What a gem of a place. Deborah is a wonderful host and made us very welcome. The studio is spotless, comfortable and has some lovely touches like the plentiful coffee capsules, milk and shortbread. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area

We loved our stay at Heather’s place! Idealic location on the Canal with beautiful gardens. So peaceful. It was so convenient having breakfast provided. There were so many details that were thought of which elevated our experience like toothpaste and a razor to name a few. Restaurant suggestions were amazing. Our favourite air b n b so far! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Our family enjoyed our holiday here. So convenient to shops, restaurants and the Farmers Market too. Playground and park behind house is great for families. I definitely will stay here if possible next time I visit Leighton Buzzard. We were spoilt with how available things were in the house. I'm sure things a popular hoe to stay in.
