What a delightful trip! The house is even better than in the photos! The house is such a great event, a house that looks like a house, you know?! Everything clean, very good structure, equipped kitchen, appliances, white towels, sheets, fans, cutlery, dishes, everything very good! Ana is a very accessible, flexible host, a lovely person, she responds promptly, answered our questions and helped us when needed! High point: beautiful beaches near the house. Praia do Sol is a 6-minute drive, perfect for families. Beautiful beach 14 minutes by car, wonderful too. Negative point: sometimes the bad smell from the lagoon got a little stronger.

The stay with my family was great ! The house was clean and has all the amenities (and even more) advertised. The backyard and balcony form a very nice space, with privacy and a lot of tranquility. Cássia at all times was very kind , attentive, always sending messages to know how our stay was, if we needed anything and gave us tips on local tours. Nearby the house has a trade with: bakery, mini-market, snack bar, ice cream shop and beverage storage that served us well. From now on, I thank the host for the stay and we'll be back as soon as we can. Note: Thank you for the mimic of my niver.

We had 6 people and the space served us perfectly. Quiet place that gives you easy access to Arraial, Búzios and we who like to walk was easy access to the island of Japanese and continuing the walk has a beautiful view of the lighthouse.

I would like to thank Silvio and his wife for the welcome, hospitality and kindness, they are excellent people. The house is very well structured, comfortable and with all amenities. Safe neighborhood and excellent location, as it is close to Park Lagos shopping mall (less than 10 minutes on foot) and restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets. We felt at home and will definitely be back.

It was all great, we had some unforeseen events, but it wasn't the fault of the amphritrions, Thiago and his wonderful wife ready anytime, very friendly and kind, the house as in the description, quiet and cozy place, 🥰 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Simply perfect place, and the host was super helpful and helped quickly when we had questions. The chalet has an exclusive entrance to the river and has everything you need in it, you don't want to leave. We'll be back again for sure!

Sol's house is a delight! The proximity of Rio is really an incredible and very special advantage. The river is beautiful, the backyard of the house is super green, beautiful and spacious, and the balcony is wonderful. It is truly a haven with a lot of privacy and a delight to spend days resting and enjoying nature. Sol was super helpful in explaining the way and helping with any issues that arose. It is only worth noting that the house is really well isolated, so it is important to take everything you will consume during the stay.

The house is wonderful, it has everything we need, it's easy to find the accommodations, the house is great, the deck is wonderful, the lawn, the nature, everything is beautiful and wonderful, the house is very clean and organized, I highly recommend it, I am in love with the house and the cozy space of Sana, It's the second time I've been there, and I've already planned to return at least twice a year because it's really worth it. The energy of the house and everything around it is sensational. Living this experience of being in the warmth of Sana brings a lot of peace, a lot of energy, an immense joy, a true reunion with nature and with our soul.

Beautiful and peaceful place. Very cozy house and everything very practical. Only thing to point out was the fact that we didnt manage to heat the shower water. It was only slightly warm even after a whole night with the boiler on. We would have struggled if it was during winter. Ut But everything else was perfect and made up for this small issue.

I had already stayed at Eduardo's house and this time I wanted to see the place! Very pleasant experience! The house is exactly as described in the listing, access to the rooms is by the sides of the house (ramp and stairs). The place is very beautiful (even with the descent to the house that intimidates a little kkkkk), and very quiet. It is a condominium with a few houses and still one has privacy. The house is cozy, well-equipped and super clean. The day before Alex sent more details of how to get there, from the site, and a list of useful contacts of the trades they deliver to the site, was very attentive and thorough. We are in love and we intend to return! The house is a delight, super well taken care of! appliances and new utensils, really has everything that needs good pots to quality dishes and kitchen utensils! coffee maker, clean cloth strainer, good knife, glasses. HOTEL BED and PILLOW super comfortably! Soap, towels, toilet paper, everything clean and quality! we were greeted with a delicious and very affectionate aipim.🧡 The road is really complicated, if the car is low I don't REALLY recommend it. It's worth it when you get there but it's a point of attention. Well bumpy township, with grooves and stones slip and they can tear a tire that is not in good quality, quite tense until the arrival even with a high car so take everything you need food not to leave (the rest really has everything,) because after you arrive the place is so good that you forget the road! =) 2 suggestions for owners: 1 service light above the sink to cook at night / improve the last meters near the door

We spend excellent family days. The house is extremely pleasant, very ventilated, foot in the sand, as well as being beautiful. We were served in everything we need. The beach is very quiet, great for those who like a good walk, with warm sea water. we love the stay!
