Absolutely loved the place. Amazing views and beautiful pool! Would absolutely stay again!

Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

This was our second stay here, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The pool is beautiful, and the host is truly exceptional. We really appreciated the warmth and comfort throughout our stay. Plus, there are plenty of great places to eat nearby. Highly recommend!

Stay Period: May 27th – June 1st, 2025 This home is exactly as advertised—it was a perfect fit for my family, and we had a great time enjoying the pool, the spacious layout, and the convenient location. We were in town to celebrate my daughter’s graduation in Hollywood, and this home was an ideal place to host everyone under one roof. I had a group of teenagers who loved the pool and game room, and my 2-year-old nephew had a blast in the play area with swings and slides. The host, Jaid, was incredibly responsive—every message was answered in under 10 minutes. Great communication all around! The highlight of our experience was the property manager, Jesus. He was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. This place truly gives you your money’s worth—and more. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home.

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

The place is exactly as described. It's a peaceful sanctuary. Ethan is responsive, offered local restaurant suggestions, and arranged an early check-in for us.

We came to LA for a concert at the Hollywood bowl, this was a perfect location. It was cute (love the faux plant touches) clean, and comfortable! And the swimming pool was excellent! If you're going into the city, definitely need a car! Would highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Alyse’s oasis at the top of the hill. The house is super clean and cozy and the backyard was a really nice treat. We enjoyed many outdoor dinners and shady work sessions. Would love to rent again!

Loved staying at Artur's place! It was quiet and private- secluded from the street with a nice outdoor area. The full kitchen is really nice. Extra bonus was the off street parking! Would definitely stay again when visiting LA!

We are so happy we found Vincents place. we needed to be close to Universal and this did not disappoint. 5mins walk to where we needed to be, yet secluded and private once at home that we felt relaxed and able to unwind. the place is super comfortable and has everything you need. Our family stay at Jason’s place was amazing! We were only there for a family members graduation, so outside of the ceremony we spent most of our time at the house which was perfect because there was so much to do, especially for our kids. Even a beautiful park very close by that we visited twice. We had 5 adults, a 2,4 and 5 year old. Everyone was very comfortable! Jason was incredibly responsive and helpful from the moment I booked and throughout our stay. I wish we had more reasons to visit Burbank so that we could stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Virginia's home. It is nicely appointed in a nautical theme and has a very cozy feel. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. The biggest highlight for us was the dining room, which has large sliding glass doors that open out to the garden. It was just a lovely, peaceful place to enjoy a few slow mornings. We would definitely stay again!

We were looking for a quiet, comfortable, and light filled place when our visiting family for a funeral. This place was perfect. We enjoyed the views and the space to hang out together. It was very quiet and the hosts easy to communicate with.
