The penthouse makes a huge impression! The view from the window and balcony is amazing! the apartment has everything you need. a big plus is the underground parking. the beach is literally a stone's throw away, 2 minutes on foot. the owner is always available and answers any questions. his recommended restaurants are worth a look! I highly recommend it! We will definitely come back someday.

The place was very nice and just like in the photos. We were greeted with a Prosecco, various juices and food in the refrigerator. The location is very good and only 5 minutes from the beach.

This is a calm oasis away from the busy marina itself. I loved waking up with a view of the marble caves in the distance. Highly recommend!

Very responsive and very friendly host, combined with the incredible location (being walkable to the main strip of beach, train station, and restaurants) helped me fall in love with Viareggio! We chose this location as the first place to stay for our honeymoon trip and we really relaxed there. It was so quite, so calm, so intimate, it felt like home. The pool was clean, the view was amazing, so amazing that we preferred to prepare food or to buy something warm from the nearest Coop market and to eat it on our terrace than to go to a restaurant. The kitchen is small, you can prepare there only simple dishes. I totally recommend this house if you want privacy and a relaxing holiday.

We had a lovely stay. The beautiful view, the private beach and residential access forgot that the wifi connection was not working. A lot of wind so we didn't enjoy the terrace too much but given the price was very correct. Dishes are a little chipped but everything was properly usable. The top Italian coffee machine. On the other hand, the address given was not the right one, we were told to go to 48 when it was at 74 , because the 48 corresponds to the number above the door in the large residence. We made our hosts wait. Thanks to her for her patience great welcome from her. Very available

Ilaria is a great hostess. Her apartment is beautifully situated by the sea, the great garden invites you to relax. We enjoyed it very much. She gave us very good tips for restaurants and things to do in the area and was always available.

Fantastic house . During our stay we have really felt like we are at home. Close to the city center. Very peacefull environment. Large rooms. Nice furniture and modern design. Thank you for letting us rent this nice apartment. We arrived by train and stroll down to the apartment without any problems with the suitcases. We arrived a little early, but got access to the apartment. The apartment was very clean and nice. Located very close to the beach and central to restaurants. Quiet and cozy city, was easy and go by train for about 15 minutes to Pisa and the leaning tower. Very good communication with the host. Can safely recommend this apartment.

This was a last minute booking for us, but we felt SO happy to have found Sandra’s lovely place in the centre of Viareggio. The bedroom is HUGE and easy to keep cool with shutters. The hosts have the place next door as a holiday home and we got to meet them (and share pizza) when they visited. The location was perfect - one minute’s walk to the ‘buzzing’ promenade with great cafes, shops and the AMAZING beach. We hired a car from Pisa airport but next time we wouldn’t - everywhere we wanted to visit was quicker and easier by train (Lucca, Cinque Terre and of course Pisa). The station is an easy 10-15 walk away but without a car, a taxi would be a good idea with cases. A definite highlight of this holiday was the care, kindness and generous hospitality of our hosts. They immediately responded and offered a perfect solution when we had a minor problem. I’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s but this was special. Thank-you for everything Sandra, Ettore and family. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The apartment was nice and met our needs well. Close to the beach, restaurants and the Italian language school. It was a humid week and AC worked great! It is on a pedestrian street that was quiet most of the time. If you are not an early riser, close the blinds, because on Tuesday and Thursday morning they setup for markets and it gets noisy around 7am.

We had the most wonderful stay at Lisa’s apartment! We spent 6 nights in her beautiful home, and from the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and cared for. Lisa and her family (Francesco, Rosanna) are truly special hosts — warm, thoughtful, and always ready with helpful tips and kind gestures that made our trip even more enjoyable. The apartment was spotless (really super clean), beautifully decorated, and ideally located — it also had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our 1 year old baby.
