Very nice accommodation, as described in the photos, Paola was very attentive to our needs. The environment is quiet, there is a supermarket and good places to eat. 15 min walk from the subway and 20 min from the coliseum.

Luca’s place was the third one we stayed at in Italy and was our favorite. Luca was so easy to communicate with, he offered local recommendations and has an easy check in and check out procedure. The apartment is clean and has plenty of storage, the bathroom and shower are spacious and the water pressure is great (yes, something we’ve had issues with in other apartments!) The neighborhood is very walkable, easy access to bus lines and we felt safe. We dined at a few local spots and enjoyed it all. Luca was so nice to chat with and very responsive. We had a great stay at Stefano’s apartment in Rome! The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the Colosseum, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to both metro stations (about 10–15 minutes away) and bus stops. Taxis also had no trouble finding the place. Stefano was very responsive and accommodating, and he even shared some great local dining recommendations. Inside the apartment, we really appreciated the detailed binder with instructions for using the A/C, washer, and other amenities—it also included helpful tips about the apartment and exploring Rome. Accessing the building and apartment through a phone link was easy and worked flawlessly. If you're planning to explore the Colosseum, Roman Forum, or Trastevere, this is a great base. Roma Termini is only about 20–25 minutes away by metro and walking. My family and I were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

We had a great stay at the place! The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and just like in the photos. There was really nothing to complain about. Be especially practical: there is free parking along the street, which is really worth its weight in gold in Rome. The bus connections to the center are very good - the stop is only a few minutes' walk away. The host also gave us great tips for restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which helped us a lot to find our way around quickly. Clear recommendation – we'd come back anytime!

This was one of the best Air BnBs we have stayed in. Light and airy, spacious, super clean, and the building had great character. We were able to walk to the Collesseum and there was a metro just around the corner. Andrea was super friendly, responsive and made some great dining recommendations (we tried several of them - Trattoria Monti was a stand out!). There is a small toaster oven which was good for reheating leftover pizza and foccacia. Note there is no microwave. Washer/dryer was great for doing our clothes before moving to our next destination. Highly recommended- thank you Andrea and Luciana.

Great location and cosy little room with everything you need readily available

Guido's place is located in a very walkable area but outside of the primary tourist locations in Rome which can get quite noisy and crowded. Lots of restaurants, a fantastic gelato shop (Fassi), a nice park nearby, and it's about a 15 minute walk from the Termini train station. The location was perfect for us, and the space provided everything we needed for a short stay in Rome.

Nothing but amazing things to say about Stefano’s place! We had the best stay. The space was clean, air conditioned (so helpful with the heat outside!) and conveniently near amazing restaurants, grocery stores and all of the major landmarks. I’d absolutely stay again and hope to soon! Stefano provided lovely restaurant recommendations and provided clear transit directions to help us get to and from airports and train stations. Nostromondo’s place was in a great neighborhood and was very spacious. It was very easy to get in touch with the host in advance of arriving in Rome and we were able to arrange a time to check in soon after we arrived. The host was very responsive throughout our stay, including when there was a clog in the shower drain, which she promptly worked to resolve while we were out on our daily tours. Overall a great stay in Rome, and would recommend for others!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.

Paola’s studio apartment is perfect for a couple. The communications from arrival to departure, the location, the amenities and suggestions were spot on. The breakfast treats she left for us were delicious. Unique to Paola’s apartment were travel tips from the apartment to sights of interest in little boards by the door so planning our journeys ended up being really easy. While it is a little out of town, getting around was really easy as the area is well connected with buses, metro and train. Termini was reachable in just over 20 minutes, and Fiumicino was just under an hour away. There are gems of cafes, gelatarias, restaurants etc as well as supermarkets all within a stone’s throw. Our favourites were Il Gelataria, MiMo cafe (both directly opposite the main entrance to the apartment), Pizza chef for award winning pinsere, and Les Amis wine bar for aperitivo. Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. Great modern apartment and finished with all the comforts. A large balcony, full kitchen, very comfortable bed, and a central but at the same time quiet area on a residential street with good possibility of free parking, which in Rome is quite rare. As a former resident of Rome, this apartment is an ideal compromise as a location and effectiveness, it feels like staying at home.

just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.

Our family of seven fit perfectly in the apartment with plenty of bathrooms to share. Gabriela was responsive and helpful. Check in and access was super easy. We made use of the washer/dryer as we’re were half way into our three week trip - this was great for us. We also had some easy dinners around the kitchen hen table - we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!!
