Wonderful cosy tiny house. Very clean and comfortable. You find everything you need. Enough privacy, still among local people. Quiet enough. Nice little balcony with sunshine almost the whole day. There is a good local restaurant around the corner and a somewhat more luxiourious one 12 minutes on foot. Good bed. Teresa gives you a warm welcome and has good advice on the area. It’s a good base to visit nothern Portugal.

As a family with a lot of teens, I loved how many spaces this house had for hanging out. Also, having so many rooms with two single beds instead of shared beds is so nice when you have a lot of teens along. The outdoor spaces are so beautiful and peaceful and the yard is full of plants and flowers. We enjoyed the ease to reach Guimarães. We would happily return to this lovely home.

We really loved our stay here. Normally we avoid studio apartments as we prefer to have a separate living and sleeping area but this apartment was so spacious. The location can not be beat - everything is so close and in walking distance. It's true what others have noted about the church bells but they are ao loud I highly doubt there is anywhere you can stay in the city and not be affected by them. Don't let it be a deterrent in choosing to stay here. The bathroom was spotless, shower excellent. Bed and linens were warm and super comfy. Definitely recommend this place!

Maria Fernanda’s place was easy to find, very clean, and comfortable. All the basic amenities as listed, very close to all stores, within a 5 mile radius. Hosts were very friendly, we spent one night during the black out and we were provided candles and a flashlight, and despite our language barrier, we made it work, very pleasant people and we would love to stay again next time we visit family in the future!
