Monthly Rentals in Cabo Da Praia

We booked the house from Walter for a week for 10 persons, 6 adults and 4 children. Unfortunately me and my wife could’t go, but our daughters with their families went. They had a lovely time in the house. They said that Walter was a great host and the house was big en really nice. The kids loved the swimming pool, the football field and the play area.

Great location and communication. Small but good use of space and had everything we needed - was a treat to have a clothes dryer.

The apartment is just super. Very cozy inside, everything is done in style. The owners kindly left me water, coffee and everything I needed to start my day comfortably. They even left me wine, cheese, and jam. It was super cute. Everything in the apartment is thought out to the smallest detail. If you like to cook, you will find everything you need for that. There is also air conditioning, which was very helpful on a cold day. The hosts are quick to respond and always try to help with any questions.

I have stayed at MANY airbnb’s over the years and Jorge’s property is in the top two of all (The other being in Mendocino, California). Jorge was an amazing host, the location was incredibly relaxing and beautiful, and the home was comfortable, well-stocked and clean. I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this property to anyone who will be traveling to Terciera.
