We really enjoyed the accommodation despite the distance a little far from the city center, but very quickly forgotten thanks to the generosity and kindness of Carlo, identical to the photos, very comfortable bedding. I found the accommodation very comfortable, perfect for my needs. It's just a few steps from the gym I go to, so it's super practical. The area is very residential, quiet and well connected: it is easy to get around both on foot and by public transport. The hosts were really kind and helpful. Despite my plane being delayed, they waited for me to check in without any problems, with great courtesy. In addition to the coffee machine, I also found other useful things in the fridge: a really nice and much appreciated gesture. Communication has always been clear, fast and effective. I highly recommend this place!

The room was in excellent condition, exactly as in the photo, indeed perhaps it is larger. Large and comfortable bed, clean sheets and soft towels, there was also everything you need such as shampoo and shower foam, in the apartment there is also a large wardrobe and a safe. The coffee machine and tea set are also convenient for the room. But the plus is that the price also includes the collection at the bar under the building. Absolutely recommended

We really enjoyed our stay in this room. Everything was clean and tidy. Sergio was kind and friendly, he let us check in very late and picked us up from the airport for a fair price. The location is quite good, with easy access to shops and major monuments. The street noise was a bit annoying at night, but overall, considering the price, I would definitely recommend it.

Everything was impeccable! Well located within 15 minutes walking distance of Termini, which at least for me is very important. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The room has everything you need, everything new, perfect condition and very nice decoration details. Francesca and Anna excellent hostas, I arrived a few hours before check-in and they conditioned everything to enter and not wait. SUPER RECOMMENDED.

If you want to be in Rome this is the perfect place! Located by piazza Navona and close to any amenities. Recommended!

What can I say? In this case, 5 stars is almost too little. Very kind, responsive and attentive to details. We chose the property because in the evening we had to attend a concert at the Parco della Musica and for this purpose the property is perfect. A clean, welcoming environment with everything you might need for the night. highly recommended

Caterina is helpful, kind and welcoming. The room is clean and new and the bed is very comfortable. The room has breakfast necessities, while in the common space there is a coffee maker and tea kettle. The only negative note is that the window door curtain is not very dark, so as the sun rises, the room lights up, but this is not a problem for those who can sleep even with the light. In general, it's a great solution to stay overnight in Rome and I would go back.

Really perfect location, almost opposite the subway entrance. Antonella really wants to be discreet, (I agree with the other comments, we didn't feel like we were sharing the apartment with huge volumes at all) and that you had a great stay. Vouchers for breakfasts at the cafe downstairs of the building that hosts good live musicians in the evening (no noise problem, rest assured, extremely quiet atmosphere in the room), practicality of travel with e.g. the Colosseum 15 minutes max walk, and connection with Termini train station and Vittorio Emanuele metro. Thank you for the Vespa keychains, our daughter loved them 🥰

Great location and a super friendly host. Was a bit humid in the room however all in all everything was really nice.
