I have high rating because although I had trouble finding and getting in, maybe others wouldn't so much. I think extra instructions on how to find the unit now quickly could help. I really wanted to Take a bath and most maybe wouldn't notice, everything looked clean... She offered so kindly to have to cleaned for me. she was very flexible and kind about letting me check out later. The place realy is nice and neat. feels a bit sterile in a way. rugs would definitely be good. overall a nice place to stay. lots of nice Kcups and complimentary things. if I had stayed longer, they had really nice and fun amenities. lots of treats and snacks in the cowork area. realy overall a pretty neat place. spetve out in the open., newer not really any shade trees.

House was beautiful! Only “complaint” is for those sensitive to the light: there are no black out curtains provided. It’s worse in the front room because the flood/spot light by the garage is motion activated and turns on every five seconds, shining right into the room. Other than that: everything was amazing

The deck and views sells this place! We spent all of our time on the deck to g in the lake views while we were at the house. Enjoyed the Sonos speakers too. Well stocked kitchen for cooking meals. Also enjoyed having the two bathrooms for getting ready, was really nice. Close to the Venture Point Marina for boat rentals and the floating restaurant. Maya was really helpful and responsive. Made for a fun lake getaway.

Alexander was a great host! He was very helpful and responded quickly with any messages I sent. The backyard was very private, which we enjoyed. We spent quite a bit on the back porch enjoying each others company. The kitchen was very easy to prepare our meals and had ample seating. I would higly recommend this listing!

Late on a Friday afternoon before a long planned family vacation, a home we had rented through another service suddenly became unavailable due to a maintenance issue. That service was unable to accommodate us otherwise. Being in a bit of a panic, we were very fortunate to find this house on Airbnb and contacted the owner (Tim). Tim is a super nice guy and great to work. He was very responsive and provided a personalized experience that you don't often get. As it turned out, we ended up in a nicer home in a better location at a more competitive price. The home is modern and well kept, "very" clean and had much to offer the six teenagers with us. The home is located on the main body of the lake with wide open water and a great view. The home is also within minutes of gasoline/food by water if you have a boat or jet skis. I can truly say we had a great time making memories and highly recommend this location!

It was located in such a gorgeous area and the house was so cute! My family and I enjoyed the stay and the walk to the water was really easy and the views were gorgeous. Bring bug spray though, I was not prepared for the mosquitos!

Peaceful respite - such a delight to relax on the deck or inside with a view of the water. Nearby Inks Lake SP and Longhorn Caverns SP make nice outings, too. The grill was clean and ready making it easy to enjoy the outside while cooking dinner. TIP: get your groceries before you arrive because you won’t want to leave!

This was an absolutely amazing Airbnb. I have stayed in a lot of them, and this was the cleanest most well stocked one. Cameron was very responsive to everything. The area was peaceful and every morning I got up and walked because I knew the area was safe and full of deer. If you’re looking for a quiet trip by the lake with easy kayaking right off your back deck and you can get up and drink coffee in the morning off the deck and watch the deer morning and night this is where you want to stay.

Jay's place was absolutely amazing. Very peaceful, clean, comfortable, easy to find and even has neighborhood park with pickle ball, pool and lake access. Close to lake Travis and Austin, but with a private and exclusive feel. The pool was amazing, but most of all the host was very responsive, respectful, friendly and accessible. It overall is a 5 star experience! I would definitely go back and I highly recommend!

This was our first small family getaway with a baby & a 4 year old. We couldn’t have been happier and lucky to have found Holly’s condo. Everything we needed from home was already provided which made our trip that much easier. The sandy beach, pools, park, and board games kept everyone happy and busy the entire stay. And having a cozy patio/condo to go home to was perfect. We will definitely be booking this stay again.

Perfect location and amenities for myself and two teenagers! The condo was clean, comfortable and the location to the pool was ideal for us, literally 10 steps from the back door! Spent the early morning drinking coffee along the lake and watched the sunset in the very same place! Will definitely rent this condo again! The host, Cynthia, was responsive and helpful. Wonderful place to stay. Loved that it was secluded from the city. Peaceful and we enjoyed all of the wildlife especially all of the deer. We were even able to feed them a few times. Right by lake Travis so easy to go get a boat, jet skis etc. The place itself was great with everything we needed for our stay. Super clean and with all of the amenities that were listed. I would highly recommend this place and the hosts. Look forward to staying here again. A 10 out of 10. Thank you again for allowing us to stay at your place!
