Very nice and clean place. Close to city centre (15min on the bus). Has a little kitchen, washing machine/dryer. everything you need. Very friendly and responsive host :)

I had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent. The free Cat bus was just outside with easy access to the city center. The train station was only a 15 min walk. If I ever come back to Perth I would definitely stay here again. A real home away from home.

We had a wonderful week at Marcella’s place in Perth! The home was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great—close to shops, cafes, and public transport, yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Marcella was a thoughtful and responsive host, providing clear instructions and helpful local tips. We especially appreciated the cozy outdoor area and the little touches that made us feel at home. Would definitely stay here again!

one of the best Airbnb ever booked, good location, nice studio apartment, have all amenities that is crucial, safe and private, not to mention free yellow cat bus stop just in front of the building, many restaurants walkable nearby, beautiful park nearby, can't wait to come back again, thank you Chris and co host Kristina especially for supporting and extraordinarily accommodative to my son needs while he stayed here for 109 nights.
