Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Burbank

My daughter and I have vacationed in the Hollywood Hills for many years, but this was our first time to stay in Serena's lovely home. The foliage covering the pergola created a wonderful space to sit and enjoy the scenery, and the hummingbirds were a joy to watch each morning. The photos were spot-on, and we would definitely love to stay here again. We recommend it highly!

Yoz’s place was great for us. We live in the same neighborhood but were displaced due to construction. It had everything we needed to go about our normal lives for a week. Very cool, old house with unique details with fun decor. Yoz was very communicative and made check in and out very easy. I really appreciated not having to go through a 1000 step cleaning process to check out like most other rentals I’ve been to while also paying a cleaning fee. Would definitely recommend the dancing bear manor to anyone

My husband and I were in town for the birth of our grandchild and stayed for 11 days. Mia and Lisa’s house was truly a home away from home! I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs over the years and this was the most well-appointed for an extended stay: a very well-appointed kitchen, a dresser so we could unpack our clothes, ample hangers and space to hang the clothes, generous amount of towels , bathroom supplies, toilet paper and a fantastic shower! The house was on a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood street and just a few yards from a wonderful walking/bike path. We walked to Porto’s Bakery a number of times (easy walk). There are two sitting areas in the front where we ate our dinner one night and also enjoyed the shaded front porch for some downtime. I could go on and on but read the description because it’s pretty accurate. The house was very clean and the decor , eclectic , which I loved. Mia was a joy to meet and talk to; very responsive, informative, kind and fun! I’ll certainly be back!

We had a wonderful time. Would absolutely stay here again. Very walkable and close to the vibrant downtown area. The neighborhood was also lovely and great for evening walks. Close to hiking trails, DTLA, studios, downtown Burbank, Burbank airport and many museums and shopping destinations.

We had an amazing weekend! We had our micro wedding here and everyone said they wished it was their home. The space was beautiful to begin with and easy to add personal touches to the backyard for the wedding. Unexpected Bonus: There was a simple wooden arch already in the backyard too that we added fabric and flowers to. Everything about the space was well equipped and comfortable. Would recommend for families wanting a personal and private place for a space to celebrate. Erica is an amazing host! Super responsive and proactive- will make you feel at ease. Can’t say enough how wonderful the space and the weekend was for my family and I!

Its a family home at its finest at the heart of the city. North Hollywood. Peaceful neighborhood. Complete amenities, even kitchen utensils. We super loved the place, the interiors , the space everything. Cant wait to book again next time we visit USA. Thanks Sabrina for being a gracious host to us. Until next time.:)

This cozy spot in Burbank is exactly what anyone would need for a long weekend or extended stay. The house is located in a great area and is very quiet at all times. There are plenty of places in the area from grocery stores to restaurants to outside activities. The place itself is spotless and has everything needed during a stay. 5 stars all around!

Perfect little home away from home- my family & I came from downey for a family wedding and it was the perfect peaceful home, I definitely recommend for a perfect quiet stay!!! Casey was very attentive and responded to any questions I had right away

Mary’s place was great! There were many food spots right around the corner. It was very spacious and felt cozy. My favorite part was the giant mirror and dimmable lights! Parking and getting inside was easy.

Wow, what an incredible two days! This unit truly exceeded my expectations. It had everything I needed and so much more. The beauty of the canyon left me in awe, and there was something magical about savoring breakfast while soaking in that breathtaking morning view. I felt completely at peace, especially since I didn’t come across anyone else during my stay—such a perfect sense of privacy! I can’t express how much I’d love to return and relive this wonderful experience. Thank you Mona and Daniel for everything!

Our place was clean, welcoming and check-in was seamless. Great area with plenty of restaurants, shops, walking spaces to explore and hiking close by. Would stay again!

This place was great for what our family needed. We were able to communicate easily with Sha when we were having technical issues with the parking pass, and it was easily resolved. She was very fast at responding.

Nice apartment. Location was great and apartment was modern, clean and had everything you could need. Parking and washer/dryer. Maggie was a great host,very helpful. Will use again.

I went to celebrate my 50th birthday and this location was exactly what I needed. Walkable location to restaurants, beauty spots and most importantly for me the beach…..since that’s the main reason I came. 🏝️The host gave a special touch to my visit since I was celebrating my special day. I would recommend this place for it checks all the boxes when it comes to location, restaurants, things to do and much more. Even the Uber driver was impressed with the neighborhood/beach location and mentioned they have to come out this way to enjoy Redondo Beach. Thank you again for making my stay extra special.

The stay at the place was really nice. I enjoyed the gated community and location of the place; it was close to the Airport, Car rental as well as shopping centers. The kitchen had several ingredients and the rooms were nice; overall a really clean and tidy environment. The host was great at communicating and asked multiple times to ensure that the stay to our liking. I would recommend this place!

House was as expected. The host was extremely accommodating for our big group. Checkin was easy and seamless. The only issue we had was that WiFi didn’t work well in downstairs master. Other than that, this house was everything we needed and more. Irene was fantastic! I wish all hosts were like her.

We planned a girls trip to go to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. Liza’s place was the perfect location for getting to iconic places we wanted to see outside the concert. Enjoyed the backyard multiple times and Liza always responded promptly regarding any questions we had. Highly recommend and looking forward to coming back!

Vanessa’s Malibu Vista home was perfect for our family to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Pepperdine. Vanessa went above and beyond to provide us with tables to use outside and help us to accommodate parking for our guests. We also had a barbecue to use.. There were 10 of us staying at her place and it worked perfectly with the two bathrooms on the main level and one bathroom upstairs. Although it was foggy most of the time we were there we got brief glimpses of the amazing ocean view. There were also outdoor places to keep warm by the fire heated table.

Gal made our stay in California feel so comfortable & right at home! She allowed us to have a dinner with a few friends right after my son’s graduation. She definitely welcomed us with some treats, tea & coffee. We truly enjoyed our stay in her beautiful place!

We had a great stay at this house! Our three favorite parts - the awesome views (even better in person), the beautiful pool/hot tub (which was always very clean), and getting to love on Bella (their super sweet dog). Stephen communicates very well. They gave us all the privacy we needed. The house was a perfect size for our family (brought our two kids) and the extra long patio was great. A few areas in the house could use updates (example: the shower knobs are difficult to turn) but it was all clean, which I strongly appreciate. The views, pool, and Bella made our trip amazing for sure! Thank you Stephen and Pim.
