Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Caelian Hill

Paolo is a great host! Our party arrived at different times and he made sure we all got in to the apartment without issues. The apartment itself is exactly as described and in a great location, within a 5 to 10 minute walk to Trastevere, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Campo Fiori, and many other sites, and within a 20 minute walk to the Vatican, Spanish Steps, and Colosseum area. Being so centrally located we were able to walk practicality everywhere we wanted to go. Great location and great host.

Very comfortable stay, booked 4 nights and definitely enjoyed the stay. Simple apartment with a nice public terrace (nobody really used it when we did, so felt like we had it all to ourselves). Right next to a gym for those who needs to workout on vacation. Andrea was extremely helpful and a great host. Location of the apartment is just few mins walk to the Colleseum & 15-20 mins bus ride away to city centre.

Very nice experience, photos are a very fair description of the available facilities. Very appreciated the welcoming kit with few essentials to start with (water, pasta, wine etc). 100% recommended

Wir waren zu Fünf (3 Erwachsene und 2 Jugendliche) für fünf Tage bei Vanda zu Gast. Fie Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist ruhig gelegen. So kann man morgens und abends der Stadthektik entfliehen. Kostenlose Parkplätze vor der Tür und 15 Minuten mit dem Auto in die Stadt sind super. Bus und Bahn geht auch sehr gut, dauert dann aber eher 30-50 Minuten. Den Pool konnten wir (November) nicht nutzen trotz 25 Grad (wirklich wahr).

Beautiful and charming space! We appreciated the welcome drinks. The laundry room is right next door and it was convenient to be able to wash clothes. The elevator is nice if you are traveling with luggage too. The building is very quiet and safe. The place had a ton of room for 3 people. The book of instructions and recommendations for restaurants was so helpful and we enjoyed them! Showers were hot for 3 people. Wonderful stay with shopping and restaurants near by. Would highly recommend!

I stayed at Annamaria’s place for 4 nights in mid-May. Her place is absolutely beautiful and it was spotless when I checked in. The amenities were great; nice in-suite patio, common fitness area and rooftop patio as well. The location is nice and quiet but there are still lots of conveniences nearby. Although slightly outside of the centre, the place is walkable to all of the main tourist attractions of Rome for those who want to walk and explore. In short, I would highly recommend Annamaria’s place for anyone wanting a very comfortable and convenient stay in Rome. If I am ever back in the city I would reserve this place again without hesitation.

Great Airbnb and extremely response host. Check in process was easy. Very convenient location with nearby bus and train stations. Clean accommodation and the steam shower was great! Highly recommended when visiting Rome. Wish we could have stayed longer than one night!

Daniela è stata molto disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Io, mia moglie e 2 nostri amici abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni, ci siamo sentiti sin da subito come a casa, Daniela ci ha accolto di persona soddisfando in pieno le nostre aspettative. In zona ci sono ristoranti familiari e un supermercato. Per i trasferimenti noi abbiamo utilizzato il bus e la metro senza nessun problema. In cortile è disponibile il posto auto dedicato. Consigliato.

Vi hadde et flott opphold! Takterassen var perfekt for frukost og et glass på ettermiddagen før vi gikk ut for å spise på noen av de lokale restaurantene.

From the moment we arrived, they took the time to walk us through the apartment, share helpful tips about the neighborhood, and made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth and easy stay. The apartment itself was a gem—modern, beautifully set up, and incredibly child-friendly. It had everything we could have hoped for, especially for our little toddler who absolutely loved it! There were toys, space to play, and such a calm, peaceful atmosphere—perfect for families looking to unwind away from the city’s usual bustle. Everything felt so well thought-out and fully equipped. It made our time in Rome even more special. Thank you, Sonia and Luca, for your warmth and care—it meant so much to us!

Die Wohnung war in einer sehr schönen Umgebung mit vielen kleinen netten Restaurants und Bars. Fußläufig. zur spanischen Treppe war es circa 1 km, was aber schnell gelaufen ist. Die Unterkunft war perfekt für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind. Thai Massage, Pediküre, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, alles direkt um die Ecke. Einfach perfekt für einen Kurztripp nach Rom.

Flat was great comfortable everything we needed was there excellent roof top terrace and gym only thing was air conditioning wasn’t working and weather was hot apart from that everything else was great

The place is great and accurately described. Super walkable (to different neighborhoods too) and easy to access. Michelle was great and super helpful. FYI, the washer/dryer is a combined unit so loads can take awhile.

L'alloggio di Stefano è bello e ben arredato. È dotato di molti accessori utili per trascorrere un soggiorno confortevole. Il check-in è stato facile e veloce grazie alle indicazioni che Stefano ci ha fornito. Inoltre Stefano è stato disponibile a soddisfare delle nostre esigenze impreviste. Siamo contenti di aver scoperto questo alloggio perché per noi è stato ideale per il nostro week-end romano. Lo consigliamo.

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

I cannot recommend this Iris and her airbnb enough! The place was beautiful, clean, and had everything you could possibly think of. This was our favorite place to stay out of the few airbnbs we did on the trip and if I could do it all over again I would choose Iris' airbnb for the entire trip. She was also super responsive, helpful, and gave clear instructions with the self check in. Great host! Great place!

Elvin d’avantage, c’est merveilleusement bien occupé de nous, il nous as énormément facilité la tâche sur beaucoup de chose, et toujours disponibles si besoin. On s’est sentis comme chez nous dès notre arrivée. Le logement est charmant, propre et parfaitement conforme à la description. Une vraie belle rencontre et une adresse qu’on garde précieusement ! Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre wirklich schöne Lage, die es uns ermöglichte, die Umgebung entspannt zu erkunden und die italienische Lebensart zu genießen, auch die Verbindung per Zug nach Rom Termini (Hbf) war unkompliziert. Stefano und Giulia, unsere Gastgeber, haben maßgeblich zu unserem positiven Eindruck beigetragen. Sie waren jederzeit aufmerksam und engagiert, uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen und sicherzustellen, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Ihre Bemühungen, uns den besten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, waren wirklich bemerkenswert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das inkludierte Frühstück, das jeden Morgen eine willkommene Stärkung war.
