Monthly Rentals in Burntside Lake, Ely

Nicol’s place was very private and quiet. Located in a private bay on Shagawa Lake with no noise from other boats or vacationers. The house was clean and spacious, just as described. We had plenty of space for 7 and could have easily fit more. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept great. The kitchen was well appointed & had everything we needed for cooking all our meals in. We rented a pontoon from Lakewood Lodge to complete our week on the lake. We highly recommend Nicol’s place & would stay here again.

It was an amazing and relaxing place. I stayed indoors the first half of my stay, I am a workaholic so it was a nice and cozy get away from the stress of my daily life. Forced to sit and look out the windows, while playing music on the provided Bluetooth speakers, reading a book and cooking. I visited the Bass Lake Trail and Dry Lake Trail and enjoyed some of Dorothy’s root beer! I had so much fun and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and beautiful Airbnb.

Awesome spot! This cabin is very peaceful and private. You have the entire peninsula to yourself to enjoy! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a boundary waters like remote experience but still wants to sleep in a bed.
