Family-friendly holiday rentals in Burbank

Loved the stay here, as soon as arrival Jamie was there for us! Definitely felt like at home, everything was just right! Close to universal for those who plan to stay close by. Would definitely come back in the future. Recommend it for anyone in general!!

Great place. Plenty of room for our family if 8. Loved the little extras ( snacks, laundry detergent, paper towels). Not far from all the tourist attractions. Community was very quiet.

We had a great time at Peter's home. The location was great for our needs. Peter was super helpful and attentive to our questions. The first night we walked to the Thai restaurant Otus nearby and had a fantastic meal. We loved having the extra bedroom in the annex. And the hot tub was heavenly. A big bonus for us . Loved the whole experience .

Logan was such a great host. He was very warm and welcoming and was quick to respond whenever we had any questions. The backyard is even nicer in person and we enjoyed this spending time with family out there. Would definitely recommend you stay here next time you’re in the area.

Hallgrim was a very gracious host. We were moving from another Airbnb & needed a place to stow our refrigerated food for 3 hours. He easily accommodated that & ultimately said we could just check in early. One caveat - be sure you understand the street parking protocol. It works but it can be tight, especially late at night. We always found a spot but you will need good parallel parking skills. The house is personal & eclectic & you will feel like you are staying at a good friend’s house. This is not the usual “just the basics” corporate Airbnb. It is a home. My daughter & I felt very comfortable staying here & would definitely book it again. The Canyon has a unique history. In addition to looking thru the beautiful coffee table book Hallgrim has left out for his guests to enjoy, you must watch Echo in the Canyon for an extended stroll through the musical history of this unique canyon. You’ll be singing Mamas and Papas songs on your way down to Lilly’s Cafe in no time!

Overall an incredible experience! Very clean. Very comfortable. Check in was a breeze. Good communication. The view is insane. Pictures don’t do it justice. A well needed relaxing getaway in nature away from the city. Highly recommend.

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

Sarah and her husband were fantastic hosts ! super responsive . My boyfriend and I wanted to get away and it was exactly what we wanted. the views were spectacular. If you're looking to get away this Is the perfect private getaway . The location makes you feel like you actually left California and into a private beach-jungle hide out. Everything inside is contemporary and the best part is the beds are amazing ! Will definitely be returning !

I loved my stay here at Mary’s place, and especially enjoyed spending time on the deck enjoying the sunset. Mary was a kind and courteous host and her space is private, comfortable and has everything you need to cook if desired. My only con is that you can hear the upstairs neighbor walking around quite loudly, and sometimes very late at night. Bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Otherwise, a perfect location to relax and explore the city, especially close to Atwater Village, Los Feliz, Highland Park and Echo Park.

Tamryn's place exceeded my expectations in every way. The pictures were accurate, and yet somehow did not do justice to just how special the apartment or its surroundings are! There were many thoughtful touches throughout: there was ground coffee, half and half, Greek yogurt and granola available in the fridge for breakfast, hand lotion and sunscreen available in the bathroom, and it seemed that the linens had been washed in scentless detergent, which I really appreciate because I'm super sensitive to soaps and scents. The apartment itself was surprisingly spacious, with a full-size bathroom and cute kitchenette and dining table overlooking their gardens. It was perfect for a weekend stay and I found myself wishing I could stay even longer. Many thanks to Tamryn and her family for the comfortable and well-appointed guest suite!

We enjoyed everything. Thoughtful. Useful. All we needed for our brief family weekend. One suggestion: bigger umbrellas on the back patio. The sun is hot while the setting is so appealing. Also, the location is wondrously reminiscent of 1920’s and 1930’s when the homes were built.

My husband likes to say..."wow, that's why Michael is a 'super host'"! This home is what every air bnb consumer hopes for. It actually exceeds your expectation. He has thought of everything and more. Every detail is covered, everything you need is there. The home is immaculate and so are all the appointments, home appliances and gardens. There is a wonderful patio and barbeque too. I remember saying 'pride in ownership'. We had a different circumstance coming here in that we were displaced by the California Wild Fires. We found the comfort of our home here and the comfort of our hosts, who care. We had hardly anything when we got there and Michael and his wonder partner provided for, and had already thought of everything. We were fortunate this home was available when we needed it. As far as travel, if you are a tourist, I personally needed to get around, to our former home, and to work. The freeway is close by as are many wonderful restaurants. Enjoy!

This Airbnb was super cute and cozy - the off street parking was convenient, the kitchen and living area very functional for a short stay, the bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was excellent! Really convenient having high end laundry machines, and lots of nice amenities like a steamer, an iron, and a blow dryer all available. I also love that we didn’t have to clean the whole place ourselves at check out, unlike some other airbnb with long check out lists. Would gladly stay here again!

We are so happy we found Vincents place. we needed to be close to Universal and this did not disappoint. 5mins walk to where we needed to be, yet secluded and private once at home that we felt relaxed and able to unwind. the place is super comfortable and has everything you need. Can't reccomend Vincent as host or this place enough. Thanks Vincent.

I hadn’t realized it was a landmark home at the time of booking but when I realized it made my trip extra fun! Because of my curly hair, my family used to call me “Cory” so this made some memorable photos. The main reason I selected this listing was the resort like privacy in both the front and back yard. I find many hosts create restricting and unreasonable expectations for guests with dogs, when I asked I was promptly assured it was a welcoming home and he would have tons of space to play without worry. My dog rarely gets opportunities to play and run off leash and this is was really the biggest reason for booking. The large grass, huge trees, and fully covered fences from bushes and trees made even the hottest day a cool relaxing time outside. All amenities are available and in abundance, support was phenomenal and responded to everything wtihing what felt loke only minutes. It is such a cool home and I will miss it dearly. I will 10000% book again when I return to the area.

Clara and David’s home was everything I thought it would be and more! Loved the privacy and the neighborhood was beautiful with lots of stores, bars, and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend the space to anyone visiting LA!

Charlotte’s place was super cute and so peaceful. We loved the outdoor area. It did not feel like we were in the heart of LA. The host was great, very good communication . Great stay, I would recommand it.

We recently stayed here in Burbank to visit family close by and enjoy Universal Studios. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area. It is very centrally located in the heart of Burbank and is in a nice and safe neighborhood with close proximity to a lot of restaurants and the famous bakery, Porto’s. The house is very well taken care of and extremely clean. We stayed with my one year old, four year old and my parents. The layout of the house is nice and the beds extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed the backyard area which had a very wonderful pool including pool floats, outdoor table, and BBQ. The hosts also had a high chair setup and a pack and play for my one year old. Heather and Janeth were also very responsive.

We want to say a huge thank you to these unbelievable hosts. Their house is incredible, they were very fast to respond to all inquiries, we desperately needed a crib and they came over to put one together for us. These are really amazing hosts with beautiful home. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for an Airbnb in LA! Thank you again!

First off I want to say the pictures don’t do the back yard any justice. It’s so beautiful and the perfect get away trip without having to break the bank. Definitely worth every penny We loved it and we will be returning again! P.s. Just make sure you bring some bug spray there is a bunch of mosquitos in the back yard, we didn’t have any so don’t be us lol. 🙌

This home was perfect for a laid back trip; the pool and hot tub were super relaxing, the backyard super private, and the inside was very comfortable and cozy. Jorgen was a very responsive and polite host! No trouble with parking, finding the place, or check-in. Jorgen made the entire process seamless so we could focus on our vacation. I would absolutely stay here again and appreciate Jorgen for opening his beautiful home to us!

The house is so close to lax airport and was very close to my aunts house. Soooooo many amenities in the house! Pool was refreshing, lots of comfortable patio furniture, comfortable beds, lots of games, books, many movies. Maria was so prompt to answer questions (thank you so much)!! Would stay here again without a doubt!! ❤️

Just right, goldilocks style. We hope to be back again regularly, and felt wonderfully comfortable, at home, easy. Living in BH even for a few days is a dream. The land, gardens, homes, and planning stand the test of time.
