Just spent 5 nights in Ventura at David’s place. Great location, 2 min walk to dog friendly beach. Very quiet. Great location to explore Channel Islands, Ojai and Santa Barbara. Would book again in a heartbeat. Clean and comfortable

Lovely place with a stunning view! Such a soothing spot to relax after a long drive, before seeing some redwoods in the morning. The couches and recliner were extra comfy, and I loved that you can see the ocean from inside the living room and bigger bedroom too. It’s in a very peaceful area. I am very glad we stayed here and definitely recommend it!

We loved this place! The location was amazing, just minutes from the beach & walkable to great shopping and restaurants. Host was very responsive with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this property.

Lisa’s home is a gem. The place is clean, modern, cozy and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a long weekend. Great location, the beach is right across the street and a walkable distance to Carslbad Village. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again. This quaint “hula hut” is the cutest beachfront airbnb you can imagine. It’s overflowing with personality, as well as helpful items for use in the kitchen on the beach. Beautiful living room with roaring gas fireplace and comfy couch. Of course, the star of the show is the outdoor space/ BEACH. I’d pay a premium any day to have those immediate beach access. Since we have a toddler, it was especially helpful being able to just walk out onto the beach-no pulling together beach bags with snacks/diapers/toys only to have them want to go back inside! This is THE perfect relaxing weekend escape from LA. The hosts are also lovely-we forgot an important item, and not only did they let us know quickly, but they were so helpful as we figured out how to get it back in a timely manner. Thank you for that!! There is only one bathroom and it connects close to both bedrooms, so it’s most comfortable for a couple or a family with young kids. For the 3 of us, it was absolute perfection =)

Home away from home with a beach. This has been one of the most peaceful coziest serene homes we have ever stayed. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left this home was nothing but positivity for our family. The amenities provided by the hosts were more than adequate to provide a family many memories. The seclusion we had during our stay was better than perfect. The host was thorough in communicating house rules and making accommodations during our stay. Would recommend this bungalow for any family to enjoy. Will be back soon.

We found the location to be perfect, just a short half block down to front Street, Steep, but that’s what gave us a great view and then just two blocks down to the pier where the farmers market was held on Friday. A few cute wine tasting bars and restaurants We actually barbecued at the house 2 nights and Drove into Pismo one night for Ventana Grill. Not a lot of high-end restaurants there, but I would like to try that little French bistro next time. We would definitely book this Airbnb again, thank you Kate for a great experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at the JT house. The location is perfect for visiting the JT National Park. We loved the hot tub and stargazing after a day at the park. Super comfortable beds. Everything we needed was supplied. Highly recommend this lovely home.

Mike has spent over 30 years transforming an already amazing Craftsman house into a curated space that is eclectic, inviting and relaxing. This is truly a labor of love and I’m fortunate that we were able to enjoy it for a nice long weekend in San Diego. Can’t recommend highly enough for a couple looking for a quiet retreat.

We loved our stay here in Paso Robles. Very easy and enjoyable walk into town. Loved the space and friends stayed in the adjoining unit which worked out great! Lots of restaurants closeby. The place was just as pictured. Very clean, good amount of space and comfortable. Loved that they had a laundry room too. We plan to return! Highly recommend!

Lovely location! Right by the river with great deck to sit and watch the water and nature. Conveniently located next to great coffee shop and so close to the national park.

We had a very nice stay at this cozy bungalow in SLO, which was located right next to downtown, and extremely convenient for our trip. It's also walking distance to some great restaurants. It was a peaceful and comfortable place to stay while we were in town for our nephews Graduation at Cal Poly. The host is very accommodating, friendly, and responsive. We had an extremely easy check in and out. The home looks newly renovated with a beautiful kitchen and bathroom. We loved our stay!

We had a great stay at this very comfortable bungalow in Huntington Beach. The house was clean and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for our stay and for the beach. The location was perfect with just a short and easy walk to the beach. Highly recommend for a relaxing beach getaway!

I stayed here for 10 days while recovering from surgery, and it was truly one of my favorite Airbnb stays anywhere in the world. The space is comfortable, beautifully maintained, and exactly what I needed. The location is incredible — so central to the beach and all the great shops and restaurants on Abbot Kinney. I even walked the 50-minute walk to Santa Monica a few times (the New Yorker in me cannot be stopped). The hosts were very responsive to any issues (though there were very few) and take wonderful care of the property. The outdoor tub was a highlight — a perfect spot to relax and unwind. I’d come back in a heartbeat.
