the jacuzzi with its breathtaking view of the lake, which is very relaxing. Colette advised us very well on activities and restaurants to do in the area. A huge thank you to them for their kindness. I would definitely recommend Colette and Laurent's accommodation for a short or long stay!

I had an exceptional stay at this property! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was a top priority — the space was spotless and felt incredibly fresh. Any questions I had were answered almost immediately, and he went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. He is proactive communication before and during the stay made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. We so enjoyed our visit in this airy, clean, and generous room and the lavender infused soaps from the Provence Region. From here it is an easy, short drive to attractions like historic Mustiers-Sainte-Marie and the Verdon Gorge for outdoor activities. We were delighted with Véronique’s recommendations for dining in Gréoux-les-Bains. Her breakfast is amazing, all homemade and delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will hold sweet memories of her farm in our hearts forever.

What to say: everything was perfect! From upstream communication to reception. The accommodation of course is superb with this breathtaking view of the lake. But we especially remember Laurence's availability and generosity. Ultra comfortable room for a stopover on the GR4, it marked the end of 4 days of wandering for us. Free parking next door, very appreciated when you're tired!

We had the most amazing stay at Gerard’s place. The room and the view are exactly the same as described in the photos. The view from the terrace is really gorgeous and they also allowed us to use the pool. The house is located in a quiet place but walkable distance to nearby beach while Saint Tropez is around 20 minutes drive but can get longer than one hour to reach in busy summer months. Gerard and Danielle are really warm hosts and nice to talk with. The jams made by Danielle were delicious. We will definitely return to their place for our next trip to Saint Tropez.

I recently stayed at Sandrine’s property and had an amazing experience. The place was exactly as described and looked better than the pictures. Sandrine was incredibly welcoming, kind, and responsive. She provided great local tips and was always available to answer any questions. It’s very well located for Saint Tropez and the beaches. I would recommend Sandrine's place to anyone who looking for a cozy stay near St Tropez and would definitely come back.

Everything was perfect, the setting is beautiful and very refreshing, the hosts are attentive, very friendly and make themselves available as much as possible. The accommodation itself is very pleasant, well-equipped and in a good location. There is parking just next door but if we are on foot (like us), we are close enough to transportation but far enough away to be away and quiet for the duration of the stay. We also have great walks to do in the surroundings... In short, as we said when we left, if we could have put more than 5/5 we would have done it!! We hope to come back occasionally and maybe enjoy the river a little closer. Not brave enough to swim in winter!!
