The kitchen has a back door that opens you to the beautiful back yard. To the right and directly in front after you pass the living room is a hallway that takes you to the restroom and 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is elegantly designed and features a brand new hotel-quality Queen Size Bed and premium mattress. The Large 2nd Bedroom has 2 Large Queen Size Beds both Brand new also featuring hotel-quality mattresses. An important note to anyone Visiting Venice Beach is the weather is warm, tropical and at times humid. The sun shines from 7am-7pm and the smell of the ocean fills the air. You are right off the beach so it can get humid at times. Like all houses in Venice Beach, it does not have air-conditioning so if you are accustomed to keeping the windows closed and staying inside the house your entire vacation blasting the air-condition please do not book this home. The Venice Beach House has Premium Quality Bikes purchased new from SIX THREE ZERO bikes. They are very very cool and great quality bikes. Please use the Locks provided in the closet as well as the helmets and always lock up the bikes and removable front wheels. The locks have a combination on them. We hope it makes for a great experience during your stay. - To ensure we keep the floorboards squeaky clean for our guests’ enjoyment, we have a no shoes policy inside our home. We like to think of it as bringing the beach to the house (only without the sand!) - The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we’ve provided in the bathroom. We simply want to ensure you have a royal flush kind of stay! - Before you leave please clean up pots, pans, and dishes and place dirty towels in hamper. Please take out main trash prior to checking out. Trash day is on Monday's, we will be around to take out trash cans, if you're staying on this day - it may be a good time to throw out your trash ;) - Quiet Hours: The neighborhood is full of great people and families, please respect the neighbors by keeping noise level down indoors and outdoors between 10pm - 8am. Described by guests as “Asian Vintage” this sunny home sets perched above a year round creek and is surrounded by mature gardens and a forest of bay, oak and fir. About an hour from San Francisco and the Sonoma and Napa Valleys, 1.5 miles from Point Reyes Station and 2 miles from the Point Reyes National Seashore Visitors Center and Golden Gate National Recreation Area. Easily access beaches, waterways and parkland for hiking, swimming, surfing, kayaking, SUP boarding, mountain biking and all that West Marin has to offer. Or just enjoy unwinding in this comfortable and beautiful setting. Stroll down to the Inverness Park Market and Tap Room at the end of the street and enjoy some of the best food and drink in the area with a very local vibe. Entering the upstairs you will find a large living/dining/kitchen space constructed of huge beams, wide plank fir floors from wood milled on the property, a bank of windows with a bird's eye view of the forest and a large stained glass window.
