Comodo per traghetti porto Livorno, 20 min dall’aeroporto di Pisa, Stella Maris. 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole: bagno privato con doccia, cucina con utensili, lavatrice, aria condizionata. Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono forniti. Accesso alla piscina condominiale (solo in estate) e parcheggio con posto assegnato.

By the sea, vacation home in exclusive park

Located in a historic complex, a former summer colony built in the 1930s, it is surrounded by a large private park with pine, holm oak and palm trees. The property was the setting of the Comencini film "Tutti a casa" with Alberto Sordi. From the internal gate, with a short walk through the Mediterranean scrub and sand dunes, you arrive directly at the sea and the free beach. The ideal stay for those who love the sea, nature and are intrigued by the echoes of history.

Completely renovated apartment inside a historic former colony building, the excellent location directly on the sea guarantees private access to the beach without the need to travel. The apartment of about 70 meters with mezzanine consists of a double bedroom and three additional beds, the kitchen equipped with all appliances is complete including washing machine and dryer, Wi-Fi included, the house is furnished in a modern style with furniture and design objects

My Seahouse

Front-Row Seaside is a beautiful apartment, located in Calambrone, with an amazing view of the sea and fantastic sunsets! The beach is a 1 minute walk through the dunes by entering/exiting the private entrance. It's a perfect spot for a vacation to relax and have fun! It has a personal entrance with a common parking and it has all important shops at a walking distance. Livorno is only a 15 minute drive away and around 20 minutes from Pisa airport.

A blue oasis a stone's throw from the sea

Beautiful studio apartment with direct access to the sea. It is part of the historic building, the former Principi di Piemonte colony, built in 1930 and renovated in 2000 without altering its original and characteristic style. The building is located right in front of the sea! You can access the beach through a pedestrian gate located a few steps from the apartment and you can choose between the free beach or one of the many equipped beaches.

The apartment is bright and you get to the beach without crossing roads. The 25 sqm terrace allows you to fully enjoy the outdoors. The complex is in front of the Stella Maris Foundation (150m) and is also very convenient for the Coni center. (Also read the "other things to consider" section carefully). No pets allowed :( :(

We had a lovely stay with Stefano! The loft is clean, beautiful and well located. We were walking distance to restaurants, bars and gelato places. The bus stop that takes you to many different swim spots along the coast is right in front. We had a great stay!

Beautiful apartment steps from a sea beach. Spotless clean. Silvia responds quickly and always helped us with all the questions. They also have detailed written instructions for everything in case you forget something. We rented a car to drive around and were pleased to return home after long days.

The apartment had a great location. Close to the city centre by food and it was really safe area for us. The self-checkin process was really easy and clear. Carolina and Davide were always available and gave quick answers. The apartment itself is great! We enjoyed our time in there a lot. It’s super clean and well furnished. It’s a great apartment for short and long term stays. We highly recommend the apartment from Carolina!

we had a great week at Enrico's home. The place was super clean and suitable for a couple. you can find everything you need at home and it's so close to the sea and local restaurants and other shops. Enrico was very friendly and warm! I cannot recommend him enough! 🥰✨️
