The apartment has everything you need for short or long stays. Very well equipped. Johann was available to store luggage, and for long stays, Johann also provides cleaning one day a week. In front of the building there is a shop with everything you need, and a few blocks away is the tram station. The area is quiet for walking during the day, although at night, like any other place, you should be careful. The wifi is very good, especially for those of us who work remotely, it never fails. I would stay at this Airbnb again without hesitation.

Super recommended. My stay was for 30 days and both the apartment and the building in general were in condition for such a stay. What I highlight is Mario, the person in charge of the general maintenance of the building because he was a super attentive and predisposed person at all times.
