The best definition for home is a magical place. First of all, I would like to thank Sandro and Wellington for their hospitality and warm welcome. I don't usually go back to the same places, but this house is so special that it's the second time I've returned. I am a Hotel Manager, so I understand a lot about hospitality and services, and I would like to mention that the attention given by Sandro and the quality of the house is a 10. If there were 6 stars on Airbnb, I would rate it as such, because 5 stars is not enough. Sandro, who is a very special person, prepared the house and it was impeccably clean and even left us some complimentary gifts. He was concerned from the beginning to the end of the stay with our well-being and always checking that everything was perfect for us as a true host. The house is surrounded by lush nature, with a terrain full of fruit trees and a river that flows through the back of the house, always delighting us with the sound of a waterfall. A unique experience I recommend to everyone!

It was an amazing weekend. The place is lovely. Lots of nature. Unfortunately it rained, but we enjoyed it in another way. Iara and Ronir are wonderful, friendly and polite people. Access to the site is very bad, but it was worth the sacrifice. We'll be back soon.

If you're looking for a place to enjoy nature with a lot of tranquility and privacy, this home is perfect. The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures. All very spacious and extremely clean rooms. It really has no cellphone and internet signal, but nothing that could ruin our days. It was great for relaxing and slowing down from the day-to-day rush. The waterfall on the property is very good and easy to get to. The housekeeper Marcos is very polite and helpful. Village helped us quickly with what we needed and in a very efficient way. We were commemorating my wife's birthday and we all loved it. We look forward to returning soon!

We spent a wonderful family weekend. Our stay served us perfectly, the river that passes on the property is among the most beautiful places on Threshold. It is the tip for when they go, go with patience, the ground road (8km) is quite bumpy.

Perfect stay, big house, complete, quietly held 13 people, very large backyard, with pool and barbecue, I felt at home. Mariana and Leo were very helpful, I indicate a lot to those who seek more privacy in the midst of nature, good locality, between Búzios and Cabo Frio, we reached the 2 cities quickly.

We had an excellent experience at Guilherme's house, the place surprised us, very close to the beach, we could walk, without stress of difficult and expensive traffic hours and parking at that time in the region! The beach is within a condo. The house corresponds to what is advertised, functional, met all our needs. I spent 4 days in the house with my family and we had a wonderful stay! The house is perfect for those who travel with children, dogs and the elderly, as the place is super quiet and quiet. For those who seek tranquility, they will love. The location is close to the main beaches of Cabo Frio. The arrival to the site was very quiet, using the location ordered by the host. The host was super solicitation from the outset, very concerned about their guests and always responded on time. Including, the strong point is the check-in, which is flexible, making it even better. The accommodation is not close to the center, but it is easy to access Geribá, João Fernandes, and other beaches. Proxima da casa has a hidden beach inside the reserve, it has a kiosk, it is practically a hidden paradise and has lifesaves as well. There is transport almost at the door, a 5 minute walk. We love the space and the reception, we intend to return in June. Air conditioning in all the rooms, we used only one suite, but it was great. My dogs loved the space altogether.

The place is very good for those who like the tranquility of a place but want to be close to the beach because it is possible to get around quickly using the RJ-102 highway that connects Cabo Frio to Armação dos Búzios, the pools are very good and were clean every day, the smallest is ideal for children up to 3-4 years old and the larger one serves a group of people 10 or more adults very well. The house is very nice, a suite and 2 more bedrooms with furniture and good beds, the bed linens were clean and in good condition, all rooms have air conditioning that works well. The living room is comfortable and very nice and also has air-conditioning. The fridge and freezers (indoor and outdoor) are working perfectly. The game room for guest distraction is ample and has served us well. The wifi worked throughout the period. The living room has a TV with a wide variety of channels. I recommend the place for those who like to rest in a rural area that is quieter than the center.

Spectacular House!! The atmosphere is very cozy, spacious, the rooms are airy and all have ceiling fans and lockers for storage of belongings. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room features a TV with cable TV. The outdoor area is very beautiful, with a beautiful pool, gourmet area, a lawn yard and balcony with chairs and hammocks for rest. The commercial part of the neighborhood is a little removed from the house, however, the markets and delivery basics carry out deliveries in the area without problems. Mobility apps also cater to calls without any issues. It is noteworthy that the house is close to both Cabo Frio and Búzios, with public transportation passing on the main street, and also with the option of mobility applications, it is easier to know more places. Overall our stay was wonderful, we were able to relax and relieve a little the tension of the busy days of the big city. D. Maria (who welcomed us) is attentive and she is always ready to help

A little away from the good beaches, it needs a car to get around. But the house is excellent with new furniture, mattresses, linens and towels. Nice pool and super attentive host.
