Holiday rentals with a kayak in Cabo Frio

Perfect home, all new, clean and with a team always ready to help. The Arete condominium is new but very well structured, for us it was good because we fled the chaos of downtown, normal on New Year's Eve. We will be back!!

Great host. Takes care of small details which make things so much easier like providing bottled water during the entire stay. House is very private right on the beach. Walking distance to most popular restaurants in town. We stayed with 3 children which was perfect. Host provides kayak and surfing boand for free. Highly recommended!!!

WONDERFUL location. Large and very well-appointed house, clean pool, large and comfortable space. It was very hot, but the house is well ventilated, a great shower to cool off outside the pool, which was wonderful. Barbara and Jorge are always very attentive. We really enjoyed the weekend and we will certainly return more often. I highly recommend it.

Certainly the best property I've ever rented on the Airbnb platform. The Real Estate Service was accurate, quick in response and efficient in my requests. The property is of another level: sea front, extremely wide and cozy house, with everything new and functioning. I will certainly return to stay with all the family and friends. It is a house to enter and do nothing else, since it has everything: gourmet area, swimming pool, sauna, everything working, clean and new. I especially thank you for allowing me to check in on such short notice, which proves to be a very well managed house because it was perfect to welcome us. I recommend it to everyone in the community.

The house is extremely comfortable, pleasant to stay with a view of the amazing pool. I loved each day hosts, I felt at home. All air-conditioned rooms. The sauna was very good, wide and warmed very fast. The gourmet aerial was all equipped with barbecue utensils, freezer, refrigerator, stove and a great table to sit next to the pool and enjoy the barbecue. Ana Paula received us very well, very friendly and requests, responded to the messages very quickly and being available to us at all times. The “negative” points I have to put to you are: the kitchen could have an Air fryer, as it helps too much in the day to day of the person going to be able to spend more time at the beach and swimming pool than in the kitchen. None of the pans had a full lid, or was without the handle, or it didn't, which for cooking doesn't help much. The gate control, there could be one more. Of all, everything was perfect and I highly recommend. I hope to return soon.

Amazing house with a great location outside of the tourist trend and at the same time super close to the street of stones. The helpers of the house Luana and Luciano are sensational, super helpful and a love of people. The house is undergoing a renovation, but nothing that takes away all the comfort and feeling of being at home that it offers. Super recommend it and I will be back for sure.

House in a very safe condominium, facing the beach, the house is very good, very helpful condominium staff, the beach is the best in Búzios.

The house is excellent , beautifully located. It has great structure is wide, well organized, the house delivers more than it promises. By the photos, you can not see how pleasant the atmosphere is. The house is very much in line with the name, it is very quiet. It is the last home of a super charming and well reserved condominium. Lígia's place is at the front, but the garage and backyard of the house are independent giving a lot of privacy. The backyard behind the house is beautiful and super cozy. As it is closed, it is also great for pets, who can stay free through the space. The house is close to the center, to do everything on foot, but distant enough to be very quiet and without noises. And Lígia was super solicit, nice and flexible with our schedules. We hope to be able to return soon as they were wonderful days of rest.

We are in love and we intend to return! The house is a delight, super well taken care of! appliances and new utensils, really has everything that needs good pots to quality dishes and kitchen utensils! coffee maker, clean cloth strainer, good knife, glasses. HOTEL BED and PILLOW super comfortably! Soap, towels, toilet paper, everything clean and quality! we were greeted with a delicious and very affectionate aipim.🧡 The road is really complicated, if the car is low I don't REALLY recommend it. It's worth it when you get there but it's a point of attention. Well bumpy township, with grooves and stones slip and they can tear a tire that is not in good quality, quite tense until the arrival even with a high car so take everything you need food not to leave (the rest really has everything,) because after you arrive the place is so good that you forget the road! =) 2 suggestions for owners: 1 service light above the sink to cook at night / improve the last meters near the door

The house is beautiful, very cozy and exactly as shown in the ad. Everything was clean, well organized and with all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. The location is also excellent, and the cost-benefit is well worth it. The only point of attention was in relation to the initial communication: the instructions to get to the house inside the condominium could be clearer. In addition, it was a great experience and I recommend it!

Amazing Space! We have wonderful times in the place. Very well-kept, clean and impeccable bedding environments. The villagers (Jorcelino and Mariene) were extreme gentle and proactive during our arrival and stay. The natural pools are amazing and provide a hug of nature. Erica was super solicits and met us with mastery. We are crazy to come back!
