Wow, what an incredible two days! This unit truly exceeded my expectations. It had everything I needed and so much more. The beauty of the canyon left me in awe, and there was something magical about savoring breakfast while soaking in that breathtaking morning view. I felt completely at peace, especially since I didn’t come across anyone else during my stay—such a perfect sense of privacy! I can’t express how much I’d love to return and relive this wonderful experience. Thank you Mona and Daniel for everything!

David was an amazing host and very attentive to detail. His place was beautiful and very clean. He made sure we had everything we needed and was very communicative. The apartment is right next to the beach and in a quiet Neighborhood. I definitely recommend this place and will be returning soon.

Peaceful location on the Venice canals. Sweet little place with an adorable kitchen. Everything you need for a nice getaway. Bed was comfortable. Very walkable along the lovely canals and close to beach and restaurants. Host was very responsive and kind. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved, and would recommend Matthew's vacation rental. We have stayed in Oceanside several times for a quick get away and this lovely location is by far our favorite. We hope we will be able to return in the near future. A parking spot is right in front of the property, Matthew's check in and out instructions are clear and easy to follow, the location cannot be beat, with the ocean and private beach just steps away. The interior has everything you could possibly need, it was clean and well stocked. I personally appreciated the binoculars and decaf coffee. It was wonderful to sit outdoors and watch dolphins, seabirds, surfers, dogs happy to be on the beach, and relax to the sound of the waves. There are many great restaurants nearby, and plenty of activities and places to visit in and around town. The best part was the feeling of being in our own little private sanctuary. Thank you to Matthew for being a fantastic host!

A magical stay right on the water! We could not have been happier with this location. The space was extremely clean and comfy and right on the ocean. It is not super private because all units share a courtyard/ocean access, but that didn’t bother us. Toilet was very fancy. You are right on PCH but once you are inside it doesn’t feel that way at all. Communicative hosts. Will be back!

Airy, comfortable and immaculate place. Watched surfers, seals, whales and birds everyday.

We had such a wonderful and relaxing time at Jason’s house. The views were amazing and the location is the best we’ve stayed in at Sea Ranch. The path to the bluff trail was right next to the house and just a short walk you get to amazing tide pools (my daughter and I woke up early to make it at low tide!) and really the best pacific coast views. Jason’s house was immaculate and we really appreciated how complete the kitchen was!! And the blue bottle and intelligentsia coffee beans were a great treat. The hot tub was also great to use after swimming in the rec center. Thank you Jason!!

What an amazing place!! The view was as amazing as the house. Very clean, such a spectacular view. Beds were very comfortable, easy access to park and get into the house. The extra amenities with the house were an added bonus! If I’m ever in the area again would definitely stay again! Host was extremely helpful and very responsive!

Our second time staying here. We love the lake view and nice details and finishing touches of the place.

This was our second stay at BayMod, and we're already excited to come back again. It's a stunning location, right on the bay, with kayaks and all the accessories you'd need (like lifejackets in many sizes). We saw seals, bat rays, and lots of other wildlife when we went out in the morning. We love going to Nick's Cove for lunch and outdoor games (you could even kayak there), to Route One Bakery for breakfast and coffee, and down to Point Reyes Station for shops, restaurants, and groceries. The house is impeccably organized (the most well-organized Airbnb I've ever seen) with helpful instructions and just everything you might think of. Example: lying on the couch looking out the window and feeling a bit cold? There is a bin of throw blankets within arm's reach. Trying to see what's on Hog Island right now? There are binoculars, plus a powerful monocular with a phone mount. This thoughtfulness extends to all aspects of the house. It's beautiful, clean, and cozy. Thank you Deb!

Just spent a wonderful relaxing long weekend at Pacific Gem. Cindy's place is truly a 'jewel' perched on a bluff with spectacular oceanfront views, comfortable up-scale furnishings, sparkling clean, with everything you could ever need! Absolutely gorgeous! The ,location is close to lots of activites. but after lucking out with terrific weather, we felt no need to leave the premises until checkout - we'd love to stay again on our next trip to Mendocino area!

Came here to stay for Cal Poly graduation. Emma's place is a great! Comfortable, convenient, spacious and quiet. Loved being away from the crowds and close to Montaña de Oro State Park - we walked the Bluff trail. Loved the thoughtful welcome - wine, handwritten notes and gift card for coffee to Nautical Bean. My teens loved the spa bathrobes. We would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you, Emma!

We loved this apartment- it was beautiful and had everything we needed! It was even bigger than the photos make it seem. Gorgeous decor and beautifully maintained/cleaned. Lots of extras/amenities like kitchen items, toiletries, beach stuff, and linens. The host’s communication was very hospitable and helpful! Location and view is incredible - right on the beach and walkable to so many cute cafes, grocery stores and bars. Comes with a parking spot too, and pool and hot tub access! Would definitely book again!

We had a great stay. We would actually stay at this place again. It’s super close to the beach and all of the Pismo Beach area has to offer. Amber has an annual vehicular beach pass for us to use. We took advantage of enjoying the beach with our vehicle, and it was extremely convenient when we wanted to see the sand dunes. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The couch was very comfortable. The bed was also very comfy. Amber labels things (even on light switches) and gives details on how to use things (locking the door, using the fireplace, everything!!). She offers her cell phone number to us, which is quite unusual. We usually have to wait for a long time for a response. Amber is SO detailed and had everything well organized that we never had to text her. SHE texted us to ask if we had any questions or if we needed info on where to go, etc. You know how friends want you to feel comfortable while staying over their house? That is AMBER! Tiffany is an incredible host. She is easy to communicate with and was proactive informing you of what to expect, easy instructions both checking in and out, as well as recommendations. She answered any questions I had in a timely matter to. The golf cart is a great addition as well to easily get to Avalon. Bottom line up front everything was very simple so that my girlfriend and I were able to fully enjoy our stay on the island. The villa was beautiful just like the pictures. It was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I highly recommend booking with Tiffany at her villa in Hamilton Cove. Just a heads up if you’re going to eat on the balcony don’t leave any food unattended for a second or the birds will swoop it. They’re watching and waiting for an opportunity. Happened to me lol. Thank you again Tiffany for making our trip so much easier to enjoy.

The place was beautiful! There was an amazing view. The place was nice and cozy, the perfect place to relax and soak in the view. The poo and hot tub was also very convenient.

If you want to get away and relax with family, this is the place. I believe this was our 4th time staying here and just like other times everything was perfect. Being an ocean front property things go bad in the homes but not this property! Benny keeps everything clean and is always upgrading his property. Every time we come the unit looks newer and nicer than our previous stay and in our opinion it’s already absolutely perfect. We always stay for 4 days, park our car and walk everywhere. Our kids rent surfboards from the liquor store 1 block away and we store them in the courtyard all weekend. No need for a car once you’re at Benny’s. The Thursday evening street fair/market is a must for anyone visiting on a Thursdays, it’s a quick walk from the unit. Also if you have any questions Benny will respond within minutes. Our family can’t wait to be back next summer.
