Das Apartment von Frederico liegt im Stadtviertel Venezia, umgeben von fantastischen Restaurants. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und alles sehr sauber!!! Ich war mit meiner 20jährigen Tochter für 8 Nächte hier und wir haben von hier aus die nördliche Toskana erkundet. Das Viertel hat uns total überrascht und in Fredericos Apartment haben wir uns sehr heimisch gefühlt! Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und das Apartment uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Simone was a wonderful host! He met us at the beach parking lot and escorted us to the apartment and assisted us with our luggage up the flights of stairs. The location was perfect for us to explore this beautiful city, walkable, close to the sea/ small beach, park, restaurants, cafes, fresh fruit stand. Modern decor, bright open concept, well appointed, comfortable bed, plenty of storage in the wardrobe for our clothes and storing our luggage. Free parking was included and located directly across the street. Traffic was constant in the front but didn’t affect our sleeping in the back bedroom. We would recommend guests staying here, thanks for the later checkout time, thanks Simone!

Es war sehr schön und sehr komfortabel. Die Lage zum Meer ist ganz toll, aber auch der kleine Hof bietet Entspannung. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die Küche mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Parken war auch kein Problem .. entweder vor der Haustür für 6 Euro der Tag oder um die Ecke unterm Baum kostenlos. Einkaufen, Essen und Gelato .. alle in kurzer Entfernung. Vielen Dank und wir kommen gern wieder.

Wir fanden unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Leonardo und Vanessa toll! Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, super sauber und ruhig, mit Blick aufs Meer 😍 Es gibt eine super ausgestattete Küche und nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß und man kann von einem kleinen Steg aus ins Wasser klettern und schwimmen gehen. Die Lage ist wirklich wunderbar, nicht weit von Bahnhof um die umliegenden Städte zu erkunden aber auch direkt an einer Bus Station von der man an die wunderschöne Küste im Süden fahren kann. Die Waschmaschine war auch ein tolles Plus! Die beiden Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt eine 10/10!

Annalisa was the perfect host! From communication beforehand and having someone meet us in person at check in to get us settled to helping us get a taxi last minute at check out, every step of they way she was responsive to our needs. The apartment was less than a block from the Tower of Pisa, location could not be beat. The back bedroom overlooked the garden and was quiet. The front bedroom overlooked the street. The bathroom had great green tiles and amenities. We were greeted with breakfast food, milk, water and juice in the fridge and a bottle of wine. The internet was not working due to the provider not working so not the hosts fault, they informed us upon check in. I would not hesitate to book here, amazing host that is committed to their guests having a wonderful stay.

Great stay in Pisa at this apartment. Perfect size for our family of 5 with 2 large bedrooms. The decor was lovely and modern with traditional touches. The tower is just 2 minutes walk from the apartment and there are lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets close by. We needed a flexible check in due to a late flight which was accommodated with clear instructions to enter when we arrived. I’d recommend this place.

Lovely flat in the heart of Pisa. Lots of character. Andrea was very communicative and the check in process was very easy. Would recommend.

Very nice place, extremely clean and with a lovely place. I would advice any future guests that never been to Livorno and are planning to arrive by car, to look into the several long-stay Parking around the city center, parking on the street can be quite challenging. Otherwise the flat is in a perfect central position! Highly recommend!

Emplacement idéal dans la vieille ville touristique et proche de la tour. Niché dans un vieil immeuble typique de la vieille ville, ce 2 pièces a été rénové en gardant le style local. On apprécie la grande hauteur sous plafond, la grande chambre, les beaux matériaux de rénovation comme ces portes en bois massif , les encadrures de porte laissées rondes comme à l'origine avec un vitrail pour jointer avec la porte, la cuisine très bien équipée et le jardin mignon avec terrasse et tonnelle en chèvrefeuille pour manger à l'ombre. Enfin, la touche "style industrie" avec les poutres en acier se marie bien avec l'ensemble. Bravo Lucas pour cette belle restauration ! Tout commerce et restaurants à 2 pas. Rue très peu passante et fenêtre double vitrage bien isolante. Enfin, Lucas est très prévenant pour tout expliquer.

Struttura curata e completa di tutti i confort . Si trova in quartiere centrale ed in prossimità di tutti i servizi necessari Federico e Daniela assolutamente cordiali e disponibili. Assolutamente consigliato.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Barga! Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral in Barga gelegen mit vielen tollen Restaurants in der Nähe, das war super! Eleonora war immer gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll und schön eingerichtet. Gerne wieder :)

Schönes Apartment in toller Lage! Sehr sauber, funktional und liebevoll eingerichtet – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Der Check-in war herzlich und unkompliziert. Absolut empfehlenswert – mille grazie! 🌟🇮🇹

Wonderful! One of the cleanest air bnb’s we’ve stayed at in many European cities. We really appreciated all the personal and thoughtful touched the apartment had such as umbrellas, bug spray, ample towels, charger converters, etc. There is also an amazing website they’ve created which has easy check in instructions and tons of recommendations for restaurants nearby. We ate at I Porci Comodi for lunch and Trattoria Sant'Omobono for dinner per their recommendation and they were both amazing. In terms of location, it is truly so close to the train station. At night the area feels a little bit more unsafe but we felt safe in the unit being on the 2nd floor in a locked building.

What a BEAUTIFUL place to stay! We would definitely love to return.Andreas was so incredibly helpful,generous and welcoming. The cats were extremely friendly and as animal-lovers, we adored time with them. The scenery is absolutely incredible! Andreas gave us fresh eggs from his hens for breakfast - a lovely gesture. The bed was sooo comfy too. We only had a brief stay, but managed to squeeze in swimming in the pool and time drinking in the sheer peace. Andreas told us about a natural spring close by where we enjoyed collecting our water daily. Thankyou Andreas for making our stay such a special one. Very kind regards. Jane and family.

Wir hatten mit unseren Kindern (7 & 9 Jahre) einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Poggio al Cassone. Die Städte Pisa, Lucca, Volterra und Florenz haben wir sehr gut erreichen können. Für die Kinder war der Pool das Highlight nach den Ausflügen. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön gestaltet, das Appartement wirklich gross und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, wieder zu kommen. :)

Otroligt boende som överträffade förväntningarna, Francesco är en underbara värd som var väldigt hjälpsam och hade lokal rekommendationer på allt. Från bästa bageriet till vingården du inte får missa. Rekommenderar stark och kommer förmodligen tillbaka!

Vi hade ett par fantastiska dagar uppe i bergen på Cima alla Serra. Vi satt varje kväll på terrassen och njöt av utsikten och lugnet, och på dagarna kunde man ta det lugnt vid poolen som var fantastisk. Giovanna och personalen på plats var väldigt hjälpsamma och vi är så glada över vår vistelse. Trots att det ligger relativt nära Pisa bör man ha bil vilket vi blev rekommenderade. Vi hoppas få möjligheten att komma tillbaka igen! Tack för ett par trevliga dagar :)

Semplicemente tutto perfetto, dall’accoglienza all’aperitivo, dalla cena servita in casa (dal ristorante!) alla colazione panoramica, l’utilizzo della piscina… semplicemente PERFETTO!

Unser Aufenthalt in Lari bei Susie & Paolo war toll. Die beiden waren tolle Gastgeber, sie waren immer erreichbar, sehr aufmerksam und super lieb. Das Appartement war super gemütlich, sehr gepflegt und mit allem was wir brauchten ausgestattet. Im Garten gibt es eine schöne Außenküche mit Grill und Pizzaofen, die wir beide genutzt haben. Es gibt viele Plätze im zum sitzen und chillen. Auch der Poobereich ist sehr schön angelegt und umzäunt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und geben eine klare Weiterempfehlung 🫶

Attico davvero insolito!!!! Posizione comoda, molti bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. La vista dal balcone è spettacolare, si può ammirare il tramonto in modo splendido. L'interno dell'attico è molto suggestivo, ci sono molte cose interessanti e perfino un giradischi (si possono ascoltare i Beatles, dischi e molti altri artisti famosi). L'ascensore arriva direttamente all'attico, è molto comodo!!!

In Mitten der sanften Hügel der Toskana liegt dieses Juwel. Das einfach aber geschmackvoll eingerichtete Apartment ist Teil eines Hauses mit 4 Wohnungen. Die Wohnung war extrem sauber und ist sehr gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt braucht. Das Gelände bietet zahlreiche Sitzmöglichkeiten und fantastische Ausblicke auf die wunderschöne Landschaft bis nach Volterra. Der Pool lädt zum schwimmen ein und ist dank Salzwassertechnik dazu noch sehr haut- und augenfreundlich. Andrea ist ein sehr sympathischer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber der bei Fragen immer sehr gut zu erreichen war. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen. Definitiv eine Reise wert.
