Holiday rentals with a patio in Caelian Hill

Andrea was an excellent host! Right off the bat he was so accommodating and welcoming from booking to check-out. The location is wonderful and the apartment is exactly as pictured. He welcomed us to the apartment at check-in and provided recommendations for food and other services in the area. We loved our stay here and highly recommend!

We had a nice stay at this apartment! It is in a great location - so close to the major sites & we walked everywhere. It was much larger than I expected, well decorated & superiorly equipped. It had a huge closet in the bedroom, multiple full length mirrors, extra chargers, etc. There is a spacious private patio which was so cute and nice to use in the evening. Emma left multiple snacks, bottles of water, and a bottle of wine for us at check in which we thought was above and beyond. We would stay here again!

This place was fantastic. So close to many things. We walked everywhere even with 3 kids. There were two private balconies so although it was in the middle of a bustling square it was possible to relax and rest outside. Sonia was great. She provided excellent details on how to find the place. She also offered many recommendations on places to eat. Would stay here again 100%!

We absolutely loved Greg's place. It is charming, cool, and in a wonderful area. We explored directly from the flat in almost all cases, except when traveling to Vatican City or places further out in the city. The neighborhood restaurants were tasty, although at least one of them only takes cash so be prepared. The terrace was wonderful to relax in the evening. It was hard for us to find a place in Rome that met our needs as a family of 4 (parents and 2 teen girls) - our requirements were minimum of 2 bedrooms, had a kitchen/eating space plus a sofa for us to relax or gather as a family, washer (and dryer), quiet enough for privacy and sleep but well located for adventures, easily accessible from the Roma Termina train station for our arrival and departure. Greg's place fit all the needs and was cute and stocked with all the essentials and comfy beds. Greg was a great communicator and kindly let us check in early which was fantastic so we could leave our luggage and explore.

Truly one of the greatest airbnbs we have ever stayed in! It was incredibly clean, spacious and we felt right at home. Location was perfect and safe — not loud or too busy and extremely close to the tram to go sight seeing and into the centre of the city (very quick tram ride too!) Local cafes, restaurants and bars just steps away from the apartment. Chiara was an amazing host — quick to respond, allowed us to check in early, sent us many local recommendations and tips right after we checked in and was quick to respond to any questions we had! I highly recommend staying at Chiaras airbnb, we will definitely be back!!

7 dagen verbleven in dit mooie appartement in kelderverdieping, 2 grote slaapkamers, groot terras. Bestek, glazen en borden zijn beperkt (6 stuks van elk) en er is geen afwasautomaat. Rustige omgeving met metro Re di Roma op 10 min lopen.

Outstanding villa that will take you back in time and a beautiful walking path that will clear your mind from a busy city life. You will enjoy the stars on a clear night, witness beautiful sunsets and appreciate the sounds of nature. Luda and her family were very welcoming and helpful with recommendations to supermarkets, restaurants and nearby attractions. It was an amazing experience and if your planning to visit Italy and staying outside of Rome, we highly recommend Casal Romito!

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

We had a great time! The host was super friendly and the area was very vibrant.

Un endroit très paisible malgré la proximité de l’aéroport, on entend très peu les avions. Maison idéale pour un séjour et le découverte de Rome à seulement 30mn en voiture. Des petites attentions à l’arrivée qui sont très agréables

Salvatore a été un excellent hôte, très réactif et attentionné. Lorsque la première connexion Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas, il n’a pas hésité à m’envoyer quelqu’un à 23h pour m’en fournir une autre – ce que j’ai vraiment apprécié. Il répondait aux messages rapidement, même tard le soir. L’appartement est incroyable, encore mieux que sur les photos. Je recommande vivement !

Really nice garden flat in a great location. Walkable to the local area with loads of restaurants and bars etc but also only 30mins walk to some of the main sights of Rome. Tram stop nearby too which was really useful.

David couldn’t have been a better host, being very friendly and offering extra services that mad our stay comfortable. the place was very large, very clean and had everything you need. The Added touches give the place so much charm and we wish we stayed longer.

This place is an absolute gem in the heart of Rome — if it is available, I’d highly suggest booking! We were here for 4 nights and slept so well due to the extremely comfy bed & A/C. The apartment was centrally located (as much as you can be in Rome) and allowed us to visit all the important sites + neighborhoods on foot. The terrace was magical — perfect for enjoying beautiful evenings in peace with pizza & wine from the surrounding neighborhood. The shower was also so spacious and consistently had good water temp + pressure — a true treasure in Italy! Going up the stairs with luggage is definitely a challenge, but this is to be expected when staying in beautiful but older buildings in Europe. Lastly, Alois was amazing — so kind, proactive, and helpful. He helped us check-in early despite our last-minute request, and was overall a pleasure to communicate with. We could not have been happier with our stay here!

we had a great stay here while visiting Rome! the location is central to most tourist attractions and it’s easy to get transportation to and from the airport, and train station. you can walk to the colosseum, many restaurants, cafes, pharmacies and there is a convenience store right next door (very convenient, as we are travelling with a toddler). the owner is very kind and suggested family friendly activities for our toddler. he also let us check in significantly earlier than the set time, which we endlessly appreciate. and they also extended our check out time without us asking! so thoughtful. there is a cute little terrace where we ate many meals and enjoyed fresh air. it has been a comfortable and easy stay, and our family really appreciates it!

Riccardo’a flat was perfect for our short stay in Rome. Very well appointed, clean and peaceful with a lovely garden to relax in at the end of the day. Also very easy to get to all the sights with public transport. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely stay here again. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the Colosseum and within easy walking distance to many other major sights. The apartment was clean, modern, and exactly as described. Our host was incredibly helpful and made everything easy, taking the time to explain how everything worked. No issues at all. Highly recommend!

Great location, friendly suburb outside of the aeralian walls, lots of local spots, very close metro with a change at termini gets you anywhere in Rome. Riccardo and co were very helpful, I recommend this air BNB.

Appartement très spacieux et un patio très agréable. la literie super on a très bien dormi. appartement très bien situé 3 mn à pied de la station de métro très pratique. proche de commerces et restaurants notamment une pizzeria sympa en bas de l'appartement. On a adoré Rome et on y retournera. hôte de confiance.

This place is a steal! The location of the apartment is beautiful - great neighborhood and just a few minutes away from the Vatican city's St Peter's Square and Castel Sant'Angelo on foot. The apartment is more than spacious for two people and very comfortable. Agata has been a great host, very friendly and responsive. We loved our stay and would plan another vacation at this property in a heartbeat!
